Wanted a few cups I bought personalized. They dont do that here. Spoke to a nice person there though!

I would give them no stars if I could. I was in touch with them asking for baseball tournament shirts. They assured me they would have it done and 2 days before I was supposed to pick them up they told me they were never ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I contacted Ink It Up in May 2020 to have thank you t-shirts for nurses in a nearby health care facility. After spending a fortune on PPE, the facility had a tight budget but wanted to honor their dedicated staff for working around the clock to keep their residents safe and healthy.Rick and Nick helped me put together an order for t-shirts that stayed within our budget. I am sure no profit was made by them and they did this out of a gesture of kindness. We are so appreciative and so was the staff!

I had ordered work shirts and sweatshirts to be silk screened right as the Pandemic hit the US. As soon as the Staff at Ink It Up got back to work my order was delivered to my house! The items they made turned out awesome! I am SO HAPPY I switched my uniform company! Marie and herb stafff really did a great job! I cannot say enough good things about them!!!! 10 thumbs up to Ink It Up!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Ink it Up for T-shirts for an MS Walk and let me tell you I never had a better experience with their customer service and attention to detail. The shirts I ordered came out amazing and did everything I asked for. I would 100% come back and never had a custom printed shirt as great as the ones they made. I have been to other T shirt printers and Ink it Up by far is the best. Great staff and very friendly owner who is willing to help you out in anyway possible. Not to mention how fast they were able to complete the order.

With regard to marketing and promotional items for a company, they are probably the best in the area, especially if youre looking to be hands on with the entire process. I must admit I do believe this is a very good company. From the initial consultation on the phone, to preparing to make an order, seemed to go very smoothly. They had all the inventory that I wanted except for one item however, they never got back to me about it. I felt like I was being stalled in their attempt to try and find something very simple. I was apprehensive, so I pulled the plug and did not go through with the very large purchase. The studio is adorable. The workers seemed to be very pleasant. The selection of goods well above average. The quality of the merchandise is fine as well. What went wrong here? I really dont know, but Im sure to give them another try at some point.

Ink it Up is a great shop to get custom shirts made. Super friendly staff, and the quality of the work is excellent.All prints are sharp and the work is professional. All sizes, colors, print locations, and special requests were executed flawlessly. Opening up my own s business I was looking for a good logo company and this was it. They have a huge selection of catalogs that really filled my tennis needs from shirts to cups fo stickers !

This review is a long time coming. I had the team at ink it up revamp and update my logo, then produce t-shirts and hats. Their price was the best, as I shopped around did my due diligence. The quality was just what I wanted and have stood the test of time as my last order was a year ago and I am going back to order more only cause my business is growing! Our firm had INK IT UP produce custom logo polo shirts and hats and the quality of the product was outstanding. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and most importantly met deadlines. We will continue ordering our merchanise from them moving around forward. We highly recommend!

The entire team at Ink it Up was very helpful. They helped with the design and the turnaround time was amazing. On top of that, the pricing was unbeatable.

2 stars because the work is decent. BUT, the customer service is horrible. When we were there ordering our shirts a lady came to pick up her order which was wrong by the default of Ink It Up they told her there was nothing they could do. What she approved in her email was completely different then what was printed. Owner did not care. If thats not enough, we picked up over 20 shirts of ours getting home to realize that one of them had a tear in the sleeve by the shoulder. It was too late to bring it in the same day so we brought them back first thing in the morning .. the lady told us there is nothing they can do, take it to a tailor. Ummm? Excuse me? I paid you for these shirts, you gave me a teared one and its not your problem? I have to go pay more money now?! RIDICULOUS. We will not do business with Ink it Up anymore!!!!

Ashley is the best! She helped us get the job done under a tight deadline with exactly what we needed. Print job was perfect on a black shirt. We couldnt ask for better, nor would we find it.Thanks so much - Inkitup is our go to shop from now on.

Although the quality of the shirts was the decent, the customer service was some of the worst I have ever seen in any industry. I would be hard pressed to ever work with Ashley or Ink It Up again. Sadly a local business has terrible service. Mamaroenck needs better people than this.
