Im very frustrated with USAICE Manassas, aka Ice Krystals. I was completely ghosted on an order for a double ice liquor luge expected at an engagement party in Ashburn on Sat, 10/21. I ordered with Chris Dwyer, my total coming to about $435. It was expected to arrive between 4:30 - 6:00pm for a 6:30 party start. Nothing showed up, I called and left 5 message and received not one phone call or email in return. No apology, or explanation. Luckily, I hadnt paid anything yet, I had a check ready for when it was delivered. Ive covered in the past, both personally and corporately and never had an issue. This however, was incredibly disappointing as this sculpture was to be the centerpiece of our event. NEVER ordering from this company again.
