Very uncomfortable environment in this place.. not warm and welcoming at all.. I didn’t have a bad experience there, it was just a very odd energy in the room. I can’t explain it. Usually dealerships are warm and welcoming. It was just creepy.. all of the staff that had been there for years was gone and replaced with new faces. But that wasn’t the problem.. I was standing in there for about 45 minutes before anyone even said hello. Just strange.

Outstanding services at BMW of Mamaroneck!Upon arrival at BMW of Mamaroneck, I was unexpectedly greeted by a kind, ambitious and helpful sales representative named Mohammed. He asked if any floor model vehicle captured my attention. I mentioned a few that I was interested in, but the one that truly captured my eye was the Gun Metal Blue AWD BMW 330i (3-series). Mohammed asked if I was interested in further exploring/pursuing the vehicle. Initially I wasnt until he mentioned that BMW of Mamaroneck purchases clients out of their current vehicle or vehicle contractual agreement. Thats when I agreed to sit with Mohammed to further explore the Gun Metal Blue AWD BMW 330i (3-series) and financial options.I expressed to Mohammed that I just paid my last payment on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. However, I was extremely over-miled, and I was to return my vehicle back to the leasing company they will charge excessive for the over-milage and more. It was at that moment Mohammed made it his objective to get of my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and into the Gun Metal Blue AWD BMW 330i (3-series). He was able to assist me in executing contract agreement with BMW Financial Services, resulting in a fair monthly payment and downpayment while BMW of Mamaroneck still purchased my $34,600 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport from the leasing company, which wouldve cost my tons of money in over-milage and fees.Im grateful for my divined timing interaction with Mr. Mohammed and BMW of Mamaroneck. They will certainly see me again in the near future.

Every time I lease a car I like to shop around for a good deal. This time wasn’t an exception. I had called about 9 different Bmw locations within my 50mile radius. I have spoke to over 9 sales reps from all those locations and pretty much everyone of them either made me a fake promise or didn’t want to work according to my preference. BMW of Mamaroneck is about 35miles from my residence. When I called them Momammad took down my requirements thoroughly and assured me a callback within a time frame. He promptly got back to me and assured me that 90% of my requirements will be met. He went back and forth with his manager to approve me my desired deal. He had sent me the pictures of the car we were getting so that o get a hint before I even get to that location. The guy Mohammad was professional and knows how to talk to customers with proper manner. We were impressed by his hard work toward making it a smooth transaction. I was comfortable asking him any question and he made sure to give me a prompt and correct answer. You don’t get to see the right attitude in car salesman’s these days. Dont fall for the CPO extended maintenance.I purchased a CPO m235i in 2018. The finance manager at the time also sold me on 2-years of included BMW maintenance. Upon taking the car to get its required maintenance in year 2, I was informed by the dealer that I only had 1 year of included maintenance, so the service is not included, and to contact the dealership where I made the purchase. Ive kept all the documents I was given at the time of purchase, and nowhere is the extended maintenance even mentioned, save for the line item where BMW of Mamaroneck charged me for it.I contacted BMW of Mamaroneck multiple times and received no response till escalating to BMW of North America. BMW of Mamaroneck finally told me that the finance manager who sold me the car was no longer working there, and so they couldnt provide any more information. I asked them to produce the contract they claimed I signed for the extended maintenance (again, which is not in my meticulous records); they instead produced an unsigned contract and said the signed one was in the archives. Its been over a month, and they have still failed to produce a signed contract. Its been almost 5 months since I originally contacted the dealership.Heres the thing: BMW only offers maintenance on a dealer schedule. Scheduled maintenance for 1 year would have cost less than BMW of Mamaroneck charged for the extended maintenance, even at dealership prices! At best, this is a rip-off, and at worst, its fraud.UPDATE: GM managed to access the archive real quick after posting this. I now have my contract.

The pandemic really threw a wrench into my latest BMW lease transition (M4 - > X5M) when the production plant in SC was forced to shut down, which then created residual issues with my new build that threatened to leave me very unhappy. I was fortunate that Fernando was able to take control of the situation before it got out of hand and assure that BMW would make good on its commitments to me, which it did. The communication and level of service I received from that point on were exceptional. I took receipt of the new car/truck a few weeks ago and could not be happier with it.

I drove away in my new x1 on the 27th of March and Paul made everything so easy. I was in a lease already with about 10-11 months left on it. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get rid of my lease that early (even though the rest of the payments are rolled in). I walked into BMW just looking to test drive, trying to figure out what car i wanted next and Paul was GREAT! Test drove the X1 and fell in love! Paul explained everything to me. He wasn’t pushy, which I truly appreciated. The next day after my test drive he told me i would be able to get rid of my lease and get the car I wanted. The transition was seamless. Although my payment is slightly higher than what I originally wanted (due to me rolling in my payments) I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. They took care of everything for me. Paul even checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy and I couldn’t be happier. Josh was great as well. There was a miscommunication with my down payment and it was fixed quickly. They have earned a life long customer at this dealership. They were honest and upfront about everything and that is hard to find these days with a dealership (my own family works for a dealership and I wouldn’t even get a vehicle from them...says a lot) thank you Paul, Josh and everyone else at BMW for making my purchase as seamless as possible.

Had high expectations of this dealership and after going in person and having a interview I noticed they definitely judge a book by its cover. I’m a 7 year experience car salesman with awards to prove my accomplishment but yet I have yet to even get a courtesy call or email back after I have reached out numerous times. I personally picked this dealership because I thought it was a great fit for myself but after this experience I see why it’s a not selling as much as they could. They say they want a hungry sales person but yet when one goes in person they rather have one that fits their “dealership look”.

Do NOT purchase from BRIAN SUNG!!!!!I wanted to end my lease with Lexus early and switch to BMW. I worked with Brian, and everything was great. However, to end my lease and utilize my insurance package I paid for to cover excess wear and tear, I had to have a separate company inspect my vehicle prior to returning to the dealership. The company was not inspecting vehicles due to Covid and they informed me they were unsure when they would return to regular service. I informed Brian of this, who graciously arranged for my car to be stored until the company resumed inspections. I proceeded with the lease and dropped my Lexus off and picked up my new BMW X4. This is no reflection of BMW, I love the car, great decision. The dealership was nice, process ran smoothly. Brian was quick to respond, called my cellphone without hesitation. Suddenly his communication was nonexistent. The inspection company with Lexus let me know they resumed service and I could have the car inspected to do any necessary repairs, I contacted Brian who emailed me back “Car has been dropped off the a Lexus dealership last week. They will be doing the inspection at the dealership. Best regards,”. Copied and pasted from his emailAll of a sudden he forgot how to call me, even to say “hey we dropped off your vehicle”. I was still paying insurance on the vehicle, I still had one of the keys to return with the vehicle. He said “I left multiple messages”. He is full of lies, and I guess the epitome of classic sleazy car salesman. I offered to show him my Verizon statements to show there were no incoming calls or voicemails from him. He knew how to call me several times until he got what he wanted, then showed a lack of basic respect to notify me of changes in an agreement. Fortunately, things were worked out with Lexus, so I wasn’t charged. But the fact remains that he is disrespectful, lied when confronted and doesn’t take any responsibility for his shady actions. I would never do work with this dealership again, just because I know this particular dealership (like I’m sure most have) has someone like Brian there. I discussed the situation with Joe Czarnecki who was very helpful, apologietic and agreed Brian was in the wrong, but no further information as relayed as to why Brian is so incompetent with communication.Followup after discussing with Joe again:Thanks again for discussing again Joe. However, due to the fact that you still only provide speculation as to why Brian did what he did, its clear the work to resolve the situation was never really addressed with Brian. Otherwise it would not be he must have been busy and quickly responded to your emails, Im sure he did not intentionally mean to come off as dismissive, it would have been an actual explanation. And still, if he didnt mean to be disrespectful and dismissive, youd think hed still reach out and apologize. Ill never believe he could be confused about what he was doing when my last email to him was Im very disappointed and find this extremely unprofessional....his response - none. Didnt respond any further. He intentionally avoided the situation, was dismissive and rude.

I had very poor experience with BMW of Mamaroneck. We bought a BMW car 5 years ago, 2012 model and now we had major damages which won’t be covered by the company or insurance. We ended up turning the car back to them with huge money loss of payments, pending another year of payments. Ended in debt now .I do not recommend BMW to anyone anymore. Please go to any other luxury car that won’t be a loss of your money and efforts.It was our dream to have a long lasting high efficiency luxury car.😞We did wrong choice . Information on the CPO maintenance program is opaque and asking for the written definitions - as opposed to trusting the sales person - for some reason seen as an unusual ask.

We built our own X3 via BMWUSA.com on 7/10 (Friday). After a couple of email exchanges, found the right car. I drove my old X5 for trade in appraisal on Monday 7/13 at noon; I drove home a new one at 5pm. Everything went so nicely. However, upon delivery, one key was missing. The manager, Mr. Cerqueira took exceptional effort to quickly resolve the issue. Five stars management, strongly recommended. Of course, the car is excellent too! Chen, Chappaqua, NY

What a WONDERFUL dealership. I cant recommend this A-Class team enough. Kristen, was wonderful and very attentive to my needs. She made the sales process SO EASY that I literally decided on purchasing the vehicle as soon as I got back from the test drive. It was pretty late in the evening and I was the last customer to leave but before I left, I made my deposit, even got bank approval and all in under an hour. This is the quickest Ive ever bought a car. The following day, I went to take delivery and also surrender my trade (it was NOT bittersweet!), they polished and waxed the car as I had suggested and the car was good as new (2014 335xi). Besides that, the navigation was severely outdated and this meant that I would never got to my destination on time and sometimes I would get lost. The following week, I was set to the service center for a free update to the Navigation & other firmware updates that needed to be done. All-in-all, I made the right choice and you will to! Thanks once again to Kristen and Lee for making this an awesome buying experience. Oh and to the finance guy -- you were probably the nicest finance guy I met.To infinite and beyond!

I found my car online and had to travel 200 miles to complete the transaction. The staff was prepared and attentive with the goal of getting me back on the road for my long trip home. All our previously agreed upon terms were honored including my trade when they didn’t see until that day. This team is very professional and I would recommend them highly.

All that glitters is not Gold. The salespeople pick and choose who they believe gets excellent treatment. If you are Black they will place you with a Black salesman. If you have credit issues. For example if you do not meet the credit criteria for leasing. They will not call you back. They become dismissive and condescending. The treatment of customers is not fair for all customers and this is not acceptable. All of these glowing reviews are one sided. Every single customer deserves to be treated with respect and consideration.BTW Mercedes Benz of New Rochelle is where I was treated well. Thats what I will drive. The Dealer told me Mercedes Benz is for old people... Overall not going back
