Hector, a salesperson, didnt want to answer my questions and told me to go on line and read about the product. I asked him a very simple question about the size of the IPhone and he was too annoyed to tell me while I was trying to write it down. Just go to the apple web site.I was the only person in the store. Then he told me I had an attitude.A salespersons job is to attend to customers.I told him he was the one with the attitude.I live in Malibu and patronize local businesses.The manager Xavier is very professional.Salespeople telling customers that they have attitude problems when they seek customer service to help them decide which product to buy--that is unprofessional.Hector needs to learn more about customer service.
The store manager Xavier is the most helpful and knowledgeable man Ive ever seen in a retail store.Whatever I need something electronic, I go to Radio Shack and Xavier takes care of me with an upbeat attitude and first class customer service....Hes my go-to guy for anything electronic ! and hes funny too!Arne...Malibu resident 13 yrs.
