I recently used Glass Doctor for a small window repair. Their customer service was very good. They are very nice and try to accommodate as best they can. Their work was done well and quickly, and their fees are quite reasonable. The one thing that I feel could improve were certain aspects of communication with technicians (not customer service at main offices--that was great)... multiple technicians were communicating with me and at times things got a bit confusing, some questions would go unanswered, which required me to call them back again. In the end, I was very pleased with their service and the quality of the repair, and they remedied the lack of clarity on things. I would definitely use them again!

Do not use this company.They do not respond to calls or text messages. They will take your money and ignore all attempts to get information about the status of your job.When I finally did receive my glass table top order MONTHS later, it came from an outside company and was scratched. Again, GlassDoctor ignored my calls to request a remedy. I would rather lose the money I have already invested then have to try to deal with this company any more.

I asked for two replacement windows - clear glass to replace the two that were frosted. After weeks of waiting, they finally showed up to replace. With two more frosted. They came back another time to put in the clear windows. These are double pane windows. They actually leak air. The fix is easy - its the rubber piping that runs around the edge of the glass. They came once, out of the blue, to repair, without calling first. I wasnt home. They scheduled it again, and didnt show up. I called them, maybe 2 weeks ago - nothing. And again. Nothing again.

I’m satisfied with the repair made to my window. The technician was prompt and professional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were quick to take my deposit in early June. I needed one single pane to be replaced. They came out (after I called twice to remind them to come out) to measure and left. At this point I felt pretty good about the company. Then, I heard absolutely nothing from Phil or Paul. I called the office, no one ever picked up. I left multiple messages and finally got a call back only to tell me that they would need to “check with the office” to see if the window had been delivered. Mind you, they told me this on at least 10 separate phone calls. Apparently Phil and Paul can’t even get through to their own office, not just customers. Finally one day I didn’t let it go and asked for a firm date. They called back and miraculously said the window had been delivered that same day. What luck! Except it was never delivered. Three weeks later I was still trying to get this window installed and gave Phil one last chance. He called back and said the window had never been ordered. When I asked why he would tell me that it WAS delivered a few weeks back, he said “no he didn’t” but later admitted he “made a mistake”. I immediately called my bank and disputed the deposit they charged me. Absolute WORST customer service and WORST experience. These guys are not trust worthy as I caught them in lies and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Phil was great and responsive, carlos was great also at install and repair . Showed his work and explained in detail how it was fixed .

Glass Doctor provided a seamless transition to take care of my needs. They were very responsive and professional during the timeframe of conducting business with them. From coming to measure the glass to the final install I was kept in communication with them. I would definitely recommend this service and use them again if needed. Paul and Phil were a pleasure to do business with.

Paul an Carlos replaced a smashed sliding glass door. They cleaned up the broken glass and did a perfect installation of the new glass.

Glass Dr was terrific,, friendly, professional, covid- protocol sensitive, economical, highly recommend.

The worse customer service I’ve ever seen!!! They don’t call back. I’ve waited about 2 months, they came back a second time and promised to have the work completed in 2 weeks. They have the deposit and don’t return calls. Next stop is consumer protection then the Better Businees bureau. Going after their license‼️ DO NOT USE

Super easy! No muss, no fuss...from start to finish. The technician arrived earlier than I was promised and finished quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure. I would absolutely recommend this company, they made a stressful situation easy-peasy.
