Be careful with this store!!! The reps try to be slick they are adding accessories to my invoice and then told me that there is an activation fee!!! when I called customer service they told me that during the current promotion it shouldn’t charge me for activation. The rep claims that he put my invoice in the bag. And this is how I found out they were stealing from customers be careful y’all. Also management need to be training and reps

Personally, this is the best metro pcs store. The customer service that Edgar offers is very good attentive and they help you as much as they can and they respect all the promotions and help you find the best plan, the best phone for your comfort.
Bad experience with an employee, I made a call to the store asking for help with my line and the lady answers me in a bad way and there are 2 times that she answers me, in person and in a call and the same tells you about a bad character lousy service from her
