About month ago I went to Maitland jewelers to have three rings, my Grandmothers, Mothers and my own engagement rings combined into one ring. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Elin was able to design the exact ring I pictured in my head for many years. She understood the importance of this ring, that it was the remembrance of my Grandma and Mom. Elin kept in contact with me the whole time through out the process of the ring being made and sent pictures with her check ins. Elin is an angel and thanks to her I will have this reminder of my Mom and Grandma with me everyday.

I walked in to purchase two Mothers Day gifts and the male was very rude. I turned around and walked out. The lady behind the counter was friendly but not enough for me to return and spend my money there. Maybe because I was not dressed like I had money. Not sure but customer service is very important in todays economy.

Where do I begin! Such great people! They were so polite, professional & sweet. They are fixing both my engagement & wedding band after having a not so good experience else were. My husband bought our beautifully designed engagement ring there 15 years ago. Through the years they have always gone above and beyond to clean and check my ring as often as I needed. Making me feel comfortable and welcome in the store. They just completed an emergency repair for me where they restored the piece back to new! They used to repair everything for my grandmother. I recently went in for the first time since she passed, and they were just as kind and informative to me as they were to her. Very pleased.

Elin is wonderful, trustworthy, and patient. She helped my wife custom design her dream ring as a 15 year wedding anniversary and to say that she exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. We will never go to another jeweler again. Maitland Jewelers rocks!

Walked in to see about having a ring sized down for my wife as an anniversary gift. The gentleman behind the counter first questioned (in a condescending manner) as to where I got the ring from. My first inclination was to advise him that it was none of his business, but I graciously advised him I purchased the ring from a friend via an estate which still shouldnt matter. He then studdered some references to have manufacture remake ring. He said it was impossible resize. So I went to a independent pawn shop who has an on-site bench jeweler that has great reviews. He sized the ring down to a size 4.5, and added two white gold beads to make a tight size 4, and made sure all accent diamonds were tight. He polished and dipped in rhodium. The ring came out great, and I left a hundred dollar tip in addition to the nominal $75 fee he charged for needing an on the fly job! Your most powerful marketing tool in any service industry is word of mouth. Treat potential customers well, and the favor will be returned 10 fold.
