We just moved to the area not too long an hour away from our old home so we were looking for a new butcher. Tried Maplewood prior to a camping trip, got Italian Marinated Chicken and Plain Steak tips, I marinated my self. Both were so tender and juicy. Prices were reasonable as well. We will definitely be back.

Ive been going here for years and love it. Everything is always super fresh and they are always happy to help with custom items. Theres also a variety of food besides meat, like some basic produce, deli items, and canned foods which is helpful when planning meals. Highly recommend!

John and Steve are Maplewood Legends. I cant imagine having to cook a single night of dinner without their meats, advice and conversation. This place truly is a gem and I find out a great pleasure to be able to support a small, local, family run business while so much of American is being taking over my massive industry. Check out MMM, you will not be disappointed.

Went in today to spend several hundred on a variety of exotic meats. The butcher working was not wearing a mask and came within a few inches of my husband. We left as quickly as we could and will not return. Very sad to see the safety of customers is not a priority here.

These guys are great. I stop here before every BBQ. I always pick up the sausages, marinated lamb and wings are all amazing. Highly recommend

This place is wonderful! Got the best ground venison and spicy sausage to make chili. I won 2nd place in a company chili cook-off all because of the fresh and wonderful meats. Thank you guys!

I love this place. If you need a whole pig they can get it for you. Whole beef brisket (packer cut) they can get it for you. These are some of the things that are hard to find anywhere else in the area. The guys who worker there are funny and always helpful anytime I ask them questions.

I love this place so much. There are far too few places like it. These guys have fantastic everything. Seriously way better then anything you could possibly find in a super market. They have tons of practical knowledge and are willing to share it with you. I hope the community continues to support excellent places like this so that they can stay a part of it. Oh they sometimes have wierd and unusual but interesting items like Alligator, ostrich, boar, and game of all kinds. Check it out

Everything I ever have here is amazing ordered steak tips chicken and sausage for a bachelorette cookout last weekend they had everything ready and prepared for me when I came in to pick it up everybody raved about the marinated steak tips, chicken tips, and freshly made Italian sausage they thought were very lean and flavorful. I would recommend to check them out on a weekly basis being a small family run shop they always have something different in the case.

This place is my favorite. Proprietors (and brothers) John and Steve Malin are so nice and helpful and if they dont have what you want, which is rare, they will get it for you. They make delicious sausages, both hot and sweet, which I love. We also love their square hamburgers! Cant recommend this place more highly.

Best place to buy meat .They have everything

I havent been to Malden meat market for a long time. First they always round off the weight higher than I would ask for, this happened all the time. Second the last two times I purchased steak tips they were rotten and heres what they do. They will display a couple of tips in the glass cooler and its never enough so they say I have more out back and they come walking out and wrap them before I see them. It looked like they trimmed away the rotten brown from the tips but they still smelled bad. After that sam behavior happened twice I was done. If my children had gotten sick you two guys would pay dearly. I live 1/2 a mile away and have been telling this story to many friends. Stay away from this place.

Update your hours. It’s 4pm on a Saturday and you are closed.
