He really helped me with the entire process from selection of the tub and its configuration to thinking about how to position it on our property. He was such a delight to work with as a salesman and that he gave me his honest opinions and was very thoughtful. I ended up purchasing the Marquis 94l and I am delighted by it thus far. Very easy to connect with when I had additional questions even before the hot tub was installed. After was installed and I realized that I had inadvertently ordered the wrong color, he was quickly able to help me fix the issue. His private tutorial on how to take care of the hot tub was supremely helpful in giving me greater comfort on how to think through the process. I think that the process of choosing a tub to having it delivered by their crew to their help with the process afterwards has been seamless and extremely professional. From start to finish, these guys were fantastic. I first reached out over the phone and was provided excellent information. I drove to the store two days later, and found my dream hot tub at an affordable price, in stock. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. My hot tub was delivered just a couple days later and placed exactly where I wanted it. This was back in December of last year (when every other store was jacking up their prices and taking advantage of the average consumer, and they were super fair). I have used my hot tub almost every single day since then, and I am just as happy now as I was the day I bought it.Seriously, if you are looking to get a hot tub, youve found the spot.

Drew is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable in proper chemical balancing and with spas in general. We bought our first spa in 2017 from a company in Charlottesville. They didnt educate me on the use of the spa or give me much of an understanding on balancing water. Drew really took his time in explaining this to me. He assisted me in buying all the supplies I needed never pushing anything I didnt need on me just to make a bigger sale. We will likely sell our Spirit and get a larger spa at some point and this will be the place we buy from. Drew is very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth(hes a super funny guy too 😄). He made a lifetime customer out of me!! 100% recommend this company!!

We are super pleased with our new Marquis swim spa. Greg and Drew were great to work with throughout the entire process, helping us select the model that best met our needs, planning spa placement, and coordinating delivery and installation. Greg was incredibly flexible as we were coordinating spa delivery with a larger deck and patio project with the added uncertainty of covid.

Bought a hot tub at this outlet and the transaction, delivery and install was great.Having never owned a hot tub previously I didn’t know what to expect. Ive purchased two hot tubs from Greg in the last 15 years. The 2nd time he convinced me to buy a better product and not compromise because of cost. Man am I glad I followed his advice! Great Service, Drew even came out to our home to walk us through everything. Then he gave us a class on how to maintain our tub, while letting our son swim in one of the tubs. Our tub was a for our sons Make-a-Wish and we couldnt be happier with assistance and the support!

This review is ONLY for the service weve received as we are still getting our hot tub hooked up. So how do I already write a review? Because customer service. We hit about every single hot tub spot in the northern VA area. We only went back to 2. And in the end we came back to somewhere that we felt no pressure, got a reasonable price, and gave us great information for us to get the hot tub we needed. Drew gave us great things to consider and we ended up making decisions based on our own needs instead of shiny things. And then...somehow...they managed to get it delivered in less than a week. I have no complaints and have had a great experience working with this exceptional no-pressure crew!

Bought the Dreammaker Cabana Suite because it was a 110-v, Plug n Play. Greg and Jamie were just awesome to deal with and their delivery and setup were flawless. I was worried that the 110-volt model wouldnt deliver enough power for the spa but BOY was I ever pleasantly surprised! Its great! Even follow-up questions regarding water chemistry, etc have been answered promptly. Jamie even gave me her cell # to call if I needed anything whatsoever. Now THAT is what I call excellent customer service! I cannot wait to get into our tub tonight and every night before bed!

Had a great experience with our hot tub delivery. Our delivery team was committed to getting our hot tub delivered as promised even though they were faced with delays with the previous delivery, driving rain and traffic. It was raining and dark when they got here but they took time to ensure a perfect delivery even being careful to maneuver through a tight space and around shrubbery and landscape features. They were friendly and professional.

Sales person nice. Thats all they are good for. They just want to sell you something. Their back end follow-up service is the worst. Theirt Service department is the I have ever dealt with. The owner, sales person, nor the service manager followed up with anything they said they would do. Still have not have had our spa fixed after a whole month and we just bought it!

This is my second Marquis Hot Tub. The product is awesome but would purchase from any other dealer than this company.Trying to get service and someone to help there is awful. Nobody answers the phone. Once they sold you the hot tub the service disappears. I had to reach out to Marquis to get another dealer to assist.Poor service and buyer beware,

Stay away worse customer service ever the owner is the worse believe me stay away unless you want an hot tub that breaks after 6 month and no one that will come and fix it or technician that over the phone they are trying to tell you how to fix it hand your money to people that deserves it and stay behind theyre buiseness.They have no idea how to take care of customers never again.

Been going to Drew for years for chemicals and maintenance of my spa. It was time to get a new cover for my spa and even though my spa is older and I had a not purchased the spa from them, Drew was very helpful in walking me through the options and colors.
