Top quality parts. Was sent the wrong axle kit by mistake. A couple emails later they had an exchange for the correct one in the works from scratch and sent out within a week. Kit fit perfectly very happy. I did try to call them and couldnt get through (as others have stated), but all communications via email were responded to within 24 hours and the issue was resolved right away, very reasonable. Thx!

I ordered from Switzerland in four working days my order was there! all the material seems perfect at first i was a little apprehensive about the bad reviews on google but honestly the staff always answered my questions they were super nice and super fast! I highly recommend.

Planned a summer long dream trip to head west and get married. Planned to leave May 15th but we wanted to modify the bike first. Ordered parts 4/10/21. No parts or communication for 5 weeks, so called to check on order 5/19/21. Informed that they were going to call us about finish style availability. We agreed to go with their suggestion. Was told order was likely in the shop ready to order and we’d get a call back in a day or two with confirmation. Fast forward to late June - nothing. No parts, no emails, nothing. I filed a complaint with my Harley card and they refunded me while investigating. Still nothing. Parts were delivered 7/12/21. No communication. No refund or offer to make it right. Nothing.I understand custom parts take time. But time for production does not excuse terrible customer service. This company has still not responded to any communication since May. I’m disgusted with them. If we could have found these parts ANYWHERE ELSE, we would have. So unless you absolutely cannot find a similar part somewhere else, buyer beware, this company sucks at basic business courtesy.

Excellent communication back and forth explaining what I would need to make a set of old mag wheels work on my bike. Just ordered the parts hopefully they arrive quickly to get the wheels on the bike.

If there were zero stars I would have chosen that instead of 1. This company is the most unprofessional and should not be in business. I ordered some parts a month ago and have been getting the run around from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! You will regret it and you will lose your money in the process.

Very difficult company to get a hold of or get truthful information from. Tried to purchase a set of triple trees twice with this company. The first time they were out of stock and was told they would be back in stock within three weeks, a few months later I had to go through PayPal in order to get a refund. Tried again this past month, this time with a set that was listed in stock. Called a week after I ordered and was told it would shop that afternoon...a week later i received an e-mail saying my order was cancelled with no explanation and I would receive a refund. It’s a real shame because this company looks like it makes real high quality parts and at a great price but none of that matters if the customer never receives them.

I ordered a cush drive chain conversion kit for my road glide 3 years ago. The shipping was timely, and the product was high quality. Since then, I have installed the kit on three friends bikes, and the shipping has been timely each time, and they all love the product. Recently ordered replacement sprockets and chain for my bike as my excessive abuse had finally wore the sprockets down. I received a call the day after I made the order because they found a discrepancy in my order. Turns out I fat fingered it and ordered the wrong trans sprocket. They verified and will be sending the correct parts the first time... Hard to find too notch service like that anymore!

Ordered wide glide conversion kit, all parts fit exact and were very easy to install. nothing in the kit was cheap quality. the parts are made of the highest quality materials, and it shows! machining is precision and finished product is amazing! what i ordered is exactly what i got and i am extremely happy with my purchase. highly recommend them!

1st order. Got it correct and fast. I called to ask for tracking #. They were cool and fair, got my second order, no fuss no muss. These cats have good products. I own a bike shop, its easier to deal with them then our vendors.

First of all the guy isnt a receptionist, so yes sometimes the phone rings but big deal !!! I couldnt believe how helpful he was when it was my turn . Yes it took more than one phone call but the products are top notch . My shovelhead runs like no other with his ignition all day here in south Florida and never misses a beat . I ordered pan covers on April 8th they never got shipped .Phone call after phone call and email after email I was LIED to and IGNORED . I was promised they will be shipped next week and next week NEVER came . Today April 24 i got my money back with an email that said in part we make all our parts and in this kit there are a lot of parts well have them done next week if you want to purchase them then.Same LIE Ive heard for the last two weeks even though their website says they have them IN STOCK....So as for me I will tell you to be very patient ( Like your giving them a $740.00 DONATION ) or DO NOT SHOP HERE . Ill agree with the majority of posts that state this company is next to impossible to contact. 30+ calls before phone was answered to address a fitment question. However, I have purchased approximately a dozen or so items from them without any issues. The quality of the parts was well above any of the generic junk out there and I received all orders within a week.

I’ve bought from these guys multiple times. Definitely a good company to do business with. I’ve ordered chain conversions for my 2015 RoadGlide. Plus multiple parts for my 83 fxrs. The parts are very good quality the fitment is perfect and the finish on the parts are superb. the prices are really good also. Try ordering anything for a FXR anything now days.
