This place was referred to me by my insurance company after my catalytic converter was stolen. My car was towed in my presence to the shop. The tow truck driver was very professional and responsible.This shop called me one time, a couple of days in, to ask me permission to go through the interior of my car to reset the computer controls. They ensured me that my car would be put back together- they just wanted to give me a heads up of how they will have to repair it and tell me to ignore the automated text messages bc they were not accurate with the repair timeline. Other than that, I never heard from them. I even had to call to find out if my car was done. Three weeks later, I went to get my car. I paid and they brought my car to me. I said thank you and went to get in my car. The dash was in pieces, random things from my trunk were thrown into the backseat, and my rubber all weather mats were gone and replaced with old carpets that I had in the trunk. Everyone there pointed fingers at everyone else, including blaming the tow truck driver that I accompanied to the shop. They even went as far as saying that the interior came ‘trashed’ and it was in the notes from the first guy that worked on my car.I have never dealt with such unprofessional buisness. Instead of making a right out of a wrong, the manager told me not to be loud and got an attitude with me. After much back and forth, they put everything back. I later had to have another professional put it back properly. As for the actual repair, my relatively quiet Prius now sounds like a lawn mower when using the engine.

These gentlemen are outstanding professionals. On time, courteous, caring, confident, and respectful. instantly made me feel better. They rescued my 2 stranded -flooded- vehicles deep inside a parking garage within an hour of calling for help. They are magicians. They took such great care in looking after my special cars. I am very grateful. Excellent tow operators.

I was parked and my car received damage on the windshield and front of the car. Insurance informed me I can take my car to fairway auto body. They fixed my car in about a week. Cleaned the Outside and inside of the car. At this point i didn’t think much of it. About a month later my wife is driving and a lady hits her. 100% ladies fault her insurance takes full liability/responsibility. the ladies car was badly damaged. I was worried since I just fixed the car. Thank god no where near as much damage to our car as hers. That’s when I realized fairway did an amazing job. I will continue to go to them for car damage. It’s hard to find good service regarding fixing a car. Fairway will get it done. They also send texts and updates regarding the vehicle.

Had a flat on my travel trailer while traveling through the area. Called them for roadside assistance and these people were right on top of it from answering the phone immediately and they dispatched someone immediately and he arrived had in 10 mins. Wow glad I found them!

Fixed a dent on my car and got my car back to me within a week. Cleaned my car as well without asking. Great service.

Ive visited them to get a quote. I feel they are pretty honest. They fixed a car that was hit earlier this year. And now I was hit again in a different location. I guess they will be my go to place for body damage. There is a rental place across the street. I leveled up and got a truck. Everyone that worked there was friendly and nice.

The owner, Joe, is simply amazing! The location does a great job, and Joe goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I’d highly recommend this location for any work on your vehicle.

I would recommend Fairway to anyone who needs a hassle free service. The girl at Enterprise was very nice and understanding (sorry I forgot your name LOL). It took two weeks to repair my car but they let me know at the beginning so I knew what to expect. Everything went well exactly as promised and I am very happy with the work they did on my car. They deserve an A+ for communication and for the customer service. Thank you guys.

Overall this shop was quite good. They kept me updated regularly about the status of the repair, both by text and telephone. They did the work quickly and it looked good. There was one issue with part of the repair not being completed initially, but it appeared to be a slight clerical error and they immediately corrected the problem and completed the repair. I am happy with the experience.

They also kept me updated by phone on the time frame of the job, and then when I missed their closing hours, they went out of their way to help me pick up my car.They were delightful to deal with and I could not have been more pleased with their service. We recently moved to Westchester after living in Queens for two years. Our car has had its share of scrapes and dents, including a couple of pretty nasty looking ones. Fairway was recommended to us by a long time local resident. I took the car in, not knowing what to expect. Car stayed in the shop for less than a day--wont go in all the details about what they did or how they did it. But to say that they didnt disappoint is an understatement. As a believer in recycling stuff and a non-believer in credit loans, Ive been driving used cars all my life and have had my fair share of interactions with car mechanics and auto body shops. Fairway(Joe Marino and the guy who worked on my car--thank you) is one of a kind. The doubting Thomas in me wants to think that theyre being this nice to ensure that I come back. But in all honesty, they could have achieved that with much, much less. My only observation is that this is one of those not too often seen shops that somehow manage to keep its doors open by treating its customers nicely, in a very genuine way.

Fine workmanship. Could never tell we had an accident. Had to get a fender replaced after an accident. No padded estimate. Work was done on-time. Bjorn was great work with. Would go back to them again if ever needed.

So far pleasant experience. Having tires/wheels mounted and balanced that I am shipping to them.

I am used to having to negotiate for the best price when it comes to dealing with a car, so I was SO PLEASANTLY surprised to be directed to Fairway by Geico via a parking lot incident that took out my front bumper. Bjorn is as honest, fair and hard working as they come, and so is the staff he surrounds himself with. I cant recommend them more; dealing with a car repair is already tricky business but knowing you can trust the repair shop helps take the worry out of a tense situation and puts you at ease - Fairway Auto Body is amazing!

I recently got into an accident. Had my driver and passenger side door damaged. Geico recommended me this place to get my infiniti fixed. They did such a good job tht my car looked like it never even got into an accident. Highly recommend it.

Unbelievable. Someone cut my rear passenger seatbelt plug after fixed my car I’m So sad. Passenger seats always empty. Today I drove my car to airport picked up my friends. She unavailable found plug to plug in the seatbelt. Do you know Passenger no seatbelt are unsafety? I need carwise fair way to explanation and re-work

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car worked on here.I was in another accident and went to another body shop and they pointed out the massive number of errors this place made. They got paint all over the inside of my door, door handle, and fog lights.To top it off, now I have to pay for it because my insurance didnt want to cover their mess up.

Great body work,but cant trust them with personal belongings (my car) today 7/12/18 I picked my car up to find out that one of the workers from Fairway Auto was using my car for his or her personal use. Besides magazines and brand new cable cords I removed all my personal info from the car prior to dropping it off. When I got into my car I found that my gas and milage meter was way off from where I left it (i took before and after pics) my ac was on blast,radio station was changed and a kids reading book in the back seat...I dont have any young children and NEVER use my back seat. My jumper cables that i left in the trunk inside a AUTOZONE BAG wasnt in the bag,not sure why Ive never used them. When I asked Joseph from Fairway Auto Body Works about the book he made a joke out of it ended that conversation real quick. In no way am I discrediting this auto shop for its work, my car came out nice. Its the lack of respect and abuse towards a returning customer personal belongings. I hope in the future they dont use other customers vehicle for personal use.

This place is by far the worst. Only reason I give it 1 star is because thats the minimum google accepts.I had a Geico claim for my front bumper and passenger fog light on my 2002 Mercedes. They said they had to replace the passenger door (which they charged me for but never replaced), and fought about replacing a fog light that worked when I brought it and subsequently did not when I picked the car up.Maybe others have had better success with this place and if so good for you because you are of a chosen few.
