Warning!!! Do not buy from this company! We purchased a GMC Sierra in June and it is October 18th and we still have not received paperwork for tags which they claim they have sent by mail which we havent received and to top it off the transmission is having problems which it is in the shop now luckily it is under warranty and cost over 3000 to fix! This is unacceptable and we wont ever purchase another vehicle from them. I have never had to deal with anything like this from any other car lot! Buyers beware!

I got a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Red River Dodge in Malvern and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had (and I have owned SEVERAL cars) We were to the point of giving up out of frustration when I found the Jeep online and decided to put in an inquiry. It was over the weekend but first thing Monday morning Sarah called me and we got the ball rolling. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO STEP A FOOT INTO THE DEALERSHIP they delivered my car to my door! Seriously y’all stop wasting your time and call these guys!!

I got the car of my all time dreams yesterday with them! 2020 Dodge Challenger! Im so in love with it. It wasnt on there lot in Malvern and they told me if thats the one I wanted they would get it there today. And it happened all the same day! They are amazing people. Very fun and happy people. Worst dealer Ive ever dealt with. I wouldnt even give them 1 star if that was an option. I was lied too throughout the complete process of buying the truck. My salesman promised me they only ran my credit through 2 banks, and they actually ran it through 5. I had an extended warranty added to the truck and he lied about the price of it as well. Then within 3 weeks of having my new truck it died going down the interstate 3 different times and every light in the dash came on. I called my salesman and he told me bring it in they had the best service team around. Thats where I discovered lie #3. They attempted to diagnose the problem and after hours of waiting they told me they contacted Chrysler and Chrysler told them not to attempt to fix the truck because there was nothing wrong with it. So I called Chrysler myself and they told me to take it to another dealership because thats not how they treat their customers. Im now taking the truck to ORR in Searcy and trying my luck there. I will never do business with them again, and if I were you I wouldnt either. I was the second customer that morning that had to call Chrysler themselves, and was told to take our truck somewhere else.

I seldom write reviews but I have so much time on my hands that I couldnt let this one go. This is the third time that I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and it will be the last. Communication between the staff and the staff and customers is almost nonexistent. You can set in the lobby and listen to the staff complain about how none of them are from here and that none of them want to work here. It really shows. It made me very uneasy when no one, including the service manager, knew what X mile service included. The original 90 minute time estimate drug out to 3 hours and when I went to ask the service lady she looked at me like she was seeing me for the first time. She went to check on my vehicle and walked right back past me without telling me what was going on. After waiting 15 more minutes I went to the window again. What? You wanted your oil changed too? Back to the couch! So, the manager come back and says that my jeep is ready. Did you rotate the tires? Uh, no. I wouldnt recommend it; At this point I have had enough. I pay and head out to the vehicle. Hop in. And the first thing that greets me, is the warning that I need DEF Blue! So much for checking and topping off the vital fluids. Incredible! A little communication and professionalism would go a long way. Either way, I will probably never find out because I wont be back to this dealership for a long time, if ever. Total time on site = 3.5 hours. Update: After the supposed front and rear alignment, now my jeep is pulling hard to the left and messing up the tires. I have decided to go to another dealership and have the alignment as well as a complete new service performed to ensure that nothing is wrong with my vehicle.

Very disappointed was told we were approved so we closed our business drove one hr to be told no were not ...so I said fine I will put 5000 down ..manger said just give us 5 mins will you know how that works 20 mins later i told them we wasted our time told one thing then changed ...30 mins later called said there in phone with bank. Nothing heard back i will take our money and pay cash 27500 elsewhere

Went to the dealership for a trade in. Alexis helped me buy my car. I asked if they could use my va 100% disability to take money of the purchase. They said they wouldnt be able to. I told them that I would like a certain amount for my trade in. She said they couldnt do that. I got up and walked out the door. Alexis came out the door behind me and said we can give you the amount that you owe for your trade in. Not anything over. Needless to say I ended up buying the new car with lower payments then the other one. Ive never had trouble buying a new car. After a couple of days the dealership called me to come in for paperwork for the DMV. I went over to pick it up and Alexis was at the door. We checked to make sure the jack was in the new car. It was, then went in the building to get the paper work. She went in the office where the paper work was waiting for me. Then tried to shut the door before I could get in. It was rude. I got the paper work then left.Today I wanted to know what the weight capacity for the inside of my new car. I called Alexis to ask if she knew. She said shed call me back today to let me know. She never called back. I am not going to do any more car buying with her. I should have waited for the guy who helped us buy the truck.

Unbelievably poor service and poorer management. They had the car from April 30 through May 29 (yes, FOUR WEEKS). A litany of issues including four days to initially diagnose, then “cant get parts” (radiator, a/c evaporator and fan assembly). They got MoPar parts that broke before they could tell us car was ready. Went to pick up Jeep today, they could not find the ticket. Took it for a test drive down one interstate highway exit. It is running very rough and heard a loud clunk as something fell out underneath car; it was a 3 pound piece of mechanics jack left under the car. They did not clean car as requested and over-filled power steering fluid which is overflowing on engine in stinky smelly mess. Less than 10 minutes after we picked up car, the check engine light is now on in what may — or may not be — related. Driving now to a dealership near Little Rock. Nice people at Red River, but nice does not get you back on the road. Avoid if at all possible.

Finally! A dealership that is what I think dealerships should be! A direct reflection of the commitment to quality service that a manufacturer strives to relate to their customers. I bought my pre-owned 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel from Red River in Malvern last February. Besides being the easiest, stress free vehicle transaction Ive ever been involved with, I cant stress enough how Clint handeled everything with professionalism at a level you rarely see at a dealership these days. When I bought my truck I noticed a leak from underneath after I got it home. I called first thing and Clint told me to bring it in. A transmission line was leaking and they where going to have to order some lines so they gave me a loaner car to drive until it was repaired. Let me stress that I didnt ask about a loaner, they just automatically did the necessary paperwork, had gas put in it and ready for me to go without any request from me. I thought perhaps it was because I had bought it the previous day but I was impressed nonetheless. A mention of a loaner vehicle at ALL at other dealerships I have experienced has always been an immediate, No, our insurance wont let us loan out vehicles.Fast forward to October and I noticed a leak again and determined it was transmission lines that had rubbed on the front axel causing the leak. I took the truck to my local Ram dealer in Hot Springs, Riser Dodge, and asked if they could possibly just put it on the rack and see where the leak was coming from in case it was a quick fix. This is my only vehicle and I rely on it as my business vehicle with my business of junk removal so I was hoping if it was perhaps a loose ction they would fix it quickly. The lady seated at the entrance of the shop without missing a beat says Why, we would have to have it for several days cause (her word) wed have to diagnose it and àll... I sked why it takes several days to see if a line was leaking since there are only 2 of them and they only span about 5-6 feet of the truck. (I dont have access to a rack, so I couldnt see all of the lines by crawling underneath) She said until they went over the whole vehicle they wouldnt know. Well, first, this is all warranty work but I bet some if this diagnosis wouldnt be covered but aside from that, I told her EXACTLY the issue. There were no other symptoms of other issues. I know I will never we do any busiess with them. I called Red River and told them the issue. They scheduled an appointment immediaty and said they should be able to identify the issue within the hour and we could go from there. I took it to them, they identified the issue, and knew parts were going to have to be ordered. The mechanic working on my truck came to me and told me the issue and the plan to repair it. Yes, you read that right, the ACTUAL PERSON working on my truck came to me to discuss it. After telling me the plan he then said he was going to put some gas in a loaner car for me to use untill my truck was ready. WHAT? A loaner again several months later?To sum it up, Red River Dodge in Malvern is an exemplary example of how ANY business should operate. They have my business from now on. As for my local dealership, Riser Dodge, well, they appear to be a prime example of the shady business practices dealers are often accused of. My sister had a Charger that she bought from Riser. She took it in for a recall repair and when she went to get it they tried to charge her over $300 for Diagnosis. Learning that and the fact that before I could tell the service lady practically anything, she gave me the Diagnosis speech. Makes me feel like this is a common practice. Ill never do business with them. It is Red River Dodge all the way!
