Absolutely horrific customer service and their installers do not know what they are doing! My contractor used these people to install doors on my new build. From the get-go we encountered nothing but delays and problems. The installers attempted to mount the brackets and openers without measuring to find a stud and wound up playing Marco Polo with my garage ceiling before finally installing them in a suitable location. This of course left holes all over my brand new drywall. As if that weren’t bad enough, they tried to mount a panel hinge from the outside, rather than from the inside, and drilled through the exterior of the door. So, they had to order a replacement panel which took twice as long to come in as the owner had quoted because it wasn’t ordered in a timely manner. But I digress... Three weeks after the initial installation, there was a problem with the undamaged door. They came to service it, and I was told nothing was wrong with the door. Another month passed and the same issue returned, this time with a catastrophic door failure. Instead of owning that the error was theirs, they tried to shift the blame saying that I must have done something to the door, when all I did was push the button to open it. It was determined that the involved panel would have to be replaced, and after some debate about whose pocket the replacement would be taken from, I was assured it would be taken care of and quickly. Wrong! Weeks went by with nothing. I called repeatedly and left countless voice and email messages before finally reaching the owner. I was told that I would be placed on their schedule for a particular week, but no one ever came. Once again, I reached out and was assured that everything would be dealt with immediately, and an appointment was scheduled in two days time. The appointment time finally arrived, and big surprise, the day came and went with nary a sight or sound from this stellar company. I called again, asking why their commitment wasn’t honored. I was given yet another excuse and told they would come first thing the next morning. Guess what, they still didn’t show. So, I called AGAIN and was assured they were still coming, but they had been delayed. Finally, they showed up, replaced the panel, and tried again to tell me this whole ordeal was my fault. It took them THREE MONTHS to make right what they messed up during the initial installation. It’s too late now to make a long story short, but I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! I implore you to take your business elsewhere. These people are not knowledgeable, are extremely unprofessional, and have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

The gentlemen that came out did a great job and was done quickly. However, customer service is not quality. I did not get any communication regarding no show on two seperate days of appointments. Finally the third time I called they were here within 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the repair service and not pleased with the communication.

Awful customer service. I took several different days off work to receive a door from them. They told me to expect it on specific days at specific times and every single time when I called they had no idea what I was talking about. Take your business anywhere else.
