A great little place. Theyve generally got good selection, but the tools are a but expensive. The inside is a bit dirty and messy looking, but dont let that turn you away. I went in the other day for some rotors and the man at the desk gave a sizeable discount which he didnt have to give. I wouldve payed full price.

Great local parts store to Manassas with a knowledgeable staff. They are also very well stocked, and can get what they dont have usually the same day if you get there in the AM.
My favorite first choice, dave, chuck, Ed, George all knowledgeable.
They rang up my 25$ purchases on Christmas Eve for 170$ and issued a refund for the difference. Hence over-drawing my account and locking my money for and purchases until the refund is applied.

Jorge Cruz is the worst, I just dont know where to start, however, Currys Auto parts staff is frustrating to deal with, they do little to look into problems and resolved, they are very slow, their behavior is offensive, and its outrageous, very unprofessional, antiquated system which do not communicate with each other. its absolutely the worst possible outcome, it just seems like theres no end in sight, (such as incomplete answers/reckless disregard) and failure to respond/resolve customers concern promptly.I am used to poor customer service but this is off the charts. Your company reputation is on the line.You have poor customer service system of stalls, delays, confuse, pass-the-buck to all the way to non-responses. it’s simply impossible to reach someone who can handle 1 simple task or to ask questions or obtain information, you have to get through bank of phones and prompts to talk to a real person, at the same time wasting my precious time with your company. I have never had this much aggravation in my life about anything, you have terrible customer service and when it comes to customer service you have hit rock bottom. Your so-called customer service associates are extremely rude and do not offer to resolve/explain anything very unclear as to what they will do for the consumer giving customers the runaround with no action taken. Calls requesting responses are not acted on.
