Not sure why the bad reviews. If they are over cooking and making their steak turn out dry that is not the grates fault its user error. This is an amazing product. They not only keep your meat a little bit higher away from the flare ups but if you get them hot they sear the meat like a steak house. I have had mine for 10 plus years and they have out lasted 3 grills.

I have been trying to get in touch with the company for almost a week. I have called them, emailed and filled out the request for support form on their website. They do not respond. I followed their care instructions and seasoned and oiled them after every use. Despite this, they are completely rusted out after one year. Metal is chipping off.

Iv had my grates for 5 years and they are bitter sweet. They are a ton of work to maintain. The reason for the terrible review is because I ordered a new brush and some oil on June 20th 2018 and still have not received my product. I looked up the USPS tracking number and it has not even made it to the post office yet. I wrote and e-mail via the mangrate website and have heard nothing back from them either. There is no phone number to be found. Its just terrible customer service in my opinion.
