Went to exchange an item l bought, and was issued a credit for the difference on paper (receipt).When I went back a week later (the supervisor despite seeing the credit on the computer said l can not use that credit). Not only was I denied the option of using my credit, When I called customer service I got the run around more than once being told the “regional” would reach out to me to correct the issue and that was weeks ago!!!Clearly they are thief trying give u hard time and at the same time already got your money!! There is no good customer service! Worst store of all!! Will not be back!!

I like the clothes, this store actually has a FEW different urban shoes that the other shoe stores in the mall don’t all have. The return policy is non existent and the employees could give a darn about anything besides social time (not with the paying customer)

Omg waited forever to be helped. Was accused of changing a price! Clearly I didnt! The staff is so ghetto and rude and curses so much! Will never go in there again! I felt so uncomfortable! Will be calling corporate on Monday! They need to fire their staff there.

This place has a good variety of shoes and prices. They usually dont have much sizes in stock and you cannot order shoes through this location. Also you can not return your shoes for $$.

Love that this store is here finally some New York flavor. I shopped at Jimmy Jazz at the time when living in NY. I always find something for my boys.
