I bought Decora cabinets many years ago from our local Alexandria VA dealer. The most commonly used cabinets have not worn very well. And one of the reasons I chose Decora was due to the ‘Lifetime Warranty’. But my supplier - Cindy at Cabinet Corner - is the absolute worst ! She refuses to respond to me and Decora keeps sending me back to her. She won’t help me replace the cabinets that have worn down and lost their luster. As a result, the Warranty is of no use because their distributors are so unprofessional and useless.

This company was so disappointing to work with. We spent over $17,000 on cabinets for our small kitchen because we liked the sample in Home Depot. It was their top line, the nicest they made, called Thomasville Artisan. There are two long strips of cabinet that are missing paint! The glass for two of the glass cabinets we bought? Its been over three months and it hasnt been delivered. Glass cabinets with no glass, and by the way, no instructions to install said glass! My contractor cant believe it. Not to mention their poor customer service. If youre going to buy premium, work with a local cabinet installer, not a huge Company like this one.
