On 07/14 came here and ordered a hot coffee with cream and a few sugars. For some reason this took longer than it should have to make. I had an anxious toddler with me and didnt realize until I was on the road the coffee...was ice cold. Too late to go back. If the creamer was ice cold placing it in hot coffee will do that. A little common sense and about 10 seconds from the steamer wand would have made it an appropriate temperature.

Heading into the store as the clerk locked the door in front of me then proceeded to make fun of it with her co workers. I didn’t mind that I showed up as the store was closing but the actions after was unpleasant

Unfortunately, this Starbucks is a who you know type of place. The baristas definitely cater to the regulars.I had two drinks and my 2 of 2 was ready but my 1 of 2 was not. When I asked for it, they found it pushes behind one of the machines.Gave 3 stars for convenience and the fact that they really cant screw up an iced green tea.*Suggestion, if you dont want your cup pushed behind a machine so the regulars dont have to wait, play nice with the baristas.NAMESTE 🙏

I went there the morning of Tuesday December 22, 2020 at 655 am. The crew was the absolute disorganized I have ever seen. I went there to get a quick breakfast but waited almost 20 minutes and left without my sandwich. I watched as the girl taking orders just kept taking orders while no one prepared any of the food orders that kept piling in. I watched 5 people come in after me place orders and get their order before me. I watched numerous people come in that had mobile orders and just pick up their food. I asked nicely is anyone preparing my sandwich and kept watching them taking more orders after mine and get their drink and food. I finally had enough and said why are all of these people getting serviced before me. I got accused of yelling which I wasn’t and they offered me a refund. I said I just want my sandwich, just heat it up and I will go. She kept doing every order except mine. Many people were upset but no one said anything. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. This was the absolute worst experience I have had. These two working in the morning need to go. This is not difficult. Just take orders in the order they come in. I will never go there in the morning ever again.

I love this location. They’re always so friendly- Greet you as soon as you come in and always so kind. And of course their drinks are always 👌🏼

The woman (whom I wish I knew her name) was beyond the nicest and most professional cashier I have met in a long time!!! The Nitro and the egg whites with red peppers is the best!!

I went there today and they are so disorganized. There are 3 people behind the counter and do not know how to talk to customers. I was waiting on line for some time and nobody noticed me. I ask for help and they say there to buzy. There is no need for that. I will not be returning to this Starbucks anymore. Just remember customer service is essential

Im now use to not being able to get decaf at certain times of day, but to not have dark roast available at 10am on a Saturday morning is disappointing. There was however, holiday blend front and center, four weeks after the holiday has past.

Ive been to Starbucks all over the world. Identical menus, good customer service, different layouts and seating arrangements. This one is not as nice as the showpiece Starbucks in Ho Chi Minh City but a lot nicer than the one in Adams Morgan (Washington DC) or Weymouth, MA. Its spacious - not that you can actually sit in the age of COVID - and the baristas are always cheerful and polite. Give it four stars.

They have this BAD habit of opening EXTREMELY LATE majority of the week!This morning at 6:15am I opened up the Starbucks APP to place an order online - this location was not on for ordering online so I decided to still go and by the time I got there they’ll be up and running —It’s really frustrating because I got there at 7:30AM and they STILL WERE NOT OPEN & have the audacity to HIDE when they see people walk towards the door! And all they do is put up a sign like this.... how is it possible that they get away with opening late over and over again?P.s I ended up going to Dunkin’ Donuts and had to pass the Starbucks again at around 8ish and the sign was still up and people were standing trying to open the door and of course it was locked... NICE WORK!Highly disappointed in this location- I feel bad leaving such a negative review because there’s about two workers here who are really good at their job and I don’t want them to be attached to this review... but everyone else just passes by very little on customer service.

This location has great customer service. The line moves swiftly. There is plenty of seating. There are a couple of large communal tables, individual tables and an area with comfy chairs. Parking lot is tight but you can park on the street for free. I almost always park on the street.

I love this Starbucks.. this is also the only one I go to unless I am in the city or at the mall. I love that it is next to the high school. I know it can get croweded by us highschoolers but, I love it. Always clean. One day I left my lunchbag and I came back 2 hours later and they had it in the back stored for me. I had an expensive wallet and money.. nothing got stolen

One bathroom has been locked for 2 days. No sign. Overall, bathrooms should be cleaned and checked more often as I noticed there was no toilet paper. Otherwise I enjoy Starbucks. More outlets please!!

Pleasant staff, but very slow, no sense of urgency and rather disorganized compared to other Starbucks. Even if I am first or the only one in line, the wait time is an average of 10 minutes or longer for my order, which rarely veers from coffee w/a flavored syrup and fat free milk. Ordering ahead makes very little difference, as you usually have to wait anyway. Unfortunately, there always seems to be 3-4 staff with 1 on the register, 1 actually making drinks and the other 1/2 fumbling around or socializing. At least work while talking. It would be great if one of them could sweep the dirty floor or wipe down the customer milk/sugar area. There is no drive thru and there is seldom any parking available in the lot. Perhaps it is just poor management, but my husband refuses to go to this location anymore and I think I am going to do the same. It would be great to see some effort to step up the service to fall in line with other locations.

Even though I find myself stopping at this Starbucks very often, its probably the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to:The staff is very nice, but the amount of high-schoolers that swarm the place a few hours a day during school lunch hours make it mostly uninhabitable. This is one of the best school districts in New York, but the kids take forever in line, stand in everyones way, rarely say thank you, and often leave their garbage on the tables for the employees to pick up.And the parking sucks, but hey, its a small lot for a few businesses in the plaza.

Clean, staff is friendly and my beverages are always on time which is amazing g considering they also deal with the traffic from the high school. Be warned: parking is NOT easy esspecially if you plan on going in the morning.

Ive never been disappointed by Starbucks outside the tourist-trap of the big cities. I dont like standing in long lines paying premium price waiting to get served. So naturally, I avoid Starbucks while in the city. My visit to Starbucks in Larchmont, NY was planned and I wasnt disappointed. Parking was a breeze, the store wasnt crowded, service was pleasant, the wait for my specialty coffee was short. The atmosphere was great, except for the loud chatter of a one patron conducting business on his cellphone.What more can I say? My coffee not as hot as I expected but the barista took care of that with a smile. Starbucks have away of making you feel that youre a paying customer, you have nothing to worry about. My visit to Starbucks went perfectly, and for a moment while there, the problems of the world were forgotten.

Good coffee and snack Cafe. Wifi is free and fast. Wait times are around 10 min or more. Comfortable and ample seating.

Dont come here unless you have 20 minutes to wait for your coffee. Thats no exaggeration. Small parking lot, long line and SLOW service.

Great place to drink coffee and get work done. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of tables and chairs with decent internet access. My only gripe is finding a parking spot can be difficult at times, but if you visit in the late afternoon and early evening, you should not have a problem.

Great place to get coffee especially coffee high in sugar. The food is good but I dont think its better than Paneras.

The staff and everything else is up to par but theres a very small parking lot which is always full. And fyi, dont park next door at the bank; theres a guy from Laz parking who sits in his car watching people, and he will call the cops to ticket or tow you. For a better parking situation, go to the Starbucks nearby on Palmer Avenue.

I really like the staff at this location, but if you really wanna get your coffee and have no worries about parking this is not your place. Its always a nightmare to find a parking space!!!

This Starbucks is one of those I rather go further to the next closest location than this one or even to Dunkin donuts just to avoid this location. Depends on how busy they are, they rush your drink. I ordered a common mocha frappuccino, and it tasted nothing like mocha. I thought maybe I was given the wrong drink. I asked a worker and she said that it was my drink and quickly brushed me aside. I refused to refer to them as barista when you cant even make a mocha frappuccino. Also the service wasnt good. They were super SLOW and not friendly. Honestly not mean but with attitude and detachment. Like its the customers fault they have to do their job and cant lounge around. Please hire new staff! Im giving two stars because this location is nice and does have ample space. I still dont plan to return any time soon but if I ever do I hope they changed their attitude.

Great customer service especially compared to the slew of locations in Manhattan. The seating here is great as well.

Parking lot is always jammed. Drinks/lattes do not taste as they should. Ordered a chai tea latte and a cinnamon dolce latte. They both taste like hot milk with no flavor. Larchmont should Starbucks is 10x better.

This starbucks is awful. I work at a starbucks in Massachusetts and ive never experieced such bad service at a starbucks before. First of all, the employee at the register was absolutley clueless about everything and wouldnt take my partner numbers for my discount. Then he continually labeled my drinks wrong in the wrong sizes after i continuously repeated myself. Then, after asking for a manager after getting very rude attitudes from employees they refused to go back for the manager. They ignored me when i asked for the green stoppers for my lattes and messed up my mango black tea lemonade and giving me it in the wrong size as well. There were also three people making drinks and i still hd to wait almost ten minutes for my drink. Awful starbucks.
