Immediately after having an oil change performed at Kramer (Friday afternoon), the vehicle was leaking large puddles of oil (the vehicle never leaked a drop of oil prior to this oil change). Called Kramer on Monday morning and dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. The service representaitve on Friday was very unprofessional and not customer friendly. They did fix the problem, but what a hassle and complete waste of my time dealing with their lack of detail and under performance doing a simple oil change. Not even an offer for a free future oil change or refund on their epic fail oil change. Very Unfortunate and not the first of our vehicles that this has happened to.

Took the car in for service. People are very nice and the place is big. Has to waiting rooms.

Oil change service, had some coffee and enjoyed the tv while waiting. Still no popcorn yet...

Service Staff is helpful and can always answer my queations. Prices are reasonable on most services. Courtesy drivers are very friendly so the rides back to work or home are pleasant. I dont get to meet the mechanics but their work is quality as I have never in 10 years had to take my vehicle back to have the same thing fixed a second time.
