The new Five below was bright with wide aisles. I was surprised to see there were no cashiers. All self checkout, but customer service was available if needed.

Very clean and bright, associates were super friendly, it was a little picked over tho.

Go mainly to get the candy cause they have the throwback. I love the Tshirts and they range from S-XL, the seasonal item, the items that are trending with the kids, books, and my girls love the store in general.

A very mixed variety of items. All priced low. Some of the Staff is very Friendly and Helpful; and others are not. There is usually a line to check out.

Great Store. They have lots of items to choose from. Most items are $5 and under. They do have some items that are over $5. They have clothes, toys, household items and more. Great Store for kids. The staff are great and friendly. You must wear a mask inside of the building.

This was quite possibly the best $5 Below Store that I have visited. In addition to the usual items that cost $5 or less such as toys, art supplies, candies, snacks, books and such, They also have a large variety of $5 clothing, perfumes, and makeup. This particular store also has some $10 room and home decor options. One of the best surprises was the self checkout. It is top of the line and makes the wait to purchase almost non-existent. I Definitely will be going back to seek what new items arrive!

Not real keen on only having a self checkout., But store was clean and bright. Selection seemed average for this brand. Love the new location closer to home.

Subtract 1 star from this review. Worst customer experience ever. I was looking for wireless earbuds. I found a pair I liked in a section marked $5. It was very well organized, with each brand and type on its own peg, so it was obviously in the correct location. However, the earbuds rang up as $8. First of all, why is anything at 5 Below over $5? Has basic math changed? Second of all, when I told the employee up front, he made up bs excuses like customers move things. I walked him to the section, where he could clearly see other earbuds of the same type right under the $5 sign. He made more excuses, but finally grabbed another pair off the shelf to ring up at the right price. Except that the ones he grabbed were $5.95, not $5. When I pointed this out, he literally tried to tell me that was due to tax. VA has 6% tax, not 30%. I pointed this out too, and he acted like the price difference comes out of his own paycheck. I absolutely am never coming to this store again, and probably never to a 5 below again. There are actual honest stores with honest employees that sell the same products.

A great place to take your kids for fun and cheap stuff. When I say cheap I mean money wise. They do have really good products.

I go to Five and below to get things for $5 and under. Thats no longer the case items going as high as s10.95. This was the place to get a pair headphones quick and cheap. Thats no longer the case.

Bad customer service and store was very unorganized. Only one register open and no employees to help out. Employees are very rude.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Arrived at 530 on the dot just to purchase headphones. The door was locked, and pos was shut down already. 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time. Very unprofessional!
