Ive been going here for years always great service. Ive personally never had a problem with customer service or the landscaping items Ive purchased. Prices are very fair to me base on the other places Ive shop around online or in person. Will be going there again this week to purchase stone. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen. If you have a truck or trailer and need bulk landscape products this is a great place to get it. Way cheaper than buying it by the bag, and you dont have the trash when you are done. Completely redid the flower beds in front of our house ... a yard each of leaf compost and black mulch for maybe 70 bucks. Easy to roll in, get what you need and go.

Nothing to write home about. Seemed like my business wasnt of any importance. Ended up getting much better service down the street at Meadows farm.

Terrible customer service. They dont even answer the phone anymore. I have tried calling for two days now and nothing. Even emailed and left a voicemail (when it wasn’t full), but still no return response.

Called on a Thursday to purchase gravel (needed for the weekend) and inquired about delivery. The gentleman on the phone told me he was much too busy to take my order and to please call back Saturday morning. I called back at the requested time and and was told the same thing. Too busy to help, take my order.. delivery wouldn’t be possible until Monday etc.. definitely not a place who wants your business.

High prices for low quality products. On top of that the staff is very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Always a great place to get your mulch or other lawn grooming needs. Great and friendly staff. Very down to earth people willing to help out. Especially when it comes to creatively using the loader to load as much mulch onto your truck or trailer as possible.

Their customer support has always been really awesome. I had to get an emergency load of gravel and thankfully I was able to do so quickly! Yeah, some of that was lucky timing and location, but it was really important to me that they were even willing to see what they could do! I found their pricing to be reasonable, still choke worthy of you’re a penny pincher, but respectable when you realize just how much you’re getting! Thanks to them, we were able to fix or flooding and swamp issue so we could get our tractor past to take care of some fallen trees and a broken fence!

My Project was floating deck without digging post.1. Visited Parsons Farm. Location about 8 to 10 minutes off Interstate 95. Gets 5 star for location2. Dealt with one of the workers, explained my project and he recommended me to use their stone # 21-A(Combination of crushed gravel and stone dust). The man was right I built some trenches put that gravel/stone dust mix and compacted it down, then placed my 2x4 on top of it with my planks for the deck and everything held in place. Gets 5 star for Knowledge.3. The delivery process, its around $75 bucks for delivery even though I live only 6 miles from the place. The delivery came the same day and at the set time.Gets 3.5 star for delivery only cause of the charge.( My suggestion to the business: charge $35 for delivery if location its within 10 miles from Parson Farm field.)4. Phone Customer Service can improve, not to make excuses for the business but when you call keep in mind that you are dealing with tough men that work the land-field, dont expect Grand Ma on the other line of the phone.Overall a solid 4.5 star to this business.Additional comments, my neighbor bought topsoil from Parsons Farm and they fill his F-150 but he only could take 1/2 of the load, he never went back for the 2nd load cause he didnt need it so the worker called him and said that he could come back at any time in the future for it if he wanted it.Many comments were made in this blog are not constructive nor allow for this local business to improve their service or product.

I have bought at least 8 loads of rock from them. Nice folks and very good prices. I think the other reviewers wanted more of a landscape service vice bulk mulch or rock. I need a few more loads and would recommend them if you know what you need and want a bulk price. If you need a landscape service, well call one then. Very nice folks here.

I purchased several loads of top soil with mulch in it. The price was good, and delivered when they said they wood. Im very happy with them. I plan to order more for my back yard. I saved a lot of time and labor, in the past I would by bags. What a pain, never again.

We bought top soil $$$ got the organic and it was AWFUL....full of trash and clay. I will NEVER buy from them again. In fact, we tried to mix it in with grass seed and it did not even come up, because it was 70% full of huge clumbs of clay and then trash, rocks even plastic bags....so dissappointing. I wanted to call them and ask for refund, we had started to place around our yard, we decided not to use it, but we just let it go. Lesson learned for sure. Never again. :(

The people were very nice. A scoop of mulch, about a yard is 25. Sadly it had as much garbage as mulch from the dump.

Im Not a construction person, called for information about a small project around my house, a person answer the phone (Penny) with an attitude and a tone of voice (like you If you dont know the material names and sizes(that they offer) )dont call us kind of attitude.Bad customer service over the phone and will never recommend any one to go there and buy.If this much attitude was presented over the phone god knows what they will do if you get there and ask questions?

Good supply, honest business, has wood, mulches all colors, topsoil needs. Have gotten stone as well. Couldnt be any happier

Scheduled a delivery for mulch. Called to confirm the delivery the day before and all was confirmed. On the morning of delivery, no mulch. We called and were told someone tried to call us but because we didnt answer, we were skipped....? Woman on the phone was rude and unapologetic. Extremely unprofessional.

Bought some ”seasoned firewood last week. More like waterlogged and caked in mud. Will not buy there again.

DO NOT BUY WOOD. all their wood is sooooo wet I cannot get it to stay on fire. DO NOT BUY WOOD FROM THEM

Worst compost Ive ever seen. Full of trash and even condoms!

Bought some compost / topsoil and Im terribly disappointed with the quality --- I pulled 2 rocks, 3-4 pieces of hard plastic, and plenty of 3 and longer pieces of wood out.The product is not screened properly.

$64 dollars for 1 scoop on 57 stone that they claim is just over 1.5 tons when it was actually 1.02 tons when I went and weighed the truck at the dump.
