I’ve been to this location several times for different reasons, our last visit was to swap from our Samsung to new IPhones, we were there for a few hours (just because we had to transfer everything from one phone to the other ), multiple people came in which several of them were older and just couldn’t figure out their phones, they never lost patience and helped them including us every step of the way!

I bought a new cell phone and I call Russell cellular in Manchester Tennessee to find if they had a case that would fit my phone and they happen to have one left so I went and bought it today August the 3rd 2020 and the associate that so that to me his name was Adam He was very polite and he knew exactly what he was doing And when I asked questions he had the answers I was very pleased and I will be coming back there in the future if I have a problem or need any suggestions or need to buy a product. I have been having trouble for several weeks with my Iphone. Calling Verizon support is as difficult these days as calling the International Space Station. After contacting a Verizon retailer that I had previously done business with and not being satisfied, I contacted the Verizon Russell Cellular in Manchester, and I am so glad I did. I went in and talked with Nathan. He was very patient and like the proverbial car at the repair shop, my phone was working perfectly at the time. He tried a few things and my phone was still working properly. He told me, if you have any more problems, please come back. Well my phone once again acted up and I went in on a Friday afternoon after 6pm. Morgan was there and she could NOT have been more patient. She went out of her way to try to resolve the problem. I was there more than an hour but she seemed like she had all the time and patience in the world. From now on Russell Cellular in Manchester will have my business. PS. I went there on the recommendation of two friends who had both had good experiences.

Allison helped my husband and I trade our phones in and get new ones in less than an hour with no hassle whatsoever! She was so friendly and helpful! We always choose to go here instead of an actual Verizon wireless store. This store always has always served the customer in the best way that they can! Watch Out ! After a detailed conversation with the sales associate he assured me my monthly charges would run 150-160 with charges, fees, taxes included. My bill is 25% more at 206 ! I actually told him I left Verizon in the past because my bill went over 200 bucks. He slipped in insurance at 17 dollars per line, that Verizon wouldn’t refund, running my first bill to 324 with connect fees . I went to Russell because I had been treated fairly there in the past, I did not see this coming!

Great job Morgan! I am not very knowledgable about these new phones and they walked me through getting my new phone set up and made it all less stressful. I will be back next time I need an upgrade. Thank you!

It was awesome. Brenda at the Verizon store on 41A. Manchester Tn. Was very nice and told me my phone and my tablet had several virus on them and thought at first she would have to put my phone back as factory reset which meant I would lose all my contacts pictures and everything else. She took her time and figured out another way to fix them without having to lose everything. She fixed them both in about 30 minutes. I was so upset when I went into the store but left very happy and satisfied. Thank you zBrenda!!

Dont go to this Verizon store. Go to the one over by Wal-Mart. The guys at this place tell you how to get a deal to get your business and then say they never told you to do that when you have an extra 700$ tacked on to your Verizon bill. The managers response to Your employee told me to do this is Ill have to sit down and talk with him so he knows better in the future. Maybe Verizon will let you set up a payment plan. Stay far away from this shady place.

This store employees act like your interrupting their computer time when my IPhone was acting crazy. Here is a clue to rude unresponsive employees I pay high dollars for my phone and the service your customers expect to be treated like you give a s**t when we come for a question and your store is empty I do not apologize for making you earn your paycheck.

I bought a phone,an otter box and a screen protector for the phone. The very next day it came off and broke. This store would NOTHING TO HELP REPLACE IT. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. I BOUGHT at least 6 phones from the three tablets and a ton of accessories. They have lost my business and I will make sure that I tell everyone I know not to shop for their wireless products from them. Manchester is a small town they should think about that when they decide to screw someone or provide terrible service

Because I closed my account with them, the in store people were not able to take my final payment. So I had to go outside and do it from my car.Last year when my husband died, Verizon was not in any way willing to work with me on the bill. I had to still pay for my late husbands phone till it was paid off, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS DEAD!!Glad I finally got rid of you guys !!

The full installation fees, restocking fees, and return policies are not disclosed fully. I feel the HUM was misrepresented and I ended up being charged $75 basically for just nothing but aggravation. Will never recommend them to anyone. Why does upgrading a cell phone always end up a big hassle without fail.

So I went in to transfer from tmobile and was attempting to bring my partners iPhone with me and was told it was not compatible and was stuck with having to purchase an android after finding out I could have traded in the iPhone in for a credit for a Verizon iPhone after the android sale was made and it just seems that the people working here are not trained adequately. Also I returned to make a payment on two separate accounts and both payments were applied to one account I assume you can understand what kind of head ache that was. better luck trying the store next to Walmart or the corporate store in murfreesboro.

These people have no clue what they are doing. Purchased a Samsung S8+ in July of 17 and the rep upsold me on the total mobile protection plan in case of a cracked screen which as luck would have it happened very shortly afterwards. Granted me dropping my phone was not their fault but when I called asurion to make the claim and have my phone repaired for $49 vs $199 to replace it the insurance company told me that screen replacement was not offered on my phone at that time. They said it may be a few months as the phone was only recently released. I waited for 4 months and called back to the same response. I then called Russell Cellular and was told there was nothing they could do for me, they just sale the phones. It is now the end of January 2018 and had to call verizon corporate to get the issue resolved and get a refund on the extra, unusable insurance. Major retraining may me required here, or just a shutdown.
