Tinman has been great to us! We use them as a back up when our fab shop is too busy. We also purchase stainless steel spiral when our normal vendor is backed up. They have been very helpful, professional and my orders are always handled in a timely manner.

I have been using Tin Man sheet metal for years!! Today was the last straw!! They have new office personnel and new numbers to call your order in on. And if they dont receive your order they tell you to try a different one. Now there is a 2 day turn around on the metal from when they finally receive your order. They Only worry about the big orders!! Its shame!!! Their good reviews are from 3 and 4 years ago.Richard

Unsure about their quality. The only person to talk to to make a phone order went on break at noon and never came back. I left my number twice and still have not received a call. The order was for the simplest of things and could have made them myself in less than a half hour with a full sheet metal shop. They might be great, I guess so great they dont really need that much business. Who cares about quality when you cant get customer service. I work in the industry and their level of service shouldnt be acceptable to anyone.

Poor service. Management was rude and doesnt have the time for customer questions. Big thumbs down for service. I would not recommend Tin Man if you are looking for any kind of customer service!

The only sheet metal shop to personally sign each fitting made for their customers. Having worked 15+ years in the business, this is a first. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and work hard towards getting items out as quickly as possible for their customers. I have even had a few emergency orders turned around that same day. You wont find this quality of work anywhere in this area. They definitely have a repeat customer here.

Had a pleasant experience with this company. They manufactured custom transition duct to my specs in one day.
