Mr. Saeed has been very helpful when we met him at the store the first time. He allowed us to take three floor samples to see what would match best with our kitchen cabinet. The two workers Miguelito and Eduardo were very polite. Eduardo did an excellent job laying down the floor tiles. The shoe molding installed matched the cherry cabinets and white walls. Job was finished in about five hours. I highly recommend them.

This has been one of the worst possible experiences that I have ever had as a customer. I would strongly advise against doing business with them. Our interaction was mainly with the owner, and everything seemed fine until we signed the contract. Things started to take a turn for the worse when they didnt keep their promise on the project start time. We literally had to call them a few times just to get a date for the kickoff. Then, they sent a crew who proved to be quite unprofessional. They behaved negligent while working and even damaged one of our trims. As soon as we showed the damage to the owner, he took a defensive approach and began to deny the wrongdoing by saying that there is no evidence his crew did the damage. His defensive approach even became unbearable for us when he accused us for dishonesty! Later, he also denied that. In short, I highly recommend to stay away from them if you really value your time, money and your property.

We saved over $1,000 from next lowest bid. Saeed was very professional and SAV-ON is a certified Mohawk dealer with high quality padding and carpet. They were on time for measuring and installing, clean and finished removal and install of five rooms in four hours. They cleaned up perfectly too. We definitely recommend you consider them when shopping. You won’t be disappointed.

Had Sav-On Floors install laminate flooring in downstairs and main level of house. They removed all of the old carpet and flooring from those levels and did a first rate job of installing the new flooring. Also installed tile in the upstairs bathroom and refinished the hardwood floors upstairs with a natural finish after completely sanding down the floors before doing so. The wood floors looked remarkable once the work was complete. The cost to do all of this including materials and labor was fair and reasonable. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Faced with some time constraints on my part, Saeed was attentive to all the instructions of the building management, and followed their health and safety protocols for the COVID-19 situation. Saeeds team did a beautiful job of laying the floors, quickly, efficiently, and maintaining a clean workplace . Saeed is an excellent manager of his team, and his team proved to be expert in carrying out their job.

Had good experiences. They did hardwood in our dining room and entry. And carpeted our lower level plus family room and office. Then did ceramic tile in our kitchen. All was good. My neighbors then used them and were happy.

I would NOT recommend this flooring company. I had them install 2 sets of hardwood stairs and hardwood in a hallway. 1 set of stairs looks absolutely horrible, wood is all crooked and they used calk to try to hide it. My friends actually make fun of the steps now, thats how bad it looks. The other set has wood that is curling. The hallway has wood that is split. They installed a tiny strip of wood at the top of one set of stairs (instead of against the wall which would be customary) but seemed to run out of material, so filled it with wood filler. It all looks terrible. I complained and they wouldnt do a thing about it. They tried to make me feel like I was stupid and didnt know what a I talking about. I will never use this company and suggest nobody else does either.

When I first moved to Manassas several years ago, Sav-On Floors did the carpet in my townhouse living room and bedrooms. Visitors to my house still comment “New carpet!” even though it’s been over 5 years. Recently I had Sav-On Floors do the lower level rec room of my townhouse that is at ground level. I had a piece of hardwood I liked and they helped me find the appropriate engineered product with similar look to put over the concrete. The installers were very careful and very good experience all-around!

We have used this flooring company in 3 different houses and they are efficient, quick, and their installation is beautiful. What I love the most about sav on Floors is they come when they say they will and dont leave until the project is complete. I have used other less expensive companies and I regretted it and came back to Sav on Floors to have them redo it. I will NEVER use any other company for my flooring.

This is the 2nd time i used SAV ON FLOORS for wood floor installation. My first experience was nothing but great. This installation looks like it was installed by an amateur. The edges of the wood boards are damaged from the way they were struck with mallet. The manufacturer said it was damaged by improper installation technique. Syed (owner) never looked at the finished job so my complaints were not addressed. The wood planks do no line up with the original planked floor in the adjourning room. The planks go slightly diagonal, so when looking from afar the lines do not go straight. The cases of wood flooring were stacked against the freshly painted wall, causing the wall to be re painted. My garage was left in total disarray with wood and scraps left scattered throughout the garage. 2 emails to sav on floor went unanswered. Please dont do business with these people
