I bought my teen his first throwback cap with a Wizards logo. We were greeted by the manager Adrian and he was probably the nicest manager Ive met in a long time. Just helpful, not pushy, but let us know options to really make my son love his new hat. Didnt know all the nice options available. Ended up with a Wizards stitched autograph and number to make it a great experience. Thank you Adrian!

Adrian gave us the most personalized service we’ve ever received at any LIDS store, safe to say I shop at different LIDS stores many times per month. I’ll be working in the DMV area for 6 months, will definitely be back many times while here. Very professional.

This is a really great store to buy hats. They sell all sorts of hats including kids. You can actually get hats custom-made there and have them delivered to your house.

Ok, place if you want to pay $15 a hat on sale. More if you are a sports fan. U can get your caps personalized.

Mr. Arron refused to put Five letters on hat and showed me the door. I have never had worst service. The associate in store told me they had huge orders. One hat was almost complete and he would not allow me, the only customer to put five letters on hat. I have done this before and I know it does not take alot of time. I was shocked that I was shown the door and argued with! I do not recommend this store. Associate does not know how to multi task!I wanted to add had to drive to fairfax store. Owner of both stores called me an let me know he was sorry. The guys at fairfax store where awesome. Just the associate had been bad. I loved fairfax store I will give Manassas store another go.
