This is what was delivered to my home and they are forcing a repair. What happened to quality control? Customer service is horrible. I have been fighting for a replacement since 8.13. Now no one is returning my phone calls. Ugh!11.7.21 The furniture smell is really powerful. Can’t seem to get rid of thestrong odor. How do I get rid of this smell? Help please! It’s been months and the smell is not wearing off!

I have never shopped for furniture by myself before and the young man Sultan was so helpful with giving me ideas for my new furniture. I’ll be back just for him just because of how helpful and charming he was. He wasn’t pushy, we had a great conversation and he answered all of my questions and even got his manager involved to offer us a great deal. The sofa we showed him from the online website was gonna take a while, so he even offered to send similar sofas and we ended up taking one. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family. Great experience!

I ordered furniture in May and still have not received all my furniture! And I paid $6000 cash. I feel robbed. When I ordered Evan told me before July 4th. Every time I call for a status they say should be on next weeks truck.(which good luck that they actually answer the phone). I will never order from this company again. This is ridiculous. Go to Bobs Discount, the stuff I ordered from there was delivered within a week.

My wife and I were looking for furniture for our basement. We came across one of yoursalesman, Jamal, who showed us around and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. My wife and I ended up buying more than what we have planned. We asked when the Sale ended. The saleslady told us the manager may be able to give us a better price if we bought the 3 pieces. Long story short the manager told another cutomer not to worry as she could multitask and didnt need to give us her full attention. They were more interested in how we would finance the purchase since they would be covering the APR. The three pieces totaled $3900. They told us free delivery and they would cover the sales tax but they had add ones that brought the price up several hundred dollars. For a deal i was offered a higher price then the ticketed price.Poor customer service and dishonest sales practice.

Don’t buy here, they scam you. I don’t even want to give a star. I ordered since December 2020 and had to wait for back order. February 2021 they delivered to my house. After they set up them in my bedroom and signed name on the paper. I found out that they missing 1 extra night stand that i order. I placed order for bedroom set with 1 night stand + 1 extra night stand. After i noticed it missing about 30 minutes later i called them. They seem tried to help but no, nothing happen.....no email, no phone call and no refund. I called them 6 times in 2 months and the last called was the lady told me they cannot get a refund and no get item because on the receipt i already signed my name on it. The total money i paid for $2020. I asked only $270 for the missing night stand back and they refused. This is really bad experience buying from them....Regency Furniture online. I will never be a customer at this place any more. And just want to warn all of you. If there is a mistake, they are not willing to help you. You already paid so you lose the money and no item.

I have had horrible experiences with furniture stores in the past so I was skeptical walking into Regency...But I am extremely pleased with my recent experience here! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Jamal was super kind and helpful. He was patient with my initial indecisiveness but I quickly learned How knowledgeable he was so I trusted his recommendations. Several weeks later and I couldn’t be happier with my new bedroom set. No regrets! I recommend Regency Furniture to everyone and make sure you ask for Jamal!!!

DO NOT ORDER anything from this store! They give terrible customer service, they simply don’t care. My husband and I placed an order last year mid November. It took us almost 6 months of waiting until we finally got tired of it and had to cancel the order. Our order was supposed to be delivered to us mid January, they moved the date several times with no notice we always had to follow up with them, nobody returned our calls, they don’t even pick up their phone! When we called each time to check on our order, if we were lucky, they would pick up the phone. We found out our order was pushed back another month or two after several attempts each time. They even gave us a hard time getting our money back on our credit card!!! They told us we had to come to the store for any type of refund! Waste of time, waste of money waste of gas and no furniture. We understood in the beginning it could take longer than usual (4-12 weeks) but 6 months?!? It was way too long!! But what it really bothered us was they didn’t follow up on our order, they didn’t return our calls! That’s why I believe they don’t even care! It was a nightmare!

I am giving 3 stars to the showroom staff, service department is horrible. Bought a bed and on 7 day when my 13 year old child tries to move back the bed broke and the leg snapped. Since then I have visited showroom multiple times and the staff is unable to help as they say service needs to handle as item has been delivered. Service team does not bother if they are giving me service or not for them I am just a number and not a customer. It’s been a month and a half and I am waiting on part and team have no ETA. If you are looking for a cheap furniture and not the after service then do visit Regency other wise stay away and during this time I am making payments and my child cannot use the furniture.NO WAY I WILL SHOP HERE. MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT

My wife decided she wanted new furniture and I found an ad for this store. Didnt know anything about them or what to expect. Walked in and was impressed. A lot of variety staged by style and purpose. Evan, Kayla and Greg are the perfect team. They work well together and dont hover but are close by enough to answer questions. She found what she wanted but one piece was out of stock. Greg jumped in and found a better option for a few hundred less - winner! We ended up purchasing and entire living room and dining room full of furniture and then they paid our sales tax on top of it all - even better. Would never think of going anywhere else for furniture now.

We drove an hour and a half to Manassas,VA Regency store after a terrible customer service experience at Brandywine Regency store, 10 minutes from where I live.Kevis, the store manager was the best you can ask for. Customer service was top notch. Sales associate, Evans was super helpful, polite and very friendly.The store has great selections and above all impressive customer experience.

The only reason they are getting one star is because I cant leave it blank. They sell furniture, if you are looking for customer service or a manager thats not rude, this is definitely not the place to go! Months to wait for furniture and theres no guarantee when you may get it. Take my word, go elsewhere, dont waste your time or money!

Our previous experience was not good as communication was horrible to nonexistent and swore off future purchases. But we had gotten such a good deal with that purchase that we thought we would try another time given that COVID had made things hard on everyone and we were trying a new location. We met Alice at the Manassas location and she was a great energy to work with!! Level of transparency from day of purchase to day of delivery 3 months later TOP NOTCH!! I am convinced Alice went above and beyond what is required of her job. But given our past experience she assured us she would always have open communication with us. Thank you Alice! I can tell you that if a business wants to do well then they need to take note from Alices approach. When we made our prior purchase from the other location and could NEVER get answers online or at the store on the status of our order it burnt a bridge that was pretty much unrepairable! Alice salvaged any hope we had left in this company! Whether Alice had good news, bad news or no news....she always was accessible and I felt confident that she was helping get answers any time I asked!!!We have gone in a time or two since then and Alice hasnt been there at that location. And let me tell you....she is NOT a dime a dozen. The times we have walked in these last couple its as if no one wants to sell anything. I highly recommend calling ahead and asking when Alice will be there! SHE makes it well worth your time! Went in there last Friday and bought a new couch and loveseat and new bed everyone was very nice Sultan and Winfield did everything to make the process go well. Any questions that I had they answered and explained everything in detail. If they stepped away and I had more questions other employees stepped up. This was the first time I bought new furniture and didn’t not have pushy salesman. The store in manassas rocks. They are friendly and make the buying process go well and will work with to make sure you get what you want. As for the delivery i can’t rate now because my couch set was out of stock so I know it will be 8 to 12 weeks which they explained very well I really enjoyed shopping there

We were so happy with our first purchase, we returned a couple of months for a second purchase. Unfortunately, the the first purchase of a recliner has resulted in a broken mechanism in the recliner and customer service has not been helpful in filing the claim for the warranty. We will not be returning to Regency for any more purchases....Down to 1 star after we finally took the recliner to be fixed. 3 months after the start of this ordeal and we got the recliner home only to find out it was still NOT fixed. Returned the recliner the 2nd time to a rude sales manager who claimed it was our fault. He wanted to play store manager and we found out he is a no body. God help us if this never gets resolved. A lawsuit would be much easier!

My husband desperately needed a couch to lounge on in his mancave. We held out until our couch was literally falling apart. Jamal really took his time to get to know us and listen to our needs. We initially purchased over $4000 worth of funiture in July. We were told that it would take up to 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.I called them in the first week of September and was told that it will possibly ship on November. Every time I called they gave me a delivery date farther out. It was very frustrating! Then we went to the store and purchased what they claimed available in stock. Our delivery came short with one item.I talked to the store manager and the sales person; they didnt do anything.I then spoke to the regional manager Greg and he took care of the situation. Honestly, Gregs great customer service gave this store the extra 3 stars. Kayla the receptionist ensured smooth delivery of the missing item. I thank both for hearing our concerns and assisting us. Keep up the great work 👏

Positive ratings are suspect. Please avoid this place! These people have caused us so much stress.Tried ordering couches from here that were delayed several months with no end in sight. Offered repeated excuses with no actual resolution to the problem. We never actually received what we paid and waited for, and eventually just accepted a refund.This coupled with poor communication, pushy salesmen, and inability to offer any solution made this experience very stressful for us.

Alice introduced herself when I arrived. She showed me where I would find the leather furniture I was seeking. Then she leeft me to wander, sit and contemplate what I wanted. She checked with me to see if I had questions but did NOT intrude on my way of processing my decision! I was very grateful. When I made my decision and my information was taken I met with the Manager and went to check out. Kayla was bright, upbeat and made sure I knew the delivery process.This trip was a marvelous experience! No pressure from anyone and I was surrounded by happy, knowledgable people. Great customer service!! I was helped by 2 gentlemen on different days, Michael Molina and Noah Garrison- both of whom were very pleasant to talk with and get information. Michael used his sense of humor throughout the furniture tour which helped us to feel more comfortable while shopping. Noah was very informative, super helpful, professional, and serious about his work. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied before we went home and that we were staying within our budget. As he’s fairly new to the job, he made sure to check on a few things with the manager before confirming/“promising.” And if he did misspeak on something, which happened only once and was actually no big deal to us at all, he humbly apologized. He was considerate the whole time of our needs and offered many good pointers/tips/suggestions about design. I was so grateful. He took his time to get to know us and understand what “personality” we wanted for our home. Wasn’t pushy nor eager to sell anything for the sake of commission or whatever. I hope he gets a raise or something. It was truly an enjoyable experience. We ended up buying a whole rack of things because we trusted the team. Everyone, especially the manager, did their best at check-out time to make sure we were getting all the deals we could and as advertised. I couldn’t recommend you more to just go ahead and visit the Manassas location just for the experience! 5 stars!!

If I could have, I would have rated zero stars. On December 5th, 2020, I purchased a power lift chair for my grandmother as a Christmas present. At the time of purchase, I was informed, the chair would not arrive until December 28th or 29th. With the current pandemic, I found that to be understandable.Upon returning home, I went online to print off a picture of the chair to put under the Christmas tree. I found out the online price was cheaper along with the tax. Immediately I called the customer service line. After twenty minutes, a representative answered the line and asked me to hold. I held for about five more minutes before receiving an automated message stating the customer service center is now closed and to call back during business hours.When I received this message, I was simply appalled. I called the Manassas store eight plus times with no answer. So I drove 45 minutes (in traffic) back to the store to ensure I receive a credit for the difference. When I arrived at the store, I was surprisingly surprised that they were not busy. I spoke with the manager. He apologized and credited the difference back to me. The manager agreed to have the chair shipped to the closest Regency store to my house, for the trouble. I was very thankful and apologized for being so heated.On December 26th, 2020, I called the customer service line to check the status of the order. They informed me that the chair is on backorder and will not be in until January 16th, 2021. Although it was disappointing, I understood the delay due to the pandemic. I asked if there was any way to guarantee the delivery as my Grandmothers Birthday was on January 20th. They let me know that the order is set to arrive on the 16th of January, and they would be sure to call once it arrives in the Maryland warehouse. I then asked how soon it would be shipped to the Regency store closest to me to pick it up. The customer service rep advised me to call the manager that I worked with because the delivery transfer was not on the order.I called the manager and was informed he would correct the order and not to worry. When I did not receive a call the week of the 16th, I called the customer service line back to check the status of the order, to find out the chair was still on backorder and the delivery information was not correct. I called the Manassas store manager to get further updates and to make certain the chair is sent to the store closest to me for pick up. I was unable to receive a delivery date. I followed up at the end of January and was informed I would receive a call back with an update.As of today February 10th, 2021 I have yet to receive an update. I called the customer service line for an update and was informed the chair will arrive early next week to the Maryland warehouse for pick up, and they would call me as soon as it comes in. I informed the rep that due to the hassle I experience at purchasing the chair the manager agreed to send the chair to the closest to me. The rep apologized and stated that I had to pay $39.99 to have the chair transferred or I could call the store manager to make the needed changes to the order. I explained the entire situation and let her know I am tired of going round in circles. And I need a delivery date or my money back. The rep let me know a customer service manager will contact me by tomorrow morning. Bottom line this has been the most disappointing, time-consuming, and worst customer service experience I have had while buying furniture.

I never write reviews but this experience deserves it, so that hopefully YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE. Long story short, they dont care about helping you once they have your money.I purchased a furniture after Christmas (end of December). We didnt get the furniture until February. Which fine, they said it might take that long (6-8 weeks). However, they ORDERED A PIECE INCORRECTLY. Obviously, this wasnt our fault but theirs for lacking in detail when ordering. I assumed they would expedite shipping like any other company would. We contacted the store on the day of delivery and they said they would reach out to us within a few days with a solution (They never did!) I called them a week later and was able to speak to the manager. I was told they had no control of when the furniture will arrive in the warehouse but that she would contact me when she had an estimate (within 2 weeks) . She also made me feel like my issue was non-important. Quote on quote she told me well dont you at least have 2/3 of your furniture................Im paying for a COMPLETE set not 2/3 of it.Fast forward to today, March 16, we have not heard from them with any communications on their part. No apologies about delays, nothing of when it will be expected, 11 weeks and counting. Don’t buy from here. Once they get your money they won’t care if you get your furniture!!!

Jay was great! I normally just want to browse myself, but when I told him I liked a certain look and feel of one, but preferred a darker brown color, he led me to an even more comfortable, bigger, reclining option, that was even cheaper than the one I was thinking of settling on! Really appreciate his help! The ladies in the front were also very friendly and helpful but I didn’t get their names. Great store! Will definitely recommend to others!

I was pleasantly surprised by regency furniture. We went in not knowing what to expect as I didn’t know it existed. Michael greeted us at the door and led us to the recliners. He was polite courteous and extremely responsive. He also gave us the time and space to make a decision. He and Julian his manager really gave us the best possible price. I came down to regency after moving into a new place and ordered two living rooms sets. Quick and helpful service from Mohammed. We paid in full the day we came in on April. He told us “it says 2-6 weeks but It will be there first week of May” and showed us his screen. We thought great! First week of May comes and no one calls us to give us a day and time for when the furniture will be delivered. We call the following week and can’t get through to anyone, once we finally do they tell us they are just missing the love seat so that it will be delivered first week of June. First week of June comes, again no on calls to set up a day and time. We called, no answer. Try to get on the live chat and a support agent Shelly answers and asks for the order number and then reads every message and cancels the chat!! AGAIN we call and then say it will be in the first of JULY! Every time WE had to call them to get an update and just for them to push the date back further and further. If it wasn’t for us ordering a futon from Wayfair in the meantime we would still be sitting on the ground. Manager had a terrible attitude and was very apprehensive and took a half an hour to get us our refund back but we finally were able to return everything!

When we first walked in one of the employees was on his cell phone, It took him at least 5 mins to come and greet us. After we looked around on our own we went up to these two ladies that I’m guessing were managers because they were just seating behind the counter, playing on their cell phones. I had never seen some many unprofessional staff in one place. At the end the only thing the guy who was on his phone cared about was his commission, because he pretty much ran to the counter when we were getting ready to place our $659 furniture order. Which we ended up canceling the next day.If I had the option to leave no star I would, but it won’t let me post my comment unless I do.

We had such a great experience at Regency Of Manassas! We walked in thinking we would just be looking around since we haven’t moved yet. We spoke with Alice after looking around and she let us know we could buy in stock items and they would hold them until we can set up a delivery date! Negative 20 stars. Once again Regency is not sticking to what they have told me. The dresser for my daughters bedroom set has already taken 12 weeks, 6 weeks past when they said it should get in to their warehouse, is going to take another week to get in and IF it comes in on time will be delivered the following week. Thats 14 weeks for a dresser. REGENCY WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM!!! Horrible customer service, horrible company, horrible horrible.

I just moved to Gainesville last week and put most of my furniture in storage but was in need of a new living room suit and kitchen/ dining table to fit my townhouse ASAP. After visiting other big name stores I was discouraged to find out many aren’t fulfilling thier orders and delivering for many months. I stopped in Regency Furniture expecting to hear the same story, I had help from the store manager and a wonderful associate named Alice, she was great and listened to what my likes and wants were to fit my needs. Alice thoroughly impressed me with her knowledge of what’s in stock and what can be ordered, she showed me several other options on the computer that were not set up in the store. She’s not pushy or trying to make a sale, she’s authentic and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. She guaranteed delivery today between 12-4, I admit I was a little nervous if that would happen, not only did it come today but the delivery guys were ahead of schedule!!! They were very polite and set up the furniture and cleaned up before they left. They brought each piece in making sure not to damage the walls. I couldn’t be more pleased with my recent transaction with everyone involved at Regency in Manassas and look forward to shopping there for more items,Thank you Alice!!

Don’t buy from here. My mother-in-law bought a sectional couch they only gave her part of it and still have not reached back as to when she will get the other part of it going on 11weeks now, with no follow up on there end for their mistake!!

I walked into the store and there were two employees not wearing a mask even though all of the customers were wearing masks. The employees who were wearing masks did not have the mask covering their nose or mouth. One of the employees not wearing a mask approached me and got way too close so I just left. Just wasnt willing to risk it.

When we first walked in the store nobody came up to greet us after walking around for about fifteen minutes a man by the name of greg came up to my and my family and acted as if we were trying to steal something from the store. Also greg was very disrespectful to my grandmother but when she was trying understand the prices. I also noticed that he was extremely rude to his associates and even refused someone a break when clearly it was way past lunch. Honestly I dont recommend this store to anyone because the prices are too high they are rude to their costumers and you would be much better off at Ashleys.

Latino salesman did not have a face mask on, when store requires customer to have on face mask. I had on a face mask so where is your mask. I ended my experience by leaving with no business on my safety in health behalf.
