Found Malibu Glass through an internet search as I was looking for a company to create a glass wall for my open loft. They were great in the beginning, able to talk me through my options and even came out a few times to measure and finalize quotes for the project. Then, after the last measurement was taken so that we could finalize the quote and start the project, they stopped replying to emails! They completely ignored me and I guess at this point forgot about the project. I really dont understand how a company could waste all that time and effort on both sides!!!

We have used Malibu Glass for over 15 years. They have installed, maintained and repaired all of the windows, large sliders, skylights, bathroom shower glass, patio wind break glass, etc. on the property. I hired Malibu Glass to install a frameless shower door in a newly tiled shower. Tom, the owner is very professional and sets the benchmark when it comes to providing great service. During my bathroom remodel he was the only sub contractor to put down his own drop clothes throughout our house. Not only that, but the area was cleaner than when he started (he cleaned up some of my mess from an electrical project) and he took all of the packaging with him that the shower door came in. I had to leave before he was finished with the work and did not feel uneasy about leaving him alone in our house. The door install turned out perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
