I’ve been calling them for 3 days now regarding my order and can’t get anyone to answer the phone today I call and it rings twice and goes to the voicemail of a cell phone?... I don’t understand. You are a place of business and can’t seem to answer the phone.

This is the place to go. The owner and staff are the most nicest people you will ever come into contact with! They sell good quality products and I will never go back to best buy where they sale junk that dont last no more then 2 yrs. I use to buy from best buy but not anymore, this is the only place I will ever shop again for my appliances! I only wish there was a 10 star because 5 star is truly not enough for this place.

We have purchased all of our appliances and lawn mowers from Sears in Malvern. They are always very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products and really seem to care about the customer and not just making a buck. Exceptional customer service!

Aaron at the Malvern, Arkansas store is first rate. He is professional, polite, and an all round great associate. Everyone in the store provides great customer service but Aaron really stood out on my last visit to this store.

This is locally owned sears store where the customer is always 1st. Sometimes theyre little short handed, but all that means the few folks there are running fast. Would recommend to everyone in local area. They will price match anything.

Always puts you on hold for 5 plus mins. When you call back it goes straight to VM. They need to hire a person strictly for phone calls. They employees are also very rude. Last time I was in they made fun of the colors of my shirt but happened to be talking to my mom. Not the smartest workers.

Ordered online and was supposed to pickup my freezer from this store as its the closest to where I live. It finally came in after a month of waiting, and I got a call from this store telling me I had to pick it up that day or they were going to sell it, in spite of me already paying for it a month earlier. I told them to keep it, and Id get my refund from from Sears corporate. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Jesse Taylor (owner/manager) provided simply incredible customer service on my recent order. I was unable to locate a specific model cooktop in the Dallas area but I was able to order it and have it delivered to this store. I was all set to make the drive from Dallas to Malvern to pick it up but Jesse mentioned that he routinely travels near Dallas and could meet me nearby. I took him up on the offer and was able to meet him within about 30 miles from Dallas. The cooktop is now installed and works perfectly. A big THANK YOU! to Jesse.

Would not recommend this store at all. Ive purchased two washers, a refrigerator, and a craftsman riding mower from this store in Malvern. When I purchased the mower 2 years ago, I was talked into purchasing the extended 3 year warranty which I did, considering my bad luck with mowers and my husband doesnt work on them. I decided to call and make an appointment to have the mower tuned up this spring. They told me to bring it in and it would take a few days and they would call me. After calling every 3 or 4 days, no mower. On the second week they told me I needed a battery and I told them to put one in and reminded them I had a full extended comprehensive warranty that covered everything but blades and belts. They called me after 3 weeks and my husband (who had to take off time from work) and I went to pick it up. Well, after a lot of confusion, we were told it wasnt ready. Wasted trip. They told me they would call me in a little while, then they did and said it was ready again. I told them it might be the next day because my husband may not have time to take off work. My husband called me a few hours later and said Im coming home to get the trailer and we will go pick up the mower. I again called Sears and they said oh we thought you werent coming today, we need to put a battery in it. Hello they had called and said it was ready!! Then my comprehensive extended warranty was a joke, I had to pay $187! Also, they said there might be something wrong with the oil seal!! I like Sears products but I will go to Hot Springs or Little Rock to shop in the future. Dont shop here and dont expect to be waited on by people that know what they are doing because they dont in Malvern.
