Rachael did a great job getting everything that I needed after finding what I wanted on auto trader. Also had it shipped long distance for a reasonable price.

Very good service, my only complaint is labor prices being done in the shop have become a bit out of hand. For the actual amount of time the car spent in the service department, the price of labor was extremely high, even higher than the cost of parts.

Josh was very thorough, helpful and friendly during our recent purchase of a Chevrolet Blazer. He was knowledgable and gave us helpful advice. Our purchase price was less than another local dealership and also less than a quote we got from a dealership on the east side of the state. Would recommend checking out Kramer Chevrolet and Josh.

Have had routine service done on our 2015 Duramax recently (change ps / brake fluid, filters, wheel alignment). Service staffs customer service is 2nd to none. Work is completed in a timely manner. Service managers are helpful and made sure I was informed of what was done.

Tried purchasing a truck over the phone. Talked with them all day long; called them constantly and they said they would call back-they would never call back. Come to find out the truck was sold early morning. Poor communication. Would have been nice to just get a call saying they sold it.We will take our business elsewhere in the future.

Called Motor Vehicle Division and they said Kupper was on this list to do Vehicle Inspection- Called them and they told me they could not do one- I brought a different vehicle there to get an oil change and a fuse was blown for my cigarettes lighter- I figure I could have them change the fuse since I was there Already- $140 to change a easy fuse that cost a one dollar- I ask the mechanic and He showed me all he did was pop the lid off the fuse box under the hood and he pointed at the fuse he changed-

Great service after the sale. Two years, and they still answer questions, provide great accessories, and provide a hassle free oil change. Everyone there is extremely friendly, and I would have no reservations buying another vehicle there again.
