3 stars love the dog items they have however no employee checked on me if I needed help just gave me looks and when I was at the cash register the lady customer service was not up to par. I’ve worked in retail company’s for a long time I know exactly how to greet my customers with a smile besides how they look. I felt out of place.

One of my favorite stores. Great products. Wonderful people. Store Managers Brian & Robert have always been knowledgeable and super helpful. Makes a great experience every time.

I ordered a kennel kit. It was too big for my car, so I paid for same-day delivery. It wasnt delivered that day or the next, so I had to cancel the order. The product looked like it would have been suitable for my purposes, but I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. (When I called the morning of the second day, I was told that the 3rd-party delivery company had refused to pick it up because they misread the size. I was assured that the problem would be fixed. Obviously it wasnt. TSC promised same day delivery, so any problems they might have had with a third party delivery company is on them, not on the customer.)

The staff were helpful and honest. I would recommend purchasing from them again.

Love TSC! Dogs LOVE coming, and they love their 4Health brand feed! Staff is always cheerful...wish they kept more wet dog and cat foods of 4Health in stock...can be hit or miss

They seemed to be a little short staffed when I went but everyone was very helpful and I found what I was looking for.

Its very nice to have an affordable vet clinic inside the store! Just adopted a kitten. Vet team WAS AMAZING. Ill keep coming just for then however the unfriendly store employees...... Yikes! I love when store employees act like im bugging them during work and then when I walk out with my cat carrier they approach me like I stole something very heart warming. Wanted to do two things at one time. Ill just make a second trip. I spend my money where its appreciated

Our first time to a Tractor Supply Co store. Antonio was so friendly and helpful! He did not hesitate to help us with putting 2 16ft cattle panel in the back of a small truck.

So I had an online order issue that was supposed to be delivered to this store but somehow got cancelled... the store manager Mia solved the issue FAST and was very courteous and professional in handling this situation. Thanks to her I’m now changing my TSC store to Manassas!

I took the cats to the vet at Tractor Supply on Balls Ford Road. It was great! $180 total for 2 wellness exams, 2 non-adjuvated rabies injections and one antibiotic injection for a red and swollen lip. You wait in your car until the vet sends a text.

Purchased a chainsaw that was sold out everywhere else. Robert helped facilitate the purchase and the cashier was great!

We go to Tractor Supply to get chicken feed. However, if there are a few other things necessary we will pick those up instead of making a trip to a big home improvement store. This last trip was. A little disappointing. We were looking for galvanized wire rope, 3/32 and ferrules. They had plenty of the wire but the only two packs of ferrules had been opened and were missing pieces. We asked if there were any not on the shelf and we were told no, that everything is put out immediately. So we asked if we could order the number of packs we needed. The associate told us that he could put in a request to have some ordered but it didnt mean the vendor would order it. I dont understand this process and decided to let it go. I suppose I will stick to chicken feed and get my other needs at a bigger chain.

Everything I need to have to keep my chickens and rabbits happy and healthy is here at my local Tractor Supply and oh so inexpensive.

We went there today to buy bags of corn and other farm items. We like coming here.

They have never disappointed me. After going to Lowes & Home Depot, & Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply had exactly what I needed and this is not the first time this has happened.

Great location out in manassas. I always order on line and the team quickly meets me and loads up my vehicle. Park in one of the designated spots and you will be out of there lickety split. Best prices on wild bird seeds, sunflower seeds, chicken feed and tons of other things. Wait until 4th of july and go in and get a military discount if you are or have served in the military. We go back often and are never disappointed!

Their prices cant be beat and just that qualifies them for a 5 star review. I think they keep thier prices low by sticking many items outdoors. That way they arent wasting previous energy by having a large warehouse temperature controlled. Whatever thier trick, you end up saving money when compared to Lowes or HD. The staff there is pretty knowledgeable as well.

Great store. The manager Brian was a huge help getting things delieverd to us. He went way out of his way to make sure we got our items. Wish everyone was like this and went the extra mile!

I love this place. Wild bird food is a great price, food and bedding for our chickens is at a great price and they have a vet clinic on the weekends. Prices on other farming supplies, tools, grass seed seems reasonable. Service is great, just have to ask (which I personally like).

Cortney helped me at the service desk. She was very helpful and went out of her way to stay with me until the end. CShier was also easy to work with. Guys in the back did a good job getting the heavy compressor loaded on my trailer. I tied it down and had lunch at the food truck in the parking lot. It took longer than expected but it was busy.

Good people, good service. I get all my hardware there. Only place around, that I know of, which sells nuts and bolts by the pound rather than by the piece. Much better value that way.

Didnt realize how much they sell here until walking inside.Originally came for a welding hat for my husband. We took a walk around everywhere since I was quite fascinated with the selection of items.Towards the end, when we were at the register we ended up purchasing a bag of salt since it is supposed to be snowing.Very friendly staff. Place was pretty clean and organized. Pricing could have been better on certain items. There was a tag that said 50% off original price as marked, but you dont see the original price marked anywhere.

I love the staff here. The staff and management are amazing, helpful and kind. Brian is an excellent and wise manager. THIS TEAM HAS HELPED ME FOR YEARS SINCE A CAR ACCIDENT TORE MY BRAINSTEM. THEY ALL KNOW ME AND HELP ME SO MUCH THEYRE LIKE FAMILY. They know exactly what to do for me, what to get, they truly make sure that I am well taken care of and remember my Farm needs. I now have a therapy farm for other trauma and abuse survivors thanks to Tractor Supply Manassas staff.In Brians wisdom he keeps stocking what I need exactly to keep my horses going stronger than ever. After losing one horse do to a terrible impaction colic from a cheaper feed now my horses get SafeChoice Special Care and the colicing from corn in our feed STOPPED! ... Ill always shop there for this feed if nothing else but the service is actually what makes me feel @ home when I walk in. If you have any trouble with colic or your horses arent developing properly ask your vet if corn being removed from the feed might be beneficial. From what I hear it binds in the hindgut and keeps the real nutrition from being absorbed properly by the body. My horses are super buff now, even my 27 year old is pure muscle, strong, happy and funny. Most of all theyre healthy and safe. thank you again Tractor Supply for carrying this corn-free line of feed by Nutrena. :)
