I stopped at this location yesterday for which I knew would be a lengthy help session. I got my questions/problems answered in a very courteous and timely manner! Kudos and great job to the young gentleman who helped me!

Had issues with AT&T and straight talk. Went in to start over with a reliable provider. Very quick and easy experience getting everything tranfered over. Very thankful to have reliable service and a store with real people that are helpful.
Aldin was very knowledgeable and professional! Had trouble activating my new phone at first but both him and Tyler Rhode quickly found the problem. Made my experience very memorable. I would definitely see one of them again.
Aldin was very polite and knowledgeable! He found exactly what I needed within minutes. I have been to a few Verizon stores in the area and this way by far was the best customer service.
My husband purchased a smart phone for the first time, off of verizon.com. Since he had a basic phone, he had a hard time getting it activated (no SIM card ect) and when he called 611, he kept getting robots! We literally tried every angle to activate it. Hes had the phone for six weeks(paying for nothing 🤦♀️) and he was unable to get it activated because we live over 125 miles from the nearest Verizon. He is a farmer and it’s his busy season so he couldn’t get away to go to a big city and get it activated. My husband drove to this Victra store and walked in and the guy Literally told my husband “ Can’t help ya! I wont make any money off that!” 😲He sent him to 3rd street Verizon. Then he tells my husband” if they won’t help you there, you can come back and maybe I can.” 🤔 So the whole time he could help my husband he just wouldn’t! We live 3+ hours from Bismarck and it’s just a shame people can’t try to help others. Our world is already crumbling. Come on. Normalcy would simply activate the phone and let’s move on! He went to 3rd street Verizon and they handled it well and were kind and friendly. Too bad they will never get any $ from us if we need something in the future.

The guy at the counter was very informative on Android and iPhone knowledge. Only thing to remember is I believe its a cash only location or to have a debit card or credit card on file to pay. Just remember its an authorized retailer.

Sales clerk did not add our new line on the month by month plan, but on a two year contract. We paid the $20 activation fee for a flip-non-smart phone that they told us it would be and then we were STILL charged a $40 activation fee on our bill. We brought our receipt back, they admitted to the mistake but cannot help us. Only the District manager can do credits they tell us. And they dont know where he is and dont know when he will get back to them and us. What a crock. I do not recommend doing business with this retail location.
Do not go here they will sell you a product without completely explaining the charges and even if you do not use the device they will not take it back.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Bought an unlocked phone from Best buy and needed a sim card. Instead of being told they couldnt activate it there associate just told me only Verizon phones will work and to take it back. Very smart ass attitude and short with me. Avoid this store.
