Amazing quality crystals, super happy with the wide variety and healthiness of them. The great prices helped with the enjoyment of going. I got 12 crystals for a fraction of the price than it would have costed me somewhere else. On top of the wide range of crystals they had a great selection of jewelry, oils, decks, and more. The staff was very kind and patient. When I was looking for something, they seemed very happy and eager to help. The wait time was no problem at all, when we first arrived there were 6-7 customers, they all checked out fairly quick. Then when I was browsing, one other person came in knowing what they wanted and left. When I checked out, they had to put everything into the system manually, which took a few minutes but it was enjoyable talking with the person working the register at the time. The staff talk to each other and seem to have a good connection and if you ever want to butt in, you can and they’d be happy to have you a part of the conversation

Kat and James were wonderful and so helpful. If youre looking for spiritual healing and cleansing this is the place where you can find all of the tools for that. I will definitely be back to purchase more incense and sage wands.

OMG, I love this store. I forget about any worries when I enter that high positive vibe place. Rising Phoenix has amazing variety of crystals, books, jewelry, organic beauty products, divination tools, etc. You name it. The store has a lounge area where you can pause, contemplate, read a book or have a deep conversation with friendly staff. Also, Rising Phoenix offers professional services with intuitive healers, angel card and other readers. Do you know that they have classes and workshops? I highly recommend to check this store, buy gifts for yourself or people you care about, get a reading, attend a class or simply get recharged.

Loved this metaphysical shop. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get some really nice pieces. Can’t wait to go back.

This shop has changed owners several times over the years. I have to say that I truly miss when Tracy owned this place. The inventory was much better and the hours the shop was open was very reasonable for a working person. The entire atmosphere was just different. Every time I go in the shop they barely have anything.

I was at the store 12/14/2019 for a sound bath with Joseph Adams. the store felt like home & i was pleased they opened the register so i could receive some wonderful stones as an early holiday gift. i look forward to returning!
