We come to Hot Springs every chance we get! This was a, pretty, good Walmart store. SAM WALTON-THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONLY BOSS AND HE CAN FIRE EVERYONE, AT WALMART, SIMPLY BY SPENDING HIS MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Not too crowded today. Most things in stock, but they are out of small bottles of bottled water. Also, Im sorry, all you Pumpkin Spice lovers, but it is TOO EARLY! Its still HOT outside - LOL 😊

If your traveling do not go here. Very ruid to outsiders of town. If your in a rv or a trucker dont waste your time cannot park at this store, they have poles to keep you out

Not RV friendly whatsoever!!! My wife’s knee has been bothering her our whole trip, so we thought we’d stop at Walmart to pick up some bio freeze and a knee wrap. We have a $75,000 13.5 foot - tall 5th wheel camper (and a $70,000 truck) and tried to get in the parking lot but could not due to large yellow bars that only allow a 13 foot clearance. We pulled into the place in a truck entrance and pulled along side where I could let my wife out so she could hobble in and get her items. Within three or four minutes, Walmart employees came out a door and told me I would have to move immediately . I explained to them that my wife who hurt her knee was buying items from the store. They said if I didn’t move immediately, they were going to tow me. I told them I wasn’t moving until my wife came out because it would been way too far for her to walk with her knee. They were staring me down and then a manager came out and told me I needed to move. I explained the situation to her, but she didn’t care. Then my wife walked out with her bag. We got in our truck and left but we will never ever go to this Walmart again.

The Isle are set up for quick in and out when your in a hurry

No price tags to be found half the time. Idk what happened to this place. They used to have prices near the items, so theres no reason they shouldnt have them now.

I ordered the white chocolate pretzel and it was amazing!! Wish I would of taken a pic but my grandbaby and I drank it to fast.

Went to buy yarn to start making Christmas gifts. So far I have made baby ear warmers and slippers.

The lady that checked me out was awesome her name was Buffy. But I went there to get Mums cuz the website said they had the multicolored ones they had very small selection and none of the ones I wanted! Very disappointed

Outside of self checkout being card only. All was ok. Im very self efficient including check out and I pay everything in cash. Its really a pain that some stores have went to this ridiculous system! But what can someone that helped my them a billion dollar corporation do? Nothing at all. Sadly its just a money thing to them.

This location has so much more options in clothes than ours does in Texas

Well organized and clean location. Greeter welcomed us at arrival and thanked us for shopping at departure. Cashier was friendly.

On a cross country trip with my camper and needed some supplies. Imagine my surprise when I couldnt access the parking lot due to a 13 limit by large yellow bars installed by Walmart.

Looking for a Owl and found it by asking an employee if they had any. She took us to the shelf it was on. Very nice.

I was just going to say 3 stars, its a Walmart so... However, this is one of the worst ones Ive ever been to. The prices are higher (why???), the shelves are constantly empty of even the most basic of things, the employees are super rude and they told my fiancee for an entire month that he was hired, just to say after all that time corporate said not to hire you. Dont they want/ need employees? Guy calmed down so Im editing this. Still a terrible Walmart.

Great overall experience, although its very hard to locate personnel when you cannot find something or need help. You usually have to walk all the way to the front to find a worker. Other than that, its a nice clean store and well stocked

Its a horrible store. They have many empty shelves. You better not LOVE a certain brand of something they are not consistent in the ordering for that store!! I now drive to Hot springs if I need anything. Prices are way above the average. NEVER buy cloths they are from china.... Kinda like cloths from wish. I really dislike the pharmacy, the lines are long due no help! AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE 💯

Always busy and you can never find any one with the experience ability knowledge training or the proper key to help you when you need them too.

Its the only choice I have to shop in my town. The shelves are always empty or lacking and their produce is not the best . I do LOVE however how their childrens clothing department is coming along nicely. Super cute girl clothes and the quality is better than it ever used to be. Ready for this store to get online grocery pickup!

Everything comes from China you cannot find any made in the USA products in my local Walmart

Good Walmart store. The shelves are well stocked and seem to have a better variety than most. Almost all of the the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if not for a manager in the grocery section. He was talking to two other associates about stocking issues. All three seemed to be completely oblivious to the fact that there were customers all around them and they were blocking the merchandise and the aisle. Even when I butted in between them the manager never acknowledged me at all. It was also difficult to get up and down the aisles due to the large number of the enormous carts being used for pickup orders.

You can get a Covid vaccine from their Pharmacy thru appointment.

You know how Walmart is. When asked about my applications to be hired. Wasted over a month of my time with several applications for different departments and after I told them that I cannot sell firearms, the hiring manager decided they were going to put in my background check for the job I said I could not do for legalities. So now I cant get hired on, work at, or even apply at any Walmart for over a year now. My disabled fiance has been paying all of our bills because of this. I was promised the job for meat and produce just for them to deny anything and everything.

Shelves are empty. Always out of 100% whole wheat bread Great Value. Not enough checkers. No quick check, so you have 2 items, the person in front of you has a cart full. Electronic department never has enough help. I went there to buy a phone, there were 6 people in line, with one checker. I took my business elsewhere.

Not that anyone cares but for starts, people were walking around with no masks. Multiple people. I asked a worker about the mask policy and she said they couldnt enforce it. On Walmarts website it says customers are required...Secondly, they didnt have the specific product I was looking for. I asked a worker and he couldnt be bothered to check the back for it.

Clean and well kept. It is like any other Walmart but is alot more friendly and clean.

My husband said an employee That picks up orders that people call in almost ran right into him and didnt say excuse me or anything. Another customer ask an employee where something was and they ignored him and walked off. The employees in this store are the rudest people you could ever ask for.

I guess I will continue to shop at the little grocery store I work at we always have 2 lanes up to 4 when we get busy but at 12:30 during the day. You only have 2 lanes open the whole time I spent 30 minutes total time in checkout and when I left they still had only opened one more oh I guess they are relying on everyone to check themownselves out.

Malvern, Arkansas location:Well, yall - it was Walmart. They all run together & seem about the same. Nothing outstanding, nothing to be upset about. Staff was friendly, the store & restroom facilities were clean. I would shop at this location again.

Walmart is the go to place for many shoppers I am one of them. The store is always clean the deli Md. Vickey a gem .The only thing I dont like is their tire and lube. The wait maybe 3hours to get a tire so most opp to but walmart but get another SERVICE to put it on in 30 minutes or much less. Ridiculous wait and I have had friends to get an oil change at my walmart and they didnt put oil back in so no here ridiculous in the tire department but everything else pretty darn good

Clean and customer friendly

CSMs are a joke. They leave trash in your way. The employees stocking what is almost always bare to minium items choices on the shelves, leaves the carts cross ways in the isles making it impossible to pass. Poor lack of customer service & merchandise. Spills always on the floors. Dangerous hazards around every corner waits. Store Security is not good at his job & really shouldnt be so I obviously spotted FYI walmart .

I like malvern Walmart the cashier I deal with is super friendly. His bagging isnt all that but he was nice so it made up for it.

Had everything we needed. from paper towels to bicycles. from stew meat to a wok. from hand sanitizer to tv mounts. thanks for always being there for us, wally world.the kids call it twinkle twinkle little star store, and it killsmme everytime I hear it. love ya walmart.

Has 13 arches which will mess up RVers trying to come in to get supplies!! No warning till you turn in and you are stuck.

We love Walmart but today was very nice. Customer service is always amazing. My son loves dinosaurs and he wanted this so bad but mommy had to say no because um yeah toys are high and I am a single mother.

I was in Walmart today and ladies the the door was very nice. One of them helped me out to my car. Because it was pouring rain. She even let me borrow a umbrella and helped carry out my groceries. I really appreciate such kindness.

Employees dont seem to want to be helpful. The people with the big cart that are shopping for others dont even try to move out of the way. And can be rude at times. Usually you have to wait to get help at the deli even when nobody else is in line. I think management needs to do a better job at boosting moral.
