Had a recall on my 2010 Toyota 4runner paint and they handled everything very professionally for me. Had to wait a little while but it came back beautiful and they even cleaned the inside for me. I was very impressed. Will definitely use them in the future for whatever i need!
I usually have good service and employees in service are polite and knowledgeable. However the time was slightly over 2 hours to get four tires changed and that was with an appointment. This was after a three hour appointment the previous day. They need to work on not over scheduling or improve efficiency of the service techs. My car was not even pulled into a bay until over an hour and that was because I questioned a service manager
Excellent experience! We live in the Birmingham area and communicated from a distance with Ben Blessing and his team. They were super helpful and patient with our questions. When we arrived to finalize everything, they had everything ready and walked us through every detail. Very friendly staff. We are thrilled with our purchase!
Bought my 2019 Camry from Toyota Murfreesboro wished I wasn’t have…. But anyways took my car to John Roberts in Manchester and they were amazing! I just had a oil change tire rotation but they talk to me super friendly even sent me a email with if I had any questions to contact them they’d be gladly to help ❤️

Very nice modern Toyota dealer.We purchased a 2020 Camry from them and have had it serviced their twice for routine maintenance.They are always quick to get the car turned around for us.There is a good Mexican restaurant easy walks distance from John Roberts so you can go eat lunch while they work on your car.The waiting room in the dealership itself is very nicely appointed and they offer free coffee and water.The parts department is friendly and helpful I have purchased oil and oil filters there and they are always friendly and have my items in stock.The purchase experience was quick and trouble free as well.We purchased our car before the Corona shortages hit so we got an excellent deal on the car.This dealership is located just off of I 24 at exit 114 and Manchester.Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.I believe they also have free Wi-Fi In case you need to open your laptop and do some work while waiting on your vehicle.
The only thing that I didn’t like was I was told it would be approx 45 min wait and I ended up waiting two hours. They finally said right before I left that there was a recall they were fixing. It would just have been nice to know that. If I would have known it was going to take that long I would have gotten someone to come get me so I could actually been productive with my time instead of just sitting. Otherwise it was fine.
Ben Blessing was the salesmen we worked with at John Robert’s Toyota. He was very quick to get us a price for a trade in and help make the decision to get a the Sienna we did. Ben was great to work with, was helpful and wasn’t the high pressure sales type I’ve interacted with before.The dealership was very nice and all those we interacted with were very friendly. We love our mini van and really appreciate how easy the whole experience was.
Benjamin was very helpful during the process of looking, test driving the vehicle and the loan application. Very helpful, was never pushing. This is the third vehicle my family members has bought from Benjamin in less than 6 months.
I usually have a great experience with the service department today was the end of me getting service there however. Lady on the phone was obnoxiously rude and I will take my business some where else that wants it and takes care of their customers.
Will was a fantastic salesman. I picked up a F-250 from him, and although I have a busy schedule, he was able to hold the truck for me and get everything taken care of. The environment is much different than your typical dealership. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. They understand the real world. This experience was a 10/10 and when I look for another vehicle I’ll be coming back.
True story....I needed a car. I pulled up to the dealership and asked the young man standing on the sidewalk, “Do you work here”? He said, “yes”. I continued, “ Do you want to sell a car today”, of course Will Rigsby did. I asked him to show me the least expensive New Camry on the lot. Will didn’t pressure me into hurrying to make a decision on a vehicle which I really appreciate. It took me about a week to make a decision. Throughout that time I had several questions and he was always available. Will is a superb salesman with manners, knowledge of the vehicles, ease of paperwork and transitioning into a new vehicle. Service is decently priced, repairs are expensive but all dealers are. Staff was friendly though and explained everything on the invoice thoroughly. Website could use some work, I had trouble setting up an appointment on there but was able to call and set one up no problem.
We were looking for a brand new Sienna to replace my 2011 and due to the chip shortage there are none to be had. We decided to replace my van with a later model Sienna, also hard to find at the moment. One showed up on the Roberts website and as I was headed to my in-laws house in Manchester decided to swing by and have a look. I am glad I did. We had decided to make our car search short and I did not want to spend more than 2 days finding and deciding on a car. This was day 2 after searching in Nashville.Shane greeted me and within 5 minutes of looking at the vehicle I told I would buy it. The van was in amazing condition and as it was my 3rd Sienna, I knew enough about it to decide. The entire staff at Roberts Toyota was great. Shane was a great saleperson without being obnoxious or pushy. Just like visiting with a neighbor or someone you know. Jacob in the business office was so fun and went above and beyond what he had to do and we so appreciated him. The entire staff was great from the front desk to the guys in service who helped us with things like bags in moving things from our trade in to the new vehicle.I definitely recommend Roberts and will begin my vehicle search there next time.
My salesperson Chris Elam was extremely helpful. He was willing to take additional photos and look the vehicle over for me giving an accurate honest description. Made me feel more confident to take the drive there. The sale was quick. They washed, filled up, and helped me load onto a car hauler. Beautiful drive there too. Im thinking about buying another car from there soon.

Saw a vehicle on car gurus for one price, and they tried to sell me for another price. Then told me I mustve misread it. Internet people literally dont listen told them something verbally and kept asking the same question. Not sure why people dont ask questions. Definitely a poor experience
First John Roberts people were very nice!Id give five stars for their friendliness, attention to customer concerns, nice and cleanliness of waiting area, etc.I give four stars because they charge so much for everything. I dont know who sets the prices for parts and labor, but its always too high, and the work is never covered under the extended warranty.$900 to replace chewed wires is rediculous!!Our issue was caused from mice chewing the wires, which they explained have soy and oil in them which attract mice. Two places on both sides of our car. The wire, of course, couldnt just be replaced. Its connected to a sensor so both parts in perfect condition, had to be replaced, even though only the wire was bad. I think Automotive manufacturers design cars like this on purpose for the continual long-term $$$$$ they will get.
John Roberts Toyota in Manchester kept my car to repair it. While it was in their possession, it was damaged across the entire right side of the car. Now they are refusing to fix it claiming it was not. After doing business with organization for over 15 years. I’m done with them. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on several cars and vans with them over the years. Now, quibble over$600 and you’ve lost a customer for life. Shame on you guys.
Victor, with John Roberts Toyota was excellent to work with. The whole process was open and honest. Victor showed great patience for more than a month without pressuring. We did the majority of talking and negotiating on the phone and when we finally decided on the right vehicle everything was as discussed when we came in for the purchase. We drove to Manchester from Murfreesboro to look at vehicles on Roberts’ Toyota lot because of a recommendation by a friend. As expressed by other dealerships, there is a shortage of new vehicles. I was greeted by Shane Throneberry and I told him I just wanted to look at what vehicles were on the lot. He was very gracious and allowed me to leisurely look over their stock. I found one and we took it for a test drive. Then it was time to get down to business. Shane guided us through the whole process and we were able to agree on terms. Once we completed that, we met with Harriet McBride and completed the paperwork. Both Shane and Harriet were knowledgeable and professional but also personable. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will return to have my vehicle serviced there instead of at a local dealership.

The salesman did great job keeping me informed about progress of getting the car transferred from another dealership and ready for pickup.The person doing the final paperwork kept singing with the music playing in the background which was annoying.Overall the experience was good.
The service department is always friendly and helpful. They found a real problem with my tires that could have lead to a blow out and put my spare on in place. They also stayed over and put a new battery in my car. They are always helpful and not pushy with sales.

John Roberts Toyota was a life saver for us. We were wanting the New Toyota Sienna and we live in Murfreesboro so we went to the Toyota of Murfreesboro and they found us a Sienna that we wanted. A week before it was supposed to be delivered we got a call from Toyota Murfreesboro and they told us they weren’t going to be receiving the van as their dealer trade fell through even though we put a deposit on that van. (While we waited on this particular van we were told a specific date it was coming in so we went ahead and sold the vehicle were getting rid of) having 4 foster kids and never knowing when we may get a call for at least one more the Honda Civic I was borrowing was not ideal or equipped for our lifestyle for an extended time. I called around to all of the Toyota’s in our area. This is when I met Victor at John roberts toyota. He told me he could get me the exact one I wanted and not only did he find me one the vehicle was delivered 3 weeks early. We got all the numbers and information completed a day before I was able to pick up the van and it took us less than an hour to leave with our brand new minivan once we arrived. We will refer all of our family and friends to John Roberts toyota and will continue to do as much business as possible with them.
I recently purchased a 2021 Highlander from John Roberts Toyota. The process from start to finish was seamless. There was no high pressure sales pitch but instead a much easier and pleasurable experience in purchasing my vehicle. I will most definitely choose them again.
We rented a Sienna hybrid from JRT. The van was awesome and got near 35mpg for our trip. Dealing with Travis was easy and he was very accommodating. We will definitely be renting from JRT and Travis again in the future.

Five stars for Dylan Summitt in the Parts Department at John Roberts Toyota. The key attached to the fob for my 2007 Camry broke off in the ignition. I wanted to replace the key on the fob. The cost was going to be $360+ :(. Dylan put the internal guts from the broken key into another fob I had. That fob had quit working years ago but the key was fine. Now I had ONE key to my car.THEN...Dylan knew I was most unhappy about paying so much money to purchase a spare key, which I consider to be a necessity. Dylan spent time considering different options and diligently became resourceful!!!!! He asked another gentleman if he would make a key that worked both to open the door and also to start the engine, which was my goal in the first place. This spare key has no fob but who cares??? It works fine as a spare key. I previously had a spare key that would open the door but would not start the car. Purchasing another one of those keys was unacceptable.John Roberts Toyota should reward or commend Dylan Summit for giving me OUTSTANDING customer service!!!! I spent $109 for the spare key rather than $360+ and ended the day as a highly satisfied customer!
Needed a couple keys I had already cut programmed for my 2008 toyota tacoma. They warned me that ln the past customer keys wouldnt programmed. That Id still be required to pay for their attempt. They did program successfully. And cost was less then I expected for up to 5 keys. Pretty awesome service department. State of the art alignment services.

I knew I wanted another Camry, and circumstances made it possible for me to buy a new one. I had never bought a new car before, and John Roberts Toyota Made it a simple, easy experience. The salespeople were friendly, polite, and well informed. I never at any time felt pushed into a sale. They answered all my questions and concerns, and gave me time and space to make my own decision. I have the car of my choice.
I purchased the new Venza. I love it. I live in Atlanta and purchased over the phone. Jacob Morton was my sales rep. I dont know how he could have made it any easier for me. He was responsive and fair. He did everything he said he would.
I was at the dealership for a recall issue. I had an appointment. When I got there (20 minutes early), I was expected. The service writer had all the information. He told me it would take a little over 2 hours. They took my vehicle into the shop within about 10 minutes. There is a window in the waiting area that looks directly into the shop. My vehicle was pulled into a lift stall and sat there for an hour. Then, someone came and lifted it into the air, looked at something under the rear end and walked away. He didn’t come back for nearly 30 minutes. Someone started working on it and the entire job took less than an hour.While I was done and out in less than 3 hours and I was told that it should take a little over 2 hours, the actual work only took about 45 minutes.

I will not give even one star.I took my car over there to service and RecallService guy say they have time to do Recall but they don’t have time to do Oil Change.When ever I go to Toyota service they have some issues is just bcz they have do Free under warranty or company service

Need a more disciplined head mechanic. They didn’t do anything I asked them too at the start because someone put it down as a 25k mileage check. Also I just detailed my truck and every mechanic is leaning on my truck and climbing inside the cab with greasy hands (no gloves on). No seat cover or anything.I’m debating on just doing everything myself from now on. I just wanted everything done my Toyota but if that’s how they do work then I won’t be coming back.
I spent roughly 3 months looking for the 4Runner I wanted with color and options. I spoke with many dealers and in the end I chose John Roberts Toyota. Local dealers here had opportunities to sell me vehicle on their lots however their customer service was not customer oriented. I reached out to John Roberts because they had a vehicle that me my needs. The salesman,Victor and other managers stayed committed to me when this vehicle became unavailable. They went out of their way finding other vehicle that was similar and even matched the original quote on first vehicle even though MSRP was actually higher. After agreement was made the delivered same day even though I was 220 miles south of them. Highly recommend and wish them the best

First, let me start by saying how exceptional Annabelle is. She is the epitome of what true customer service means. Her kindness and honesty may be what continues to bring my money to this dealership. When I find a place that I feel is trustworthy and worth my money, I tend to stick with them. Though this is my first visit here, I am inclined to come back for a second. Weve been stationed in California for the last few years, but I purchased my 4Runner in NC. I had an incredible dealership in NC that did all of my service and kit work that I wanted to my 4Runner. Living in CA, I had great service as well but when moving back to TN, I was skeptical about some of the dealerships in the area. Comparing the reviews from John Roberts to the Toyota in Murfreesboro, I decided to get my service done here. Im so glad I did. I drove about 2,000 miles from CA to TN last week and my service light came on. No one at this dealership tried to upsell me or scam me into any additional services other than a tire rotation. Im about to renew my KO2 tires and will more likely order from Tire Rack and have them shipped here.

I got an oil change and a tire patched. They did a good job. They forgot the tire patch after I mentioned it in my call and when I arrived but when I was checking out we found they did not patch it and they took it back in and fixed it. But that was a minor mistake and they got it fixed.Their synthetic oil change and tire patch cost less than just an oil change in Murfreesboro.
Between Travis, Mike, and Bob, we had such an amazing experience! When our car broke down on the side of the interstate near the dealership Toyota was the only one that probably helped us out by getting a tow and fixing our car and getting us on the way in just a couple hours for a reasonable price as well. Amazing service and appreciate these people so much!

They were great, and I have zero complaints about them!!!However, after only a few months of owning my 2020 Highlander Limited, a hole was ripped in the perforated leather. After multiple calls to Toyota and pictures sent, they assured me this was a quality of material issue and with my car being less than a year old, they would fix under bumper to bumper warranty. Well according to Travis, which I had an appointment with after working into my schedule of being a nurse, yet never even saw... he stated that it was not covered under warranty and laughed when I said that was what Toyota told me from my explanation and photos. He was extremely rude and made me feel like I was completely wrong after receiving so many back and forth answers. You would think after me being such a loyal customer and purchasing TWO brand new highlanders within 3 years, they would be more willing to help me out rather than say oh sorry, if you want this fixed you owe us $1300 on top of the $50,000+ vehicle you just purchased from us. Thankfully I found a local business that is replacing my seat cover for FAR less. Seeing as I normally replace my vehicle every 2 to 3 years for the latest, I will never allow this dealership to receive another penny from me! Terrible customer service and not willing to help out their (former) loyal customers!
