Trojan has a large selection of hand guns that my boyfriend and I enjoyed being able look at prior to making a decision. These people gave me the wrong gun I ordered TWICE, after we confirmed both times which gun I was supposed to be getting. I was looking forward to having the pink glock 43x having paid over $600 they did not follow up before shipping to confirm that I had the right gun and now saying there is nothing they can do and I can’t return my item. They are not reliable or thorough. I would recommend going directly inside the store if you need something or else you will not be taken care of.

This is a nicely well organized 2nd amendment store, compared to your usual packed hard to walk stores around this area. Even during the ammo pandemic scare they had a good stock of ammo and weapons, even though we had to make a line outside because of low stock in general, but now things are more back to normal. Their staff are very knowledgeable and respectful, I will definitely keep coming back.

Only been to Trojan arms once. No greeting when I walked in,, not even a middle finger. I was 100% ignored throughout my visit. Wont be doing them any business after being hung up on. I once called and asked if they had a certain rifle in stock, the guy tells me no almost immediately (probably didnt even look), and not 3 seconds later...click.

So WOW. I went in skeptical of being able to make a deal. I had some guns that I havent even ever shot that I was willing to trade in for store credit. These people (and ya, I said those people) treated me more than fair. Which Im used to bc of my unbelievable good looks but just wasnt sure I would get that treatment in a gun shop. Their guns were just like how I like my women, shiny black and cheap. The shop owner even treated every one there to pizza. Might start selling my body to get more cash to spend at Trojan Arms. Buy stuff fools!!!!

Great customer service, I bought my H&K from this place about a year ago, I just love it, got a better deal from this place than many other gun shops, only only issue with this place is I hope they don’t close at 6pm specially during summer hours maybe at least 7pm, but other than that I highly recommend this place for the service they give you.

This was first experience here. Brought my wife for her to pick out her first handgun. The employees were very helpful and patient with her. The background check didnt take long even though the store was busy. By the time we walked out, we both had a new handgun and one waiting for us in a month. Recently moved up to Virginia and have always wanted to buy my own firearms after firing with my buddy down in Florida. Came into Trojan after walking out disappointed with two different shops over price and stock, only to find that Trojan had them beat in both.Not only did they have the exact Handgun I was looking for, but the owner saw I wanted a M&P 9 2.0 and brought one out from the back that they just got in. After all this he also went the extra mile by matching the price he had told me before even though it was $50 less than the original price.Best stock, best prices, and best service. I wouldnt buy a firearm from any other place in the NoVA area.

A friend and I were looking at getting some small caliber rifles to plink with at the range. Most local shops were either charging more than what we were willing to pay for what we wanted and they werent configured/colored in what we were looking for. We started looking further. Trojan had not only the configuration and color right, they offered us each a bundle price for getting matching rifles! SOLD! While my transaction did get a little messed up on the discount side the owner started throwing ammo and accessories at me! They definitely dont disappoint, they over achieve!

I started to ask about the next gun when the guy moved on to someone else. Talk about poor customer service. Best shop in the DMV for selection and prices, they always have the cases and wall packed and the prices are the cheapest and sometime by a landslide. In the current times when ammo and guns are hard to get or massively marked up they don’t do that. They sell there guns Instore and at the gun shows for the same price. Worth the drive and the stop in. If it is a gun show weekend make sure to call first because they might be closed for the show.

I have herd many great things about them in the area and finally got the chance to stop in. Very impressed with organization of how they handled the peopling waiting outside and how they didn’t just let one person buy everything just overall all highly impressed
