Terrible customer service. Walked in to have buy tires for a tractor trailer, employees stand around and stare into space. No assistance at all. Waited for over 15 minutes with no help. Their loss lol, happy to spend money elsewhere.

I initially went in to install tires fir my van (my own tires.) Surprisingly, I was charged $268 and when I asked why the guy responded with attitude we charge $24 for installation, $21 dollars for balance, and $8 for recycling the tired.) so $50 to put on my new tires!!! Wha a rip off. Besides, one of the tires went flat today because apparently the valve came off. do yourself a favor and avoid this place! I will never go back !!! BTW They wanted to charge me $700 to cut off and replace 6 ceased tire studs! SMH

Update: after writing my initial review while still at the facility I decided go back in and talk to a manager. Ron greeted me and after I explained my previous attempts, not realizing overnight drop-off was an option, he was able to accommodate. True professionals, both Ron and technician who assisted. Will keep them in in mind when the rig is due for service.--- initial review.Tried to just get a motorhome VA inspected but no luck. Tried calling and was just told first come. Theyre not available for this during lunch hour and stops at 3::3ish, closed on weekends. If your schedule does not fit theirs look elsewhere.

The only place that I found in the area willing and able to repair a tractor tire with liquid ballast. Also a great place for truck tires for your RV.

Awesome service shop

Had one tire on our RV that would not take air. Drove to their shop, only waited about 10 minutes to get into a bay. They replaced the valve stem on the problem tire and checked the other 5. Great service, smart & efficient mechanics. Highly recommend these guys!!

Worst company when it comes to tires nobody in the business side of things has any idea on what they’re doing

Five stars because you were kind and got an out of town traveler into your shop...but subtract stars because you had my van for a week, charged me $200 diagnostic fees and when I picked it up and drove no more than out of the parking lot, the problem I brought it in for still existed. $200 for nothing and I had to rent a van for a week on top of that. This was not a subtle problem, three other people noticed the unusual noise that it was making. Was it testdriven? I do owe you for some of your time but charging $200 and no fix????

First time visit usally use another company. I really like the shop. They did a great job, mounted and balanced my tires. I also had them do a front end aliment. The guy that did the work did the test drive and came in and sat down and explained what he did and how the changes would effect my ride. Got in road straight very happy. Check them out.

If you want an honest inspection done. Only see Mike! He is thorough and doesnt make up bad things needing to be fixed.

Good commercial tire shop, always have the tires we need for our trailers. Sometimes wait can be longer than one would like.

Ive taken my tire needs to them multiple times and theyve always come through for me and at reasonable rates. Just this past week I dropped of a tire with a nail in it at noon and two hours later its ready to go and they mounted it back on to vehicle for $30. Saved me a lot of time and effort.

This place sucks. Never go there. After waiting one hour for them to open for business, and numerous calls to see if they accepted fleet vehicles, I was told Im sorry we dont accept your fleet service, but they dont know Ive been there before to get tires for my truck, but you cant do a safety inspection. Your customer service is the worst. Glad I experienced it first hand, and saved all the other drivers the hassle of using this sorry excuse of a company.

Roadside assistance does not take a credit card over the phone. I was told this 45 minutes after they took all my info.

2 nd trip to them this year, 1st was tires, mount, balance and stems, for Mt RV, 2nd was for inspection. People were friendly and the work proformed was on a timely basis and excellent. I highly recommend this company and will tell my friends about themSteve Bedenbaugh

They said they would work on my tires but it sat there 2 months and i had to do the work myself. Then they kicked me to the curb with unsafe wheels.

Terrible customer service!My appointment was a 9am. 45 minutes later they finally took my car back for an oil change! When I questioned thean behind the counter he tells me they are busy and it will be another 30 minutes! People are busy! Thats why I made the appointment! Dont come here if you are a busy person!!!

Our account was closed and nobody was able to at least give us a call to let us know about it, is that the way that you take care of your business...? When my supervisor was at the front desk to check out one of our vehicles that was repaired, the attendant informed him that this measure was done due that we failed to contact them for a previous invoice pending of payment. My supervisor sent an email to Bryan ( we have copy of the email) also he called us twice to inquire about the payment on the last phone call by the way he was so rude by insinuating it looks to me that you do not want to pay the invoice . So if this is not communication how do you call it then . . .?

They are garbage they have no respect for the client I arrived at 7:45 AM and returned at 12:25 and he told me he was sorry and he told me that in 2 hours my car was ready I do not recommend anyone to go to this place

Despite the horrible day I was having and the crazy lady I was they didnt judge just took me right in and took care of my issue I am so thankful ...really made my day better!!!! Thank you again!!!!

Ive been using their services for over 25 years. I dont use others for tires so I cant speak on their pricing, but their service and reliability are what keeps me from looking elsewhere.

Two hour wait both times I showed up for an oil change. Smell of smoke so bad in office, I smelled like it afterwards. Big guy in there was rude. Never going back.
