Rick, the proprietor, and his support team, Monica and Libby, were highly professional and personally engaging in all my interactions with them. They were always responsive to my questions and interest in the creative process and work schedule.Rick was very thorough and worked closely with me during the design phase and advised me about the fabrication and installation phases of the process. Rick and I met both at the shop and the cemetery to review and approve plans and details. Monica and Libby provided essential guidance and assistance and were especially helpful with the selection of an appropriate type and color of stone to complement my design concept.The process of designing and selecting a memorial for my parents was a deeply personal endeavor for me. I feel very fortunate because Rick, Monica and Libby were always informative and thoughtful and realized how important their help meant to me. They did an exceptional job for me and I believe they give the same personal care and attention to every one of their clients.‘Kline Memorials’ crafted and installed a beautiful family memorial that fulfilled all my hopes and expectations. I was very moved and grateful when I saw the monument for the first time after it was installed in the cemetery. ‘Kline Memorials’ carves special works of art out of stone that reflects their skillful craftsmanship and leaves a cherished testament to life for posterity.

I want to thank the staff at Kline Memorial for their help in this most difficult time. Libby, was wonderful in helping me through the entire process. To include helping me on the design to assisting in getting the headstone on my mothers grave. I ordered the headstone from Kline in Dec 2020. It arrived several months later. In the meantime there was an issue about ownership of the cemetery. Public Notice was posted at the cemetery that you could only visit the gravesite.We were not allowed to have the headstone placed on the grave.. Finally, in Oct 2021, I was contacted by the new owner and advised that the headstone could be placed on the grave after I paid the required fees. I was also advised that the foundation could only be completed by the new owner. On Oct 8, 2021, the employees from Kline came with the headstone to place on the grave. The foundation was not level and they corrected the problem to make sure that the headstone was properly placed. I am so grateful that they took the time to ensure that the work was done properly. The people who work for Kline Memorials are all professionals and take pride in their work 17 months after the death of my mother, she finally has a headstone on her grave. Thanks to the owner and employees at Kline Memorials. I am so appreciative and cannot thank you enough.

Consummately professional job from beginning to finish! We could not be happier with the end result of the joint monument created for my mom and ourselves. Monica was our expert consultant who navigated this process with so much patience and kindness. Thank you, Monica...You are a rockstar! The installation was superbly performed within the estimated timeframe. Final cost was within the estimate and competitive with other monument makers in the area, who from my experience do not have a wonderful Monica. It’s emotional when selecting a headstone for your loved one. It’s hard to know where to turn. I highly recommend Kline Memorials. The people, the prices, and the work are the best. Years ago I used a different headstone engraver for my husbands headstone. The custom design of the headstone created some problems so I contacted the company. I reached out repeatedly but was never able to get a solution.THEN, I contacted Kline Memorials. Oh my goodness. They were wonderful. Even though they were not the ones who originally made the headstone, they were very responsive and willing to go out of their way to help. The owner met me at the cemetery and discussed options. It was a custom design so was out of the normal realm of issues. Rick was incredibly nice and helpful. He and his staff helped me out immediately. He has a kind heart and he and his company truly care about their work. To top it off, they didn’t charge me since this was an unusual situation. It goes to show that this isn’t just a business. It’s a passion.

After encountering issues with appointments at two other companies I walked into Kline Memorials without an appointment. Monica greeted me cordially and proceeded to explain my options and the process. Monica monitored the entire process and contacted me with updates at various times including the day that the beautiful monument was put in place.

Fantastic design, workmanship, and installation. Very happy with the outcome to honor my mother. Thank you, Rick and company. The foot stone looks fantastic and the head stone will be a lasting tribute to my mother’s love, grace, and strength.UPDATE January 2021: Initially, we purchased a great looking plot, but it had a small footprint, so we requested an obelisk (like the Washington Monument) for the headstone. We then designed an elaborate foot stone with an etching of the tree of life above my mothers full name, first and final dates, and an inscription that honored her life. Rick Burroughs of Kline Memorials had done an excellent job guiding us through the entire experience and delivering a terrific head stone and obelisk foot stone engraved with our family name.While the final results were excellent, the space we bought from the cemetery felt crowded and not adequate for our purposes. Then we saw an amazing mausoleum that Rick Burroughs had designed and built for a local family, and we knew we had to consider a much larger and unique structure.Based on ideas we found online, Rick Burroughs created the drawings and the blueprints, helped us select the great looking granite, windows, doors, benches, and a patio. From concept to completion took ten months. Our mausoleum a 10 foot by 10 foot mausoleum made of shiny black granite and containing gold-painted metal doors and vibrant stained glass windows. The inside is equally immaculate and awe-inspiring.We saw the final structure this week and are still beaming. Its absolutely beautiful. I only wish my other family members were alive to see it. Thanks to Rick Burroughs and Kline Memorials for helping us honor our family in a way we never would have imagined.

I dont know how they could have 5 stars! We paid them five months ago to put my mothers date of death on the expensive headstone we bought from them. Its been one excuse after another and is still not done!
