Zac Camacho is an endangered species of artisan/craftsman. When speaking with him it was easy to tell that he held a deep passion for his work. His custom knives are beautiful and his restorative skills are impeccable. My Wüsthof knives havent been this sharp since the day they were forged, and on top of that he even reshaped a tip back on to my broken paring knife! The prices? Cheaper than any other store in the area.
