Over the years Ive had this company come out and perform oil furnace maintenance. This year represents the third time where they have done something wrong during the maintenance and Ive had to call them back on site to repair their own mistakes. I really cant recommend them.

Weve been working with Rymes Propane and Oil for several years now and they are great. They suggested a larger propane tank several years ago and quickly got the install completed. Very easy to work with and you can access your account online. Thank you Mark for our recent delivery!

On the 28 th of February 2020 my furnace had its yearly maintenance done.Your employee Keith was very professional. courteous and knowledgeable about the work he completed. He took the time to explain a problem he found and repaired it without hesitation.The only reason a five star wasnt applied is as humans we can all improve to meeting even higher standards.It was a pleasure to have met Keith.

Long time customer-Ordered online on Monday with an automatic delivery estimate on or before Saturday. Called to make sure my order went through(first time ordering online, which was awesome and took 2 actual seconds) and it did. Asked if she had a smaller delivery window and she put me in for Wednesday. 🙂 Jon D. delivered my oil this morning(Tuesday), not even 24 hours later.Both The Hudson office and Jon were super Polite and professional as usual! 💯👍🏼

We have had Rymes for going on 3 years now. Last year was rough. Our tank nearly ran out and it took multiple calls and a drive to their office before the issue was corrected. This year has been amazing. Our delivery driver, Mark, has been prompt with service. We also had an issue with our brand new furnace and they were quick and efficient getting it fixed same day.

Rymes is always reliable and friendly. Their drivers go out of their way to get us propane. We live a half-mile down a class VI road that we maintain ourselves. We try our hardest but sometimes the road is very difficult for any vehicle thats not 4x4. Rymess drivers always try and often succeed but at least let us know that they tried when they cant make it. Weve never run out of propane and are often surprised to see the receipt on the door after theyve come.

We had a tenant out of town when we discovered his oil had run out . as it turned out, Rymes driver, Dave N was delivering oil to my house at the time and when we asked if he could help out with the other property he said sure. He took the time to contact the office, set up the account for us and went over to deliver the oil and get the furnace up and running as well.excellant customer service

Automatic delivery is excellent, and seamless. Drivers are great, and accommodating. Paul K., Our latest left a very thoughtful note. Personal service is a real pleasure.

Great team to work with from the customer service people, service manager and the install team! very professional group-does what they say they are going to do when they said it would be done. I highly recommend this group.

I just wanted to mention that our oil delivery man, Bob E, is doing a fine job. He is courteous and professional and we feel he is a good reflection on your company.

Ive owned my house for almost five years and Ive always had Rymes service my furnace, but I would buy my oil from another company because of who owns my propane tank. I also purchased a brand new oil tank from them last year. I called this year to make my annual appointment to have my furnace serviced and they said they can no longer service it since I dont buy oil directly from them. Very disappointing. I would definitely suggest to go to another company for your furnace and oil needs.

My delivery driver Paul K. made it up my steep hard to drive driveway and maneuvered my fence for my dogs in order to deliver my oil while I was on vacation with no complaints! I absolutely appreciate being able to rely on a timely and reliable delivery from Rymes.

Everything that youve heard about FF on the radio is true. If you need oil delivered by them I would make sure you have at least 3-4 weeks worth of oil in your tank. I called twice before the scheduled delivery date to make sure they were still on track. I called again at about 6pm on the delivery date wondering when they would show up and the person on the phone assured me it would be delivered the next morning and told me that Fred (the owner) was right there next to her and gave his guarantee. Now its the day after the original scheduled delivery date and my tank is empty and they are charging me extra to send a tech out to dump 10 gallons in to get me through another couple days. I have no way of knowing if my tank will actually be filled tomorrow because this could just be another empty promise. I do admit some fault here as I should have called earlier. Somebody in FF messed up big time when they decided they had enough trucks to meet the demand here. If they were honest with me in the beginning I would not be so upset. If its heating season I recommend that you add at least a week to whatever delivery date they give you. This will be my last tank of Fred Fuller Oil.

Been buying K-1 from them for several years. the seem very competitive on their pricing and I havent had any problems!

They say they will be right with you on the phone, been unable to reach a live person every time so far this month.... even waited eleven minutes in call waiting to no avail My life has to move on... maybe to another oil co. that will speak with you.

Seeing as my now X Left me with almost a 1,000.00 debt with Rymes, we sat down with manager from main branch and Rymes was MORE THAN WILLING to work with me and solve the problem at hand. Cant say enough about Rymes they went the extra mile to work with me. Thank you Tammy, your a outstanding member of Rymes. Im sure many other employees at Rymes are, just I have not had the pleasure to deal with them. If you are looking for a new or just looking to switch, live near North West Manchester, or Pinardville/ Goffstown, stop in and talk, pleasent person to talk to. In short I do not plan on looking for a new oil company. Close by and local office IFa problem comes up.Also I want to thank the corporate office for keeping this office open. THANK YOU.
