Excellent quality and a Real Person Answered the Phone.The Covid pandemic had delayed our custom made cushions for our Lloyd Flanders Front Porch Wicker Furniture, but it was worth the wait. The quality and fit are excellent and the sons owner was very kind and patient. Now they will last another 25 years.!! We chose Sunbrella Cast Silver Fabric for a good contrast to our dark green wicker. Looks so good.

The quality is top rate and they are beautifully tailored with tufting and rolled edges. The material is high quality and durable. They made cushions for my quite a few years ago that held up so well . They are perfect. The price was great, the phone calls and service was tops. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Had a great experience with Wicker Paradise! I needed replacement cushions for some old Brown Jordan patio furniture. I found a great coupon code which also led me to my $2000 purchase! Haha. I found great color combinations, loved the fabric colors offered! I confirmed with the owner in regards to the selection and choice before I made it, they were super informative. I did choose the Sunbrella fabric, because in California, it gets constant sun all day long. They also confirmed there would be a shipping delay due to Covid. Product arrived sooner than expected, boxes were a little haggard, but pads were fine and packaged nicely. I love the colors I chose. Material and workmanship look great, and feel great! They are really spot on to the original Brown Jordan pads, which I’m sure is 4x as much.... bummed the weather will be changing soon, so I won’t be able to enjoy them as much as I would like. I would order from them again. I recommend them. Hoping my cushions bring many years of comfort!

We are extremely pleased with the replacement cushions we ordered for our Lloyd Flanders furniture. The fabric we chose is Sunbrella and is one that Lloyd Flanders offers. The order, the time frame, and the customer service was excellent.

The quality of product is very poor for the price. We purchased a four piece patio set of for $1100 . When we received it, we realized that the material looks and feels like very cheap plastic, unlike some other faux wicker resin products that at least simulate the look and feel of natural fiber. In addition, the return policy of the company is more than strict. Besides having to pay the return freight for a returned item, the customer also has to pay the company for its original shipping costs ($300). My advice: if you have to buy wicker furniture online, use a store with both online and brick and mortar outlets such as Lowe’s, so that if you don’t like the product, you can just bring it back to a local store.

Item arrived in excellent condition and on time. It was completely assembled (Thank You, WP!!) and I was able to simply take it out of the box and begin using it. Excellent transaction from start to finish.

Based on the way this business has treated me and my family, I wouldn’t buy from them even if it was free. I’ve seen an email where they were attempting extortion (by holding onto a refund) unless the slanderous review was removed. Well, this dullard of a business owner needs to learn to read. Slander is an act or crime of making false statements. It isn’t slanderous, If it’s true. This business got an order incorrect, not 1 time, but 2. That gave them, 2 chances to screw up royally.We called to get the correct order, and they send out a second order, even expedited the wrong order. Then, stated they no longer want to do business. We then write a poor review because they did a poor job getting the order right (twice). And our refund is withheld until we remove the negative review.Here is the negative review. This is America. We fight injustice at every turn. This company has tried to make hard working, good paying customers out be the bad guy. They had no problem taking our money, but voice your opinion on something they had multiple chances at correcting and that’s your last straw friend.Do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague it is and when they finally realize that they can’t treat their customers like this it’ll be too late. From the first contact this man is terribly rude and brash. It seems like a one man show but he has outdated software on his site so the cart kept making mistakes in quantity and which ones I was ordering. Hence, I received the correct sofa cushions but the wrong chair cushions. He will not accept any responsibility, charged me for samples I never received and then wont take the wrong ones back even though I am ready to order new ones. Really foolish business practice as I need to order a ton of new stuff as we have redone our home. Silly. But buyer beware!

I ordered cushions for my Lloyd Flanders wicker rockers. Initially I was concerned because it took longer than the website said it would take. However, I did order in early spring which was their busiest time. I did get the cushions within the time frame the staff said I would see them. They look wonderful. The fabric and workmanship are excellent. They fit the rockers perfectly. I immediately ordered two more chair cushions for my Hannamint club chairs and ottoman. If the timeline you expect is not met, just call the office. The staff will give you good information and you will love the work.

This was my first experience with wickerparadise and it was excellent. The product was received quickly (shipping was free) and it was securely packaged so there was no damage to box contents. The pricing was competitive and the product was exactly what I ordered on line. Their web site had clear pictures of the product and a good variety to choose from. I will use this site in the future without hesitation....

Do not work with this company. I ordered a set of sofa and chair cushions. When the cushions came in different deminsions and the patterns were in different directions I sent an email asking for them to be fixed and replaced along with pictures. I then received a phone call saying that they think its best to go ahead and refund the money and asked for the cushions to be returned rather than fix the iissue. I had no problems previously and was hoping not to come to this. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the decision was final. Its not worth the bad customer service especially when I was nothing but polite. Im very disappointed in the follow through and recommend no one shop here.Update 4/16/19:The owner has informed me that they will not be issuing my full refund as previously stated until I remove my review that slandered their business. This is Blackmail and is illegal, another reason not to work with this company.

This is a great place to buy replacement cushions. Honestly the cushions from WickerParadise fit and look better than the original ones from Lloyd Flanders.

Received our furniture when we were told to expect it. Packed exceptionally well and in great condition. The resin wicker is absolutely beautiful and the pillows are made very well with zippers for easy removeal to clean. The table that I originally ordered was out of stock for 6 weeks, but they offered me a larger replacement table at no extra cost. GREAT customer service, thank you Vince and Mark.

This company is awful. We ordered our sun room furniture set more than 4 months ago and are still waiting on one of the main pieces to ship. The reported shipping date continues to be pushed back. There is no customer service department. Avoid!! Do not trust the website when it says it will ship in 4 weeks!! They will not inform you of backorders and will not give reliable updates or information. Employees rude and unaccomodating.

I tried to order replacement cushions and spoke to the owner. I mentioned that the representative I spoke to a few weeks ago said that he would honor the discount in effect at that time.
