Nancy with Trinity Wiring and Security Solutions was very professional when she came out for a service call. First off she had her mask on and had my new part in hand. After she installed my new part she ran a full system check to determine if everything is still performing well after 4 1/2 years of service. She found my carbon dioxide detector needed to be replaced. She replaced it on the spot. Wow - I had no idea that the detector needed to be updated and Im glad Nancy was able to install it & provide my family with peace of mind that all is well. Service was stellar.

Often times we share experiences that arent very good, but Id like to share a GREAT experience with Manny and Pablo. They installed multiple TVs, new router and a doorbell. The crew that came to us was absolutely amazing, it was a big job and they got it done within a day. Manny and Pablo provided excellent customer service. They are incredibly friendly, prompt, and patient with a new user.Their technical expertise helped to solve an ongoing issue and their workmanship is top notch. During my install I had cameras installed which required drilling through brick and hard wiring. The install was flawless and looks like it was installed during construction.

The low console battery has been going off. We called Trinity to find out what to. They had me crawling around in my basement unplugging the box down there which did not resolve the issue. They said they were sending me a new battery pack which they did not. Finally someone told us what the correct issue was and assured me I could buy a replacement battery anyplace. Well, you can not. Wasted evening driving from store to store in traffic for naught. Not a single person we spoke to was a native English speaker. They did not understand us and we could not understand them. We are seriously looking for a néw company. Trinity used to be personable and great and now they are no where close.

Our experiences with Trinity have always been great! The tech Nancy was very helpful in installing our doorbell cam and answered all questions. She even took time to adjust another camera that needed adjustment and integrated our garage door opener into our security app.

Beyond deplorable. Not sure how they have managed to have 4 stars. When we bought our house we heard their service was lousy. I even wrote the CEO an email when we were buying a house expressing my concerns and he assured me they would go above and beyond. We sold our house in January and were told wed have to pay a termination fee unless the new buyers were willing to take our contract over. Trinity requires you sign a 5 year contract with them with a term fee even if you sell your house. The new buyers tried multiple times to reach out and get our contract moved over and finally gave up. Their sales department doesnt return your phone calls. I tried several times to reach someone to cancel, left multiple messages they never called back. Finally was able to get the agreement to cancel and signed it and sent back. They charged me again for another three months of service this week. Have left several messages to cancel, crickets, they never call you back. I know have to pay a termination fee because they didnt return the new buyers phone calls and they gave up and decided to go with another monitoring and alarm company. So I will likely be charged a term fee because of their poor sales and customer support. In addition, several LAN runs they installed have never worked since installation and we were never able to get those repaired either. Guess our fault for not staying on them for that but anyway, just overall poor quality, impossible to get service and contracts you can never cancel.

Excellent service provide by Nancy!!! She was very professional and knowledgeable. When she entered our home she wearing a mask and booties on her shoes. Nancy is definitely a 10+ and a 5 Star representative of your company.

Today I have Pablo come to check my patios speaker. It has had noises for a while when the volume is low. He figures out that it is caused by the volume controller. He changes a new one and it works fantastic. 5 stars for Pablo.

I cannot say enough about Trinity. We were referred to them from a neighbor, and we are so glad we went with them! First off, they were better priced than the other two companies we called for quotes. The installation guys worked tirelessly all day installing our cameras and wiring until everything was to our satisfaction. A couple of weeks later, I called to tweak the camera recording, and Ritchie was amazing. Completely patient, walked me through everything with great detail, and got my system running the way I wanted. I had more questions the next day, called and talked to Ritchie again, and once again, he took the time walking me through everything, making sure it was working the way I needed it. I never felt rushed, or like I was just another call. The cameras are fantastic, really crisp and detailed, and there are so many capabilities with the notifications, recording rules, and monitoring. I have called this company multiple times over the last two years trying to figure out where the wiring for my kitchen speakers were. I have been getting nothing but poor responses, lack of understanding about the wiring system and no diagram of where the wiring ends meet. What a horrible experience - STAY AWAY!Edited (2/2/21) - Reaching out to the builder helped as he was able to get intouch with someone higher up at Trinity. Trinity Wiring is terrific to work with--they are responsive and professional and solved an audio challenge no one else I contacted had been able to figure out. Trinity did all of the internet and audio wiring in our townhouse when it was first built. Today they installed Sonos into that audio system to replace what had originally been installed. Little did I know, when Trinity did the initial wiring years ago, they had installed additional wiring to allow for a future installation of new audio in the future. So for this project, the wiring we needed was already in the walls which made todays installation possible. Manny, the technician who did the installation, was professional, super courteous, and great to work with. He did a terrific job getting it all up and running. We couldnt be happier!

We recently built a new home and Trinity Wireless provided installation of all of our wiring needs, including security system. I have been a customer for many years and have always gotten great service. They did the initial wiring for the home and the monitoring since then.Recently while moving into a new home it seemed like I might not be able to bring their service with me but Ritchie spent a lot of time on the phone and via email answering my questions as to what I should or shouldnt add with the new wiring and how to set it up so that I could bring their service and equipment with me. I got a follow up call that I wasnt expecting from Jasmin who was just letting me know that she coordinated with Ritchie and the sales supervisor (who then contacted me) to go over my options and prices for equipment and make sure we had the best plan. They worked it out so most of the things I had already paid for could just be moved which is saving me a large amount of money.They have always been super responsive to questions and have worked to make sure any issue is solved quickly. I have used Trinity to install the security in my new home. I have really appreciated their thoroughness and their dedication to customer service. The fact that their are local and so responsive is what made me choose them over other big-names security company who may be good as well but use a network of agents and representatives. With Trinity I always know what I am getting. I love the integration of technology into the security system. Lights, thermostat, water detection, garage door, door locks, cameras, motion detectors, windows are all integrated into a system I can use anywhere.Today I actually had another of their reps, Herbert who was great (they all are actually!) to augment the system with another door lock. In less than an hour he had me all installed and up and running!And if you think the “local” option is more expensive, think again — their prices are very compatible!

After an untold amount of frustration with the LG service technicians regarding a sync issue with my new television, the frustration grew worse when their instructions resulted in my losing surround sound connectivity. As a result, I contacted Trinity Wiring for support and to troubleshoot my issue. Within a matter of seconds, Ritchie assessed the problem, provided instructions on how to resolve it, and voila! Our cable provider, upon re-install had not re-connected our Trinity wiring properly, so we called Trinity for assistance. Ritchie was very helpful and we even conducted a FaceTime meeting so he could walk-me-through what wires may be causing the disconnect. They installed the low voltage wiring in my home and didnt label any of the ethernet or coax cables at the junction box. I was told someone would be sent to handle it and no one did. My follow-up message has gone unanswered.

Trinity did the overall installation on our alarm and sound system at the house, and we could not be happier with the work that the team did. I just had this company install an additional contact for my patio door, a new sky bell with video for my front door and an app controlled thermostat. The service technician made all installations effectively and efficiently. However I was not present at the end of the installation and had several questions. Not only did he answer all my questions in a professional and courteous manner, he was extraordinarily patient in walking me through additions/deletions/changes I wanted to make on my system. I recently purchased a townhouse with in-wall Ethernet wiring setup and an in-ceiling audio system that I could not figure out for the life of me why it wasnt working. Trinity Wiring sent over Manny and Pablo to diagnose the setup and was able to resolve the audio system issue as well as test out all of the Ethernet cables for me. They were able to tell me which wiring goes to which room in the house. Awesome service and very friendly people!

Our overall experience with TRINITY has been stellar. From the initial visit of Shannon, the sales rep, through scheduling and other customer service before and after installation with the amazing Emma and with the technical team that installed our system upgrade headed by Nancy, and with the technical departments leader, Richie who immediately solved a minor hiccup, TRINITY is a fabulous company to do business with. While not detracting one iota from my five star rating, I note that the install team missed one step and that was reconnecting power to the main panel which caused the system to run on the backup battery. What turned out to be the hidden although somewhat frustrating benefit from that misstep was seeing first hand without an intrusion how extraordinarily responsive the TRINITY system actually is. We got concise communications from the system that something was wrong; I called Richie, who identified the issue, it got fixed and all has been perfect ever sense. We had the pleasure of working with Trey and Herbert and the standard of professionalism was above and beyond. They did a fantastic job and were very detailed and gentle in explaining the system to us. This was our first time having a professionally installed security system and it was a great experience. Trinity installed my home security system and wireless network. The did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them. The cable company wanted to drill a hole through the wall of the house to connect my internet. A quick call to Ritchie on the Trinity Support team and the Cable company found out that Trinity had already run all the lines so they wouldnt have to drill into the house. The cable guy said he had never seen such a professional job. I would recommend using them if you need security, home networking, or home theater systems installed.

Trinitys customer service is stellar, installers are equally pleasant and knowledgeable. Easy to reach and schedule appointments. There are some county rules and regulations they must follow, this is out of their control and must be filed with your residing county, has to do with false alarm agreement with your police department. They will work with you on price plan and length of contract upfront. Thank you Trinity for keeping my family, house and property safe. I received excellent service from calling to set up an appointment to the actual service. Cesar was the technician. He listened to my concerns and he fixed the problem I was having with my TV. He checked the HDMI cable and made sure the TV was in good working order before leaving. Trinity is the contractor who installs the smart home package provided by the builder of our new home. Our home was the first one in the neighborhood to receive this new package. Nancy and Manny from Trinity for their installation appointment and let us know that they had allowed a large window of time since they were learning about this new system as they installed it for the first time in our home. They were incredibly diligent and got the system up and running. When they were going through the system and showing us how it works, the video doorbell stopped working. They contacted tech support for the doorbell manufacturer and it was determined that the doorbell was defective. They were very disappointed and apologetic as they had to leave without completing the job. Everything else was working great. Nancy returned at a later date and installed a new doorbell and now the system is complete! We are very happy with the professionalism of Nancy and Manny. They both take pride in their work and are very good at what they do...and they are nice people too!

They took the time to speak with me and understand the situation and act accordingly. Alarm system works great, equipment is in perfect condition, no problems what so ever. Kindness goes a long way and they made sure to go that extra mile. Will defiantly recommend to friends and family.

My Trinity technician Will V has just completed his job activating my Trinity monitoring services today. What went from only programming my devices and briefing me on the operating procedures turned into having to replace ALL of my installed devices because the last homeowner had kept all devices registered on their account. I have to tell you that this went from quick visit to a half day job due to several unanticipated findings and Will didnt know what he was in for, but he he stayed cool, calm and collected through the entire visit. Im very happy with his service. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable in the areas of home security and I look forward to working with him in the future if I am to run into any issues. I have been with trinity for a little over 2 years now and I recently had a tech in for a service call she was phenomenal her name was Nancy Torres she was so knowledgeable about our system she answered all my questions and went into great detail trinity has always been good to us and has stayed consistent I recommend them to some family awhile back and same thing I have yet to hear a complaint from them to date Nancy’s customer service skills sparked this review but I really feel I owe it to trinity for the exceptional service they have provided us .

Ive been a customer of Trinity for over 7 or 8 years and even used them when I moved to a new house. theyve been great. Just had a tech (Nancy) come out and was super friendly and took care of everything.

In a day and age where customer service has become a thing of the past, Nancy Torres is a rare gem. She came out to my house and was able to fix the issue I was having in no time. She stayed and did a full test of the system and even disconnected the siren so my dog would not freak out. I cant say enough from this visit. I was thinking about going with one of those box security systems, but I will be staying with Trinity Wiring just because of Nancy.

We signed up with Trinity Wiring during the process for our new build Ryan Home. We went with an alarm system. The process from the sales to set up was seamless and with no issues. Most recently the alarm panel was beeping when our internet went down. I contacted the service department and was transferred to a gentleman named Richie. He quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions as well as provided me with a number to call him after hours so that I could refresh the system at home. He responded quickly, accurately and made the process very simple. He and Trinity have been great to work with and I would highly recommend them to all. Thank you Richie!

I had the pleasure of Trinity professionals (Ritchie and Khalid) mount two big screen TVs and install speakers and a Sonos Amp. It was white glove treatment all the way. They took care and time and worked with me (a very non-techie person) program the Sonos. They also provided great advice in problem solving some WIFI issues. I 100% recommend Trinity based on my experience with Ritchie and Khalid, a very dynamic duo!
