I am sick and tired of calling the office in Orlando and getting NO response whatsoever. I did get a cold call from a lady named Lauren who said she was my new rep and that she would look into my account and call me back that was over a month ago. Now I have 2 printers that dont work and no will come to service them. I cant wait to move on from Konica Minolta.My previous rep was the best, after she moved the company sucks
Automated call system automatically hangs up on you. Takes forever to reach a rep, unless they want something from you, in which case they will call you and annoy you everyday. They never send toner or supplies unless i specifically request it, even though its written into our contract. And it takes forever for supplies to arrive.
Worst customer service on the planet. To talk to a representative on average you spend 45-60 minutes on the phone. You have to wait for toner and your machine is down for 5-7 days every time it runs out of toner because they fail to send toner in time (leased machine with toner included in the lease). Hidden fees. representatives are trained to lie to customers in order to sign more deals. HORRIBLE company to deal with.
The service department is top notch and ordering supplies for my machine is easy. Joe the Service Manager is easy to work with, Brian the technician is very sharp and Ernie the technician is a rock star. Im a satisfied customer and my business carries on.
The worst company we have ever had to deal with. crooks, dishonest and misleading in every way. Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. The tell you one thing and their sales people are on a different page. Worst customer service ever. You can never talk to someone who knows what theyre talking about. Every time toner runs out we have to wait 1 week for toner, even though we purchased the full service maintenance contract. They tell you that next time they will know before you run out, but they never do, its a lie.
A couple years ago I had a couple of reps from copytonics come by my office. They tried pushing an over priced copy machine on me. Even after I had just bought 2 copy machines. They even tried to deliver it after refusing the service many times. At the time I really needed a software that would be able to take pics and load documents up to the cloud. They said they have this fabulous product called NSI. I was told that it would be month to month service and I would be very happy with it. Well...the product never worked and in the fine print. I have a 5 year contract with NSI.After calling the rep that sold me a service that has never worked. I was told sorry call the finance company and see if I can get out of it. Called them and nothing has happened. Each month I get a bill for over $400 for a service that has never worked and was lied to when the rep came out. Had to pay for another service that actually works.Be very careful with this company and their reps. They will tell you whatever to sign on the dotted line and you will never hear from them again. Crooks!!
DONT DO IT. Contract was entered into with Copytronics (who was great and gave wonderful service). Konica IS HORRIBLE. No Customer Service, AT ALL. You will be disappointed
Konica Minolta bought out Copytronics and the customer service has really gone down. Their people are not helpful, they want to constantly charge me for stuff that should be free with the machine I am leasing, phone customer service has people who have no clue what they are talking about. I am stuck with them for another 2 years and would give anything to be done with them. They are supposed to be making my business life easier and it is anything but. Think twice before you enter into any kind of arrangement with them.
