The best UPS store I’ve been to. The staff is so quick and effective. They get things done and know how to do a great job. I’m usually always in and out, but if there’s a line sometimes you can’t avoid it. They do their best to be as quick as possible, and I’ve never waited over 5-10 minutes in that store, but it’s usually always under 2 minutes. They don’t make you wait here, the minute they see you they’re helping you. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, I don’t like going to any other location now.

Complete and utter RIPOFF!!Went in with a package to be shipped as I live nearby. The clerk measured and told me shipping packing and box would be about $225. I walked out. Went to Fed Ex the next day in Agoura Hills and the package with shipping and extra charge for larger box was $68.As its Malibu and your rent may be a little more its okay to charge a little more but almost 4 times, give me a break. You should be ashamed but doubt you are.Dont worry you will never see me again but surely will continue to rip everyone else off!!

Love our neighborhood UPS store here in Malibu!! Zack, Nima and their entire staff are genuinely the nicest and most helpful crew. Surely to always be greeted with a smile and they make it a point to remember and address regulars by name. I had to get a passport for my 8 week old and these guys were beyond patient (and clever) to help get the photo right- not an easy task w a newborn that can’t hold his head up on his own. Nonetheless, these guys figured it out and got the photo! Hold onto this crew UPS, these are the people you want representing you in every store!

I lost my package in the mail and really wanted to avoid going in the store, i tried calling customer service, after waiting on the line for 45 minutes i hung up and decided my best bet was to go in to the store. After waiting in the line for 20 minutes and reaching the lady at the front, which they were also very understaffed, she was more confused that I was. I highly recommend not coming here.

Guy running this store was rude on the phone, would not give me details about my package, and refused to hold it for one extra day after having held the package over for four days prior. Inconsiderate and incredibly rude and after already having bad experiences with this UPS access point before just do not have your packages held here. Try literally anywhere else.

Its posted hours are the same as Google. They are posted to be open at 12:30 every afternoon, but here I am on a non holiday greeted by a closed store. No answering machine. No out to lunch sign. No service

They are super super helpful and patient. It’s the best UPS store!!

They charge $21.75 for a passport photo. CVS charges $4.00 less. Check before you commit!
