The two associates, Frances, Hoss, were welcoming and extremely helpful as soon as I walked in. They helped me to find a few mattresses to lay on and try out based on my particular needs. They set up the delivery and even helped with the financing, moreso than just fill this out. After leaving, I realized an error was made in the billing. Comig back the next day, they once again welcomed me and fixed the error with a smile. Quality service that was well appreciated.

We came here with an emergency matress situation and needed a new mattress asap. Francis was incredibly helpful without being pushy. She was brutally honest with us about what we would and wouldnt like (my partner and I are on the chunkier side and she was up front about the fact that most of the mattresses we looked at wouldnt last very long with our weight on them every night). She made sure we got a really great mattress that would arrive the next day! Mattress shopping is a notoriously painful experience, but Francis made sure it was a breeze.
