Great product at great prices. Whether it is sirloin, picaña or any other cut, the quality exceeds by far the large-chain stores, and the prices are pretty competitive as well. On top, the lady who takes the orders will give you great tips on the type of meat/cut that fits your needs so, definitely Ill visit this place again.

First time here, looks like they are a busy establishment however they move fast!

Bought 9 lbs brisket packer on Saturday afternoon for a cook on Monday. Had to throw the whole thing out after we pulled it out of the fridge green and slimy with a very bad odor in the fridge. Such a waste. I doubt I will ever come again.

The Prices are on of the best in the area, BUT sadly the people there are clueless and dont know the different types of meat and arent friendly other then that it okay.

Excellent variety and they will cut just about anything to order. I received a whole tenderloin for about $45 which is way cheaper than the grocery store. The Chorizo is the best and skirt steak customized to your choice. Everything is sold in bulk and packaged as such. It can be really busy on the weekends so its best to hit it in the off hours or after work. Most of the items are written in both spanish and english and they are happy to explain anything you may not understand. You probably arent going to get USDA Prime here but I appreciate them keeping the prices down for the lower quality meats. For the price, I dont know of a better spot!

Great place for excellent meat, clean facility and amazing service. They answer any question you may have and offer their knowledge to make buying fast and easy. Got to love a down to earth, local butchery. Fresh meat galore!!

Dont overlook this unassuming meat packer. My wife and I bought 5lbs of prime rib for Christmas dinner. It was very reasonably priced, between $7 and $8 a pound, which is a great deal. Yes, there was about 1lb of fat in there, but the meat tasted great.

I came here to try it out, Everytime I passed by with my car, I always see a line, so this had me curious. I always buy fajita at my local meat market here in Herndon. Bought 3lbs of faijita here. Opened the bag, to check the meat, I already knew the meat was gonna be tough, just by looking at it, didnt have any marbling. This place is alright for your average cook out, if your gonna have a lot people, but for quality and taste, not worth the time and money. Waste your money on a decent cow somewhere else. They butcher or buy cheap cows at low price and try to sell them at a average market price. Poor cow.

Went in for the first time to get beef ribs and paid for 2 pounds of fat instead. Didn’t realize it until I got home considering they give it to you in an opaque white bag tied up and try to rush you out. I wish I would’ve seen the comment below me prior to going regarding the steak which was just all fat. DO NOT COME HERE.

Good little place for fresh NY Strip steaks. At the time I paid $6.49 per pound. Steaks were around my requested thickness of 1.5 inches. Didnt try anything else on the menu. People behind the counter were nice, but didnt speak much English.One time I received ribeyes instead of NY strips. Not a big deal to me, but would have been nice to know it up front. Might have been a language barrier.

I had seen this place many times before and finally decided to stop in. I walked into the building around noon behind a line of 5 other people, all of who looked like they were of central or south American heritage, the menu board is all in Spanish, except NY Strip Steak, the only other thing I recognized was Chizoro. I instantly knew I was in the right place. I walk up to the counter and ask for 8 NY Strip Steaks and the man asks if I want them one-inch thick, which I grin and say sure! I also asked for 8 Chizoro sausages, then he instructed me to wait. I turned around and got into the second line forming on the other side of the counter; about 5 minutes passed and a couple butches bring out 10 plastic bags full of meaty goodness. They call me up and the whole thing rings up to $44, I would probably have paid double that at a grocery store. The steaks were high-quality cuts with very little gristle and fat, the sausages were traditionally wrapped and extremely tasty. Knowing of this little gem, theres absolutely no reason to get met elsewhere.I recommend bringing someone with you who knows Spanish or going later in the evening, so you can get some face time with the butcher.

The place is terrible, you dont see what youre buying and they give you what they want, and the meat is of terrible quality. I say it and I affirm it because I am a professional butcher for many years and I can tell you in person if you want, today I bought fajitas and the meat is from skinny cows, I did not return it because I live far away I do not recommend anyone who likes good quality of meat.
