I did a lease buyout and because I had a special situation, other dealerships told me there was nothing they could do to help me facilitate the sale. I called Manchester City Nissan and spoke to Freddy and Matt (sales managers) and they both worked super hard, including contacting corporate, working out a great interest rate even with my bad credit, and getting everything done super fast and easy. If I ever buy another Nissan I will only be coming to Manchester City Nissan to see them. They are the best!

Just bought a 2018 Rogue. Shawn was my sales guy and he was great to work with! No pressure at all in the buying process. He was very kind and helpful. They have great prices and I actually enjoyed the buying process.
John asked me to provide a five-star review. Although I would love to and although I felt that he did fight for us to get this car, the entire process was exhausting. Here are a few things that upset me and why I can’t give 5 perfect stars.I originally filled out information for a car different than what I ended up with. Justin called me, we scheduled to come down. Here is the thing, Justin should have known or did know and used a sales trick to still get us to come down, because the car I was interested in had already sold but was still on the site. The car I ended up with, wasn’t on the site.Tuesday night we spent about two hours waiting around. However, now I am trying to figure out for what, because the bank wasn’t contacted until Wednesday. Now this is where I became extremely aggravated. Twenty minutes before our 4pm appointment, I received an email from our sales rep, that I needed to go online and fill out an application as my husband’s application wasn’t being approved by the banks. We spent another 3.5 hours on Wednesday at the dealership as they argued with the banks. I left work early to make this 4pm appointment. I lost out on hours, and they couldn’t begin to run credit at the beginning of the business day?Allegedly the car was detailed, well detailers should quit. As someone who works in the vehicle industry and provides detailing services, the quality was awful.The best part, Thursday morning came around and I received a called from the dealership asking if I wanted to come down and look at cars. I polite stated that they really need to get there stuff together as I left the night prior at 7:30pm with a new car.For the above and a few other things that I am not comfortable putting on a public platform, I give three stars.
Went above and beyond. Was in for just an oil change and mentioned off hand a noise was bothering me. The service rep jumped on this and got the issue fixed for me, while also sharing a coupon to make the added cost of addressing the issue barely a fraction over the cost of the oil change

I went to buy a nissan rogue today, I looked up the rates online on nissan usa registered price and made my mind per that only but when visited the dealership, I was told to pay 28% more what the nissan sites offered. They have been hiking the price of MSRP and added a 20% on market value adjustment.This may be fine but being in the digitalization world we expect the stuff to be in sync, it takes a lot to plan a car and when you ended up in this scenario, it hurts.However, nissan rogue is best car to buy.
I love this place! I came in looking for a 2011 Nissan rogue SL and I ended up dealing with one of the managers directly Matthew Chmielinski. Matt went above and beyond what I expected. The customer service here is beyond what i expected and i will not purchase or even think about purchasing another vehicle from any other dealership.

Decent customer service they “work” with what you want. I HIGHLY recommend to FIRST speak with the finance manager that works the numbers before agreeing or signing any paperwork or making any down payment. My monthly payment significantly went up after agreeing with what I thought was finance on a monthly payment on a lease after we agreed on a payment. They left certain details out and now I’m stuck with a payment that wasn’t agreed. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!*seems like it’s something that happens often per our sales guy that helped us with our lease*

All went well until meeting with financial person to sign off on lease. This happened with last vehicle too. Each time I was led to believe we had final monthly figures just to be told they wanted to add sales tax to the final figure. This should have been communicated during sales agreement.
Person that sold the car to me lied. Ended paying double the price !! Now the guy supposedly doesnt work there. They also advertised the car with 2,000 less miles. When I went to take the car to fix..... they took for ever and didnt fix the back brakes. So I got a car sold with bad breaks!!!

When you walk in the door they are friendly and pushy. What you fear in car sales is true(especially with used cars ) . The sales people are friendly because they want your business but if you are expecting customer service and support once you drive your vehicle off the lot this is not the dealership for you. I had an issue with a used car purchase there and called and left messages for over three weeks. With no return phone calls. The sales manager and finance person make promises they do not stand behind. They work as a team to persuade a sale and then up sell in financing. I suggest doing your homework on the dealers customer satisfaction and my lesson learned … buy a used car at the dealership where they can certify their vehicles. This way they stand behind their product. If you are think about buying a used car from Manchester Nissan keep looking.
We stopped in on a Sunday while shopping for a certified pre-owned Rogue for our daughter. They had a great selection to choose from. We were promptly greeted, and Moe made it his personal mission to pick out the best car from their selection. We found them to be very low pressure, easy to work with, and friendly. The car was detailed nicely and our daughter is very happy.
I put one star because I can’t find ZERO stars.I bought spark plugs for my Frontier there. Cost around $150. I replaced my old ones with new ones. One of new ones doesn’t work. I switch cylinder and was same problem: misfire.I was running my truck and I threw spark plug box. When i go to Manchester City Nissan for reimbursement, they told me “only with original box”!!!My receipt was clear right in the front of him, but he doesn’t want to give my money back!!Shame on you.Keep my $23 for spark plug and give to this part guy for shaving his ugly beard!Never come to buy to you again.
Do not fill out any online forms for this dealership. I have been harassed by one of there online sales people for 2 weeks. He called 3 times in a minute. I answered the 3rd call and said I didnt have time to talk then and he started insulting and arguing with me. I hung up and he called again which I declined. He then texted me from his personal cell. I messaged the dealership and got no b response or acknowledgement. That was 2 weeks ago. This morning he started calling over and over again. Find another dealer that doesnt employ people like this.

The transmission failed in my car. It was under warranty which was helpful obviously. Reuben was great in terms of the project and how he managed it start to finish.

I went to look at a kia forte that was priced to my liking. I get there, they do the test drive, run my credit and Im really liking the car. Then he brings over a receipt and the car has gone from 11,000$ to 16,000$. There were 3,300$ in hidden fees. 500$ dealer fee, 300$ Vin etching fee, and 2,500$ CT state inspection fee. They told me not a single one was negotiable and then, the salesman referred to my change in emotion as Escalating like the twin towers on 9/11 when I said i would not be willing to pay a 2,500$ made up fee. They are one of the most dishonest dealerships I have ever done business with. I would never come back here.
They tack on a $2,500 fee and say all Nissan dealerships do this, they don’t call around to Hartford, enfield and Middletown and they will tell you the only one who does is the Manchester. Also the finance guy, will talk about you and is not quiet about it.

I called Manchester City Nissan for an oil change after moving to the area from Rhode Island. The women I spoke with informed me that they did not take appointments but rather had first come, first serve service. I was very skeptical of this, but I pulled my car right into the garage and was taken care of immediately when I arrived. Both gentlemen that I spoke with were extremely friendly and accommodating. I left my car there and went home thinking it would take a while but was surprised to find a call nearly an hour later saying my car was ready for pick up - even though I let them know they could have the car all day. EXCELLENT service. I will be returning.

Engine was working fine before the oil change. After the oil change I get home and noticed knocking from the engine. I looked at the cars oil and saw they took the oil out of the car but did not put any back.
Worst experience of my life! DO NOT BUY FROM OR TRUST THEM! The finance manager is a lying thief. He sold me multiple items & never told me or asked if I wanted extended warranty & service contracts. Once I discovered what he did, I canceled the policies. They are currently withholding a refund of $1500, since January 2021. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

My daughter took her car there and they told her shes going to need 4 new tires because the person that sold her the current tires sold her damaged tires and that she would need all new tire sensors as well charging her over $500 just for the tires and come to find out by my own trusted mechanic there was nothing wrong with her tires or sensors. She just needed to replace her rotors and brake pads. These mechanics see a woman by herself and see dollar signs flashing before their eyes. Will NEVER go there again. BEWARE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

He was our sales associate. We had no intentions of even buying a car that day we wanted to test drive. Because of Burim service and attention to detail we felt it was best to get our 2020 nissan altima that same day. Burim was so kind, listened to exactly what we needed, was not pushy & got us the highest offer for our trade in...he even got us starbucks! Although we are happy with the car we bought, a snazzy EV full of technology, this was the Stone Age of car buying experience. First, the prices listed are incorrect, even before the various fees. For instance, we were supposed to pay the lease released of the used car we wanted to buy. So, a tedious - and frankly outdated - bargaining followed. We certainly did not appreciate the forced-sales methods to sell us a third party insurance that was covering almost nothing of our vehicle (no we don’t need an insurance to cover a fuel pump for an EV!) At a point the finance guy gave a tap in the back of my wife (during a pandemic?!) as if he were his buddy. Had we accepted this insurance, a car advertised for $13k would have cost more than $20k (insurance was more than $3k and the dealer fees are super high.) The car was quickly available and dealer got us a better loan than the credit union we had contacted and we appreciated all of that. Car came with a degraded 12V battery and dead wipers. Dealer eventually changed two out of three wipers and cleaned the battery. We did not get the safety checklist that we should have received as part of a certified car purchase. On the plus side, our salesperson was kind, friendly, and attentive and seemed to have done his best within the structural boundaries of this particular dealership. We probably won’t go there for service and for our next purchase, we will seriously investigate the online purchase option.

10/10 would NOT recommend this dealership. 2 weeks ago i took interest in a 2017 Ford Explorer they had for sale so i sent them a message about it and they never got back to me. So, over the weekend i went to see it in person. The car wouldn’t even turn on which is alright, they said they were going to fix it. Things like that happen. I work at a garage so i get it. I told them to give me a call when the car was repaired and i would love to take it for a test drive. They took all my information and NEVER called me. They called me several times trying to get me to buy a Nissan but that’s not what i wanted. I called them several times about the car and no one answered. A few days later i checked their website and not only was the car still there, they raised the price by a few thousand dollars. NOT a good way to do business. Good luck to whoever wants a headache dealing with them

Prior to buying this rogue, I had a 2011 Nissan Rogue. To be honest, I had 0 intention in buying another Nissan. My twin sister bought a 2020 Pathfinder last year (in Mass, not CT) and it need a new engine six months into it. She had to purchase A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. The oil light never went on (their associates called it the dummy light to her) so she did not know to change the oil (lets get real, most people rely on that light to know when they need to get an oil change). They said she must have turned off the sensor. Of course she didnt do that. ANYWAY, I had a sour taste in my mouth about Nissan. In the two weeks leading up to getting a new car, my 2011 Nissan rogue with 175,000 miles was brought in three separate times to the same issue. Sean was so thorough in explaining everything that was going on, always ensuring I had a loaner car. Again, it was there three times, and I spent a pretty penny, each time, even though the issue was not resolved. By the third time I decided it was time for a new car. I went to a few dealerships, and finally decided to get a Jeep. I put a down payment on one actually. I called service to let them know I would need my car so Jeep could give me a trade in on an estimate. Ruben (VERY kindly) convinced me to just come talk to someone in sales. He said there was no pressure at all, he just wanted to make sure I knew all of my options. Reluctantly, I agreed (truly only because he was SO nice I felt bad saying no thank you). Fast forward an hour, Matt called me and scheduled a time later that day when I got out of work. He asked what I was looking for in a car, just so he had options ready upon arrival. Again, this whole time, I felt zero pressure, which is unheard of with car salesman (SORRY but it is true). When I got there Matt asked me about pricing and what I wanted my monthly payments to be. I wanted them to be around $350, since that was what I used to have when I was still paying off my other Rogue. I assumed I would need a pre owned car since I didnt think my trade in would be worth much over $2,000 and I only wanted to put a couple thousand down. While Matt was working on the money end, Mo brought me to look at a 2021 Rogue with the premium package (I wanted leather and a sunroof, everything I had in my other Rogue and that is what the Jeep had). Mo told me to go test drive it, and I was reluctant because I knew there was no way this would be feasible with my budget. I drove the car, and obviously fell in love. It felt and drove like a luxury vehicle. A lot of my family and friends have luxury cars, and I was always envious. I could not BELEIVE the quality of this car. But again, knew I was not going to be able to afford it. I came back in and told Mo I was obsessed, but asked to see some pre owned ones. Matt asked what I felt comfortable putting for a down payment, and I said around $3,000. HE THEN OFFERED ME 6K for my trade in. After I PICKED MY JAW UP OFF THE FLOOR, I said I would put in $4,000. I cannot BELIEVE they worked with me to get my in the payment range I could afford. Mike then came over, happy as a clam, congratulated me and gave me the floor mats on him. I cannot BELIEVE the experience I had with Wendy, Sean, Ruben, Mike, Matt, & Mo. Those guys in sales are a DREAM TEAM. The comfortability of buying a car there is unmatched. They totally transformed my idea of Nissan, and have made a loyal customer out of me... and trust me, Im very vocal to my friends and family, well anyone that will listen truth be told. Thank you, thank you, thank you. (A special shoutout to Mo who explained EVERYTHING to me and answered all 2,000,000 of my questions. He made me feel so comfortable, showing me that I made the right decision. He was just so kind, and not pushy at all. I felt zero pressure, and he gave me all the information so I was able to make my own informed decisions.)
To be honest I had a really bad experience.The communication was terrible, lack of information. The finance person had a terrible attitude and he didn’t give us all information that we need it. Besides, he got mad because we did not want to pay for a warranty of Nissan that he wanted to sell us.Also, he was mean to Nissan employee in front of us.We will never come back to that store.Terrible service!
They couldnt ex[lain why I needed this 3rd new battery in 5 years.When changing the battery, they should have plugged in a 12 volt source in my cigarette lighter. I spent hours resetting my displays to the way they were before the battery change.

Walked in not expecting to go home that night driving away in my car, but Freddie, Ahmed, Micheal Hamadi and Pam in finance made it happen. I was very stern on getting the car I wanted and I was on a time crunch that night. They all made my experience amazing and I left very happy in my 2021 Nissan Rogue. October 28, 2020, I purchased a Nissan Altima at Manchester City Nissan. I went there with the intention of making a cash purchase.First, much confusion ensued due to me being talked into financing the vehicle instead of making an outright purchase, as I had planned. Outspoken as I was to both Aiham (finance) and the Sales Rep of my stipulation that I did not want my credit report to be accessed by Nissan, and that one and only one lender was to be contacted. Instead my credit was accessed by Nissan and four lending companies checked my credit.A few days passed, I checked my credit report and there were 4 hits from Nissan and lenders. Those will be there for 2 years because Aiham refused to remove them, stating I signed the permission form. Ha also refused to acknowledge my stipulation statement, telling me I never said it.Second, after reviewing my purchase agreement, there are many erroneous pricing and charges:a. TLP- Total Loss Protection. I have car insurance and this is not a necessary cost, simply a way of inflating the sales price, which I didnt realize at the time due to Aihams explanation of the chargeB. Conveyance fee. I didnt realize this was negotiable due to the portrayal of what the cost represented and the presentation of the paperwork (half-hidden behind other papers to obstruct the part that mentions a negotiable fee).Third, my car title is still not in my possession due to Aiham (finance) filling out and submitting paperwork with a lienholder name...before the lender confirmed my borrowing status as denied.Management and Finance has been notified via several emails regarding these issues and circumstances.Nissan Consumer Affairs has been contacted and stated they can only call the office and ask them to contact me.Id be happy to revisit this review if my credit is restored.
Went in to Manchester City Nissan to look at a new car since our old lease was up. Was only expecting to go in to look at options, go home, and make a decision upon the completion of my current lease. That wasnt the case. Austin and the team at Manchester City Nissan offered me a great deal that was worth taking. We came out with a new lease for a Nissan Rogue. It has more bells and whistles than the Sentra we had and were able to secure it at a lower price than what we were currently paying on the Sentra lease. This is our third lease at this dealership and has now become our go-to place for car needs. Thank you Manchester City Nissan!

Turned in my Rogue last week for another. Freddy in sales, worked with me to make the whole experience as seamless as possible and was patient when I waffled on the color. Everything started off well with communication but when I sent a text 50 min after asking if a vehicle was still available, they told me it was then nothing. I was trying to but down a down payment but not a peep from whoever I was texting. I tried calling 3 separate times that day and my phone calls were never answered and the manager is of course somehow never available to pick up phone call. Come to find out this morning that they sold the car, so did someone buy it in that 50 minute timeframe I doubt it. Worse experience with a car dealership so far.
I only gave it one star because it wouldn’t let me post without choosing a star. While waiting in the waiting area for my vehicle, the finance manager went into the other finance manager’s office and began screaming at her. This continued for several minutes before a salesperson went over and closed the door to the office then turned the music up slightly. The screaming continued for a few more minutes before the finance manager came out of the office and went outside. As if that weren’t bad enough, about 5 minutes later, he returned. Someone else was now in the other finance managers office. He went back in and continued screaming at her for several more minutes. I was thoroughly uncomfortable with the entire experience. The way the staff reacted to his behavior told me this wasn’t the first time it has happened and when I spoke to the service manager at the end, he confirmed it happens “on occasion”. Totally unprofessional and not a place I need to be doing business.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went in because they advertised that I could roll into a new lease for little to no money down. I understand that these advertisements are not always true, however, the major issued I have was that I was talked down to the entire time I spoke with one of the co-owners. When I was in the store he commented on my looks which made me extremely uncomfortable. When I called today with the options I was given from another dealership he was extremely condescending and spoke to me as if I was a child. I will never be looking here again nor will I even bring my car to be serviced here again. Show some respect to customers and maybe you wont lose them.
I had a problem with my vehicle. I was very discouraged and upset with what happened. Freddy and Mike took care of everything no questions asked.

Sooooo Moe was bomb !!! He was super patient and meticulous! He got me a great deal and you can tell he cares about what hes doing. I found everything I was looking for in a vehicle and it honestly didnt take long at all. Definitely ask for Moe as your salesman when you come in!

Pay attention the frivolous fees. Do ALL of your research before stepping inside. From management down to salespersons. Do your research they are scammers. Check the Better Business Bureau as well they have a rating of a 2, makes sense when you see how sleazy this dealership is. Choose elsewhere!
