I have had Metro PCS as a service provider for six (6) years. I live in malden,ma and the service is FANTASTIC! Super fast-and that includes the mobile hotspot as well! Customer service has never been a problem. I am being totally objective my review - I dont work for Metro PCS, I work for hotels. And I am not receiving any benefits for this glowing review. But one. I read countless reviews prior to purchasing ANYTHING. And as reviews help me, I would like to help YOU make an informed decision. Choose Metro PCS! I have never wanted -or thought about- another service provider. Neither will you. Metro PCS is all you need, all you will want in a cellular service provider. Never lost service, had slow speeds -I do always have a good phone- or had problems with their customer service. Or price, for that matter. This should be all the information that you need.

I do not usually do reviews but I have never had a better experience then this. The girls there were very friendly and nice and understanding . While I was in there A homeless man came in and asked for 3$ the girls helped and cheered this person up. If only every person were as kind as these people. My phone is basic nothing crazy Im happy with basic phone. I wish I could say more. Thanks have a goodday. Peace love Good vibrations!!

Always a great experience I dont understand why more people dont have MetroPCS ..they have the best deals you Kay your bill you have a phone you buy a phone you have a phone there is no pay 20 for 5 years for the new iPhone 35 no.. you buy a phone which is always pretty nicely priced especially if your new to metro but even if your not usually you are there long enough you can get an upgrade and not pay as little as if your new or not as much if you had metro for a month but I just love metro I have no complaints

Wow just bought a phone here and i was in and out in 5 mins.. They gave me a such a great deal on my new phone too. I highly recommend coming here instead of the other metros where you wait more than an hour. Employee s were all super nice and imformative. I will be coming back here to add a line for only 25$ unlimited! Thanks guys for all your help!

A young woman I know well came home crying last night due to being verbally abused by a staff at this store. We called the manager/owner to describe the unprofessional behavior of the woman staff he has on duty and he said, in an ironically kind way, that we deserved to be yelled at because there were too many questions being asked. I explained to the man that if the customer does not understand why she is being charged & youve explained it to the best of your ability, you just ask them to speak to someone else or come back a different day, you do not scream and yell and suggest calling the cops. This is not just upsetting to the customer I know but all the customers who may have been in the store, witnessing. If this owner does not know that his staff member is emotionally disturbed, than more people will be harmed before he eventually loses the business from a lawsuit or a lack of customers.

The man behind the counter who said his name is Ricky Martin makes like he is doing you a favor while your phone is under warranty while insisting that you need to buy something so he has the incentive to do his job as an authorized dealer. When you question him such as where is my phone which was brought to him he says he sent it back because it was over 30 days (which it was not) and when asked where original phone was he claims he sent that back too. Nice except he was paid in excess of $250 for the original phone. He becomes belligerent and threatens to call the police. THIS AUTHORIZED DEALER SHOULD BE AVOIDED IF AT POSSIBLE. Do your business with a more reputable dealer.

Came in to add a 2nd line today and im so glad i came to this location. The people helped me within mins of walking in... Also extremely knowledgeable and made everything seem like a breeze. I would definitely come back to add 2 more lines for the 4 for 100 promo that you cant beat anywhere else! Overall pleasant experience with knowledgeable people.

I went and I had serious problem with my phone a virus and they fixed it even though I did not buy it there. I will be back for a new Phone. I had very poor experience at most MetroPCS stores this one was the best. Thank you again for your time.

Metro sucks everything about the company sucks theres no operators to talk to if you need an extension if an emergency happens or something you have to go into the store and they charge you an extra fee this place absolutely sucks youre better off staying with Verizon or a big company

Switched my family from sprint and got 4 free phones! The people working helped switched my moms picture and only picture of her dead cat lola to her new phone as the wallpaper thingy. Doestn seem like much but the store in revere and Everett would not do it. And they had no compassion for a old ladys dead cat . Thank you Ginna and marcella. You guys are the best. I highly recommend this particular store. They know what 5hey are doing.

I dont know much about iphones but after i came here . Now i know alot the people here are very patient and are very honest. How do i know this. I offered i 20$ tip the gentlemen and declined . I felt the least i could do is give a good review. I have been with att and i spent alot of money with them they never helped me as much and i paying alot less. This store has been for a while and i never been a customer until now. One of the reguler customers and offered to give me a ride because of the snow im a old. I never felt so taken care of . For a no contract service The people at this location are far more helpful and knowledgable then any other metropcs i have been too. I made a mistake and bought a phone at boost mobile. I thought the grass was greener ...it wasnt. They welcomed me back with a free phone and i was short 5$ they made it happen. If your short 5$ at alll seasons or the pizza place they dont let ypu slide! Thank you thank you !!!!!!!The store is busy so wait your turn and you will be happy. The store has alot of customers who want to cut you in line. I feel bad for the worker here shes a sweet girl. Zombies attacking her full of axiety. I would never goto another store. Thanks again ill be back next year to upgrade.

Such a great experience I had there getting my first smartphone. The owner and employees were all extremely helpful. They took their time throughly explaining how the upgrade works and I left there happy and confident with my new smartphone. They also gave me 15% off on a case and glass too!! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES! TERRIBLE PRODUCTS! ITS A SCAM! PLEASE READ! PLEASE READ! PLEASE READ!...So my mother and I went to this store on December 22nd to buy a phone (Galaxy 6) for my sister for Christmas, and they sold her a used 2nd hand phone! All the pieces that come with it (charger, headphones, etc...) were from different places and all the plastic casings were ripped and wrinkled as if all of them had been through many hands and places. The phone didnt even come in a Galaxy box, it came in a plain black box that was also worn and scratched! The lady told my mom it was brand new which we could clearly see it wasnt but she assured her that it was and everything was fine. While we were still deciding the lady had already charged her, it was $500 total! Then, instead of giving my mother a printed receipt that my mother had politely asked for, she wrote a make-shift receipt on a piece of paper when my mother had told her she wanted a computer receipt, but she started getting loud with her and said that was fine and my mom insisted on a printed one. When we finally got a computer receipt, my mom and I got really sketched out with the phone and the service so we requested a full refund and that theyd take the phone back and that we didnt want it anymore! Mind you the lady were talking about and that we dealt with, said she was the owner of the store! As soon as we requested the refund thats when everything started! The owner and the other guy that was working started getting mad and loud with my mom, calling her names and saying shes dumb, telling us to leave and that they were not going to give us our money back... out of $500 they wanted to give us back only $250 and thats it! They did not give us back our money after everything! They were rude and inconsiderate. They told my mom to go back to her country and called her many names including DUMB! We were obviously very upset and didnt want to leave so they proceeded to call the cops on us... so the cops came and they told them to write a no trespassing order on us, can you belive this? Since they really coudnt solve anything I told my mom Lets go and well take them to court so we left and now Im writing this so people know how they are and how they operate! Nobody should ever step in this store EVER!!! Tell your friends, aunts, neighbors, co-workers, enemies, everyone and anyone to never ever buy anything from them! They are selling 2nd hand products and things that are used and passing it on! Im not sure of their names but it was a lady that said she was trhe owner and a chubby guy with a beard! Theyre disrespectful, rude, and not professional! DO NOT GO THERE! ITS A SCAM! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO THERE!
