Great customer service! Came quickly and on time, took measurements of the window and told me exactly what to expect with waiting for materials. When my window came in, the manufacturer shipped it without the grates, but my technician still removed the broken dangerous window and replaced it when the one the manufacturer shipped, no charge, and reassured me that he will order the correct window and until then I do not have to pay! Talk about going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Went to several places to get my two broken windows glass replacement estimate (I will not name them) only the Full Service Glass has lower price but I was not sure of the quality so I bought only one window in for replacement after the first one was done I was happy with the quality and service especially with Ms. Bernie. She notified me via emails when the order came in as I requested. Subsequently I told her it was ok to phone me which she did. My job was a small one and yet they took care of my orders and needs professionally. I highly recommend them regardless of how small your project might be. Also I wanted to send a big shout out to the Home Depot (sorry I could not remember his name) who suggested the Full Service Glass as an alternative to get the new windows because of what I need they do not carry them. We have a 27 year old home that has sealed, energy efficient windows. The manufacturer closed its doors years ago and when one of the bedroom windows began showing moisture between the inside and outside panes, we knew we were in trouble. We called several companies - all of whom recommended replacing the entire window. Not a great idea when our windows are a bit unique and the window at issue was on the front of the house. Finally, one window firm stated they couldn’t replace the panes in question, but recommended Full Service Glass. They asked for a couple of photos, agreed they could fix it, ordered the odd-size glass and had the fix in place in just a few days. Great company that has our highest recommendation.

I have a residential contracting business, Virginia Remodelings, and always strive to do absolutely everything that we can to make the customer 100% happy. One thing that many contractors neglect to do is be available when the customer calls. I am pleased to say that I was very impressed with my introduction to Full Service Glass. I called, they pleasantly answered the call, put me on hold for no longer than a few minutes to check their appointment book, and then got back on the line and set up an appointment with me. I was so impressed with reaching someone and with getting an appointment set up right away that I had to post this review. Hopefully my experience with their estimator and technician will be as wonderful. I will share later with how that goes.

We purchased large mirrors from Full Service Glass that were to be used in a large, indoor horse riding arena. While they had never done an installation of this type before, the sales representative took in all of our requirements and sold us the mirrors we requested. However, their true worth became immediately evident when the installation team came out to install the mirrors. The facility where the mirrors were to be installed is 100x200 feet. The mirrors were on the short end with the riders utilizing them to critique their form and horsemanship while also viewing the horse’s response to subtle commands. This meant that the mirror would be viewed from up to 180 feet away. The installation team did an excellent job leveling the mirrors (on a not so plum wall) and doing everything that they could to ensure that even when viewed at a considerable distance, the image was not distorted. Following the installation, the professional riders that utilize this facility found great pleasure in utilizing the mirrors to perfect their technique.
