They carry overstock and items nearing the expiration date. Their prices are good. The store is clean and well organized. Its worth a visit!

Very nice, clean and large location!Sadly prices weren’t cheaper, than what I’d find in another store, as I had thought.(Ie: bedding sets $60+, area rug $129, couch $1000+) but the store is nice and worth a walk through

Dont buy from Big lots, their products are cheap and junky. They also dont want to honor their obligation to provide you full refund for their cheap products ( I have my receipt). I bought a solar powered outdoor umbrella with lights 41 days ago. The lights stopped working on the umbrella the second time it rained. I noticed water in the main light. Later in the evening we tried the lights and they didnt work. I called the manager and told her about the problem at this store and she had no empathy for the situation. Cheap products for expensive prices, I spent $208.00 for this umbrella, not including the 40 dollars worth of sand I bought to anchor the umbrella....cant get that money back.

OK, this is the best organized and cleanest BigLots store Ive ever seen. I really like the furniture/mattress display area and the wide range of products throughout the store. Lots of nice Broyhill furniture... a bit pricey for what I typically expect when i visit BigLots but the name brand and higher quality selection were a nice surprise. Really wide range of products here... like a treasure hunt.

Store is very clean and organized. Staff was actively restocking shelves. Only one staff member out of about 10 greeted me while shopping.2 cashiers were at registers, 1 was occupied with another customer, the one who eventually rung me out chose to finish hanging shirts on racks prior to helping me.

Far drive but had to go here because the one by my house didnt have the TV stand. Tried calling the store and spoke to a rude lady named Ashley. Mumbled on the phone and never helped me out. Just kept transferring me and letting it ring for over 5 min.

Andrew was awesome! Talked to him a few times when I called the store and told me everything, made my return very very easy. He even remembered my name when I came in-store to do the return *two weeks later*! Crazy awesome customer service. Thanks Andrew (I hope I remembered his name correctly)

Love this place! Some quirky things, but also imitations of more expensive items sold at Big Lot bargain prices. Dont forget to check out their outdoor section!

The young lady that helped us was wonderful and knew her job. She was working in the furniture dept and was great finding the chair I was looking for. I forgot to get her name so I couldnt give her name for future use. The Big Lots we visited was in Manassas, Va.

I like big lots. The employees are always friendly no matter what State it is. Just like everywhere, you have to know your prices.

They didnt have what we went for but so much there wound buying some great finds. Nice well kept store and friendly staff.

This is a new store! Well lit and well laid out. There is a good selection of reasonably priced products youve come to expect of Big Lots. Clean bathrooms, vast parking, Bestbuy, Burlington, KFC and latino restaurants nearby.
