We were new to the neighborhood and selected Gemini after reading multiple positive Facebook reviews. Howard came to our home for our first appointment (super convenient!). He didnt try and sell us on addl projects, but completed the 3 rooms we had budgeted for and told us to take our time settling in to our new home. Being new homeowners it seems everyone wants to sell you something so this was a pleasant change and reflects how Howard runs his business! Howard is very upfront regarding costs, expected delivery time and confirming details to ensure the order is placed correctly. Manny installed the wood blinds and made sure to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Based on how pleased we were with our first experience, we used Gemini for a second time (blinds and drapes). Everything turned out beautifully! Howard and Cindy rushed to ensure we had everything installed in time for a party we were hosting. Well definitely be return customers!

I purchased blinds for my home a few months ago fron Gemini Blinds. Howard came to my home showed me different blind options, gave me suggestions and estimates of the different types of blinds I liked. He was patient and followed up, without pressuring to sell. He is a great salesman with old time customer service manners (difficult to find these days). The installation of the blinds was quick, on time and well done.
